Mirabilis jalapa L., popularly known as “Maravilha”, belonging to the family Nyctaginaceae Juss., is used in folk medicine to treat leukorrhea, itching, swelling, among other diseases. The study aimed to describe anatomical characteristics of root, stem and leaf; identify the sites of accumulation of metabolites in the leaves and perform phytochemical prospecting of the leaves of M. jalapa. In the study, the usual methods in plant anatomy were used in the preparation of the analyses of semi-permanent slides containing cross-sections of the root, stem, petiole and leaf blade and paradermal leaf blade of M. jalapa. Histochemical tests were also performed in order to locate the metabolites in the leaf blade through cross-sections and phytochemical prospection of methanolic extracts of the leaves, by means of Thin Layer Chromatography. For the root, layers of periderm and pheloderm were observed; on the stem the presence of phloem both near the xylem and the sclerenchyma; in the leaf blade, raffide-type crystals were observed only in the mesophyll region, and presenting amphistomatic leaf blade. For histochemistry it was observed that the crystals are calcium oxalate, in addition to observing phenolic compounds, alkaloids, steroids, lipophilic compounds and lignin. In the phytochemistry was identified mono and sesquiterpenes, triterpenes and steroids, flavonoids, cinnamic derivatives and reducing sugars. The results presented are fundamental for the quality control of the plant drug and the pharmacobotanical standardization of the studied species.

TI GREEN consists of an aggregate of ways to use technological resources in a more sustainable way. Thus, this article aims to evaluate the perception of Green IT practices aimed at sustainable development in a public educational institution in the state of Pernambuco, from the point of view of the institution's employees. With regard to methodology, the study was classified as to approach, as qualitative through a case study applied in a public educational institution, located in Pernambuco, northeastern Brazil. With the intention of answering the objectives of the research, a semi-structured interview was used, with a sample represented by a total of 15 interviewees crowded in the rectory of the researched public teaching institution. The sample was collected for convenience and the results are characteristic of this sample. The results showed that regarding the overall sustainable development of the institution, employees have a bad or very bad view of the institution's sustainable development practices. Regarding the Green IT practices, it was possible to verify that most employees are unaware of the legitimate practices. In this way, this article highlights the importance that Green IT implementation can have on sustainable awareness at an individual and institutional level.

Morphometry is a mechanism used to measure the differences among species from the study of the relationship between size and shape, creating comparative references, and allowing proper identification. The morphometric study aims to characterize different morphological types of an organism which, in turn, may present disproportionate growth, giving rise to a nonlinear relationship between these characteristics. This study aimed to analyze and describe possible reproductive variations in individuals of Ipomoea asarifolia, where floral structures were measured with the aid of a manual caliper, ruler and tapes, as well as equivalent photographs for laboratory morphometric evaluation. The study demonstrates the importance of research to understand the variation of floral morphs within a population, even if it is in an anthropized area because, although subtle, changes can alter the entire reproductive system.

Colostrums considered of good and very high quality are considered colostrums with a BRIX of ≥25%, so the first weeks of a neonate's life are considered critical, showing a greater susceptibility to diseases. In this sense, the objective was to evaluate the quality of colostrum and the transfer of passive immunity in Holstein heifers. The experiment was carried out on a milk producing property, located in the municipality of Olho D'agua das Flores, Alagoas, from October 2021 to April 2022, where 181 crossbred heifers were used. To measure the quality of the colostrum, an optical Brix refractometer was used, if it showed a quality lower than 25% BRIX, this colostrum was corrected and offered to the calf. The collected blood was stored in a tube without anticoagulant and left to rest until the serum was obtained, later, a drop of this serum was applied to the refractometer prism and, similarly to colostrum, a reading was performed to determine the concentrations of proteins. totals. For Pearson's correlation study, correlation coefficient analysis (r) was performed, assuming intervals of -1 (negative linear association) and 1 (positive linear association). Serum protein showed a negative correlation with the time of colostrum supply after birth (r = -0.16) and positive with calf weight at birth (r = 0.15). The adequate program of colostrum and evaluation of transfer of passive immunity allied to the proper management collaborate for the success in the productive indexes of the properties.

As relações de mentoria são caracterizadas, em sua maioria, como interações positivas com foco no desenvolvimento da carreira e da vida. Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar as funções de mentor percebidas por alunos de instituições de ensino superior em relação a professores mentores segundo o modelo Kram (1988). As funções de mentor podem ser fragmentadas nas dimensões de careira e psicossociais. A pesquisa de cunho quantitativo, de corte transversal, utilizou de um questionário on-line disponibilizado na plataforma do Survey monkey com uma amostra de 658 respondentes de todas as regiões brasileiras. Os dados foram analisados pela estatística descritiva, por meio da apresentação de tabelas e gráficos. De forma geral, todas as funções de mentor do modelo internacional foram observadas no contexto do ensino superior brasileiro, destacando-se as funções de carreira em detrimento das funções psicossociais. Especificamente as funções de tarefas desafiadoras, coaching e patrocínio na categoria de funções de carreira e  modelagem de papéis e amizade na categoria de funções psicossociais.

Este artigo tem como objetivo avançar o conhecimento teórico acerca do desempenho de International New Ventures (INVs). Esta temática tem sido tratada a partir de uma conjuntura multidisciplinar, com estudos que seguem fluxos de pesquisas relacionados, ao marketing, empreendedorismo e negócios internacionais. Em função desse caráter diversificado dos estudos, verifica-se certa fragmentação na literatura que desencadeia a necessidade do desenvolvimento de uma estrutura conceitual de integre esforços interdisciplinares e que seja capaz de explicar integralmente o desempenho dos INVs. Identificada essa lacuna, o presente estudo propõe uma estrutura conceitual composta pelas principais características organizacionais presentes na literatura dos novos empreendimentos internacionais, a saber: experiência internacional, orientação empreendedora, orientação para o mercado, relações de rede e capacidades dinâmicas. Dessa maneira, espera-se que esta estrutura seja testada em pesquisas empíricas futuras, gerando avanços na literatura a partir de uma visão holística acerca dos elementos do desempenho dos INVs.

This article aimed to analyze electronic governance in public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Alagoas, particularly regarding the level of publicizing the information available on their websites. The electronic portals of the Federal University of Alagoas (Ufal) were analyzed; the Federal Institute of Alagoas (Ifal); from the University of the State of Alagoas (Uneal) and from the University of Health Sciences (Uncisal) regarding the electronic governance of their information made available to the public, using the methodology of Biderman and Puttomatti (2011), in which scores are established and a ranking among HEIs. The research results showed that federal HEIs have a higher level of electronic governance: Ufal has 95.80%, followed by Ifal, which has 86.70%, while state HEIs have a lower score in the analyzed index, which demonstrates the need to improve the detailing and availability of information on their websites, so that civil society can monitor the use of resources more effectively.

This article presents an analysis of the type of education called Youth and Adults - EJA - from the conceptual perspective of necropolitics. Many works approach the theme from the criticism of the election of killable bodies, among which the black and poor population is often found. These works point to analytical possibilities of reflection about educational policies and educational practices where, in view of this situation, we will point out some questions about the treatment given to EJA and the main consequences for this educational modality and its subjects. The methodology used is of a bibliographic qualitative nature and included studies on the subject and also the analysis of some data that address the general framework of youth and adult education. As a result, we can see that, despite education having structural and historical problems in all modalities in Brazil, with regard to EJA, not only as a modality, but also the subjects in a daily way, are marked as belonging to an expendable collective. both in terms of human and capital investments.

To achieve reproductive fitness, floral attractants are essential for insect-plant interaction. Many entomophilous pollination plants have odorous zones, composed of glands that release volatile odors, these odors act as attractants for potential pollinators. Ipomea Asalifoila flowers were used for this study. One of its main characteristics is its infundibuliform morphology and glabrous leaves, and its reproductive structures are located in the center of the flower. In order to better understand the dynamics of the release of these odors, Ipomea A. flowers were collected to perform the test in neutral red 60%, and photographed before, during and after the procedure. These flowers were enveloped and separated by day of anthesis, from the first to the third day, where floral death occurred. After the tests, variations in the days of anthesis of the flowers were observed, with a gradual effect. Besides an osmotic concentration in their reproductive organs.

Based on the theoretical framework of Information Economics, this work aims to analyze the food delivery market propagated by applications. Specifically, it is intended to examine the main factors that explain the performance of food delivery applications through a qualitative, exploratory and analytical technical procedure, having as methodological basis the case study of the company Ifood.com - Agência de Restaurantes Online SA The study concludes that certain strategies practiced by the company, as well as those of its competitors, find scientific support in the dynamics of microeconomic theory. Furthermore, the company's management model partially explains its performance, minimizing daily risks and reducing information asymmetry.
