Resumen
Cuba has the highest diversity of snakes in the genus Tropidophis, representing 53 % of all the known species. Tropidophis steinleini sp. nov. is described from the eastern region of Cuba, raising the number of species to 17 in this archipelago. The new species is most closely related to T. wrighti, T. spiritus and T. morenoi. We discuss the phylogenetic relationships of this new species and other species of the genus in Cuba, based on molecular data, and classified them within three species groups according to the obtained tree topology.

Resumen
Environmental education processes are defined as the actions that are practiced permanently so that both individuals and communities become aware of the environment and obtain knowledge, values, skills, experience and determination in order to solve present and future environmental problems, thus, the basis for the awareness that is sought Through EE, it should inevitably contemplate what ecoethics dictates, so that the implementation of initiatives (policies, strategies, projects, plans, programs, and others) whose objective is to promote environmental education, are directly linked to the basic principles that govern the ethics of the environment. From this consideration, it is pertinent to pose the following question: do environmental education programs that have been officially implemented incorporate what ecoethics dictates? Additionally, if the answer is affirmative, it is worth asking: in what way is echoethics approached (or received) from these programs? And what similarities and differences exist between the receptions made in each case? In order to answer these questions, the analysis will focus on two specific cases of countries that have undertaken environmental education programs from official instances in recent years; The countries that are the object of this study (Spain and Ecuador) were selected because the study will be carried out in these two territories, and this will allow access to the information necessary to carry out the work.

Resumen
Climate change causes multiple consequences in different societies. One of the most prominent is the migratory movements derived from the negative effects of global warming. In recent years, the phenomenon of climate migration has been increasing and, unfortunately, it is a trend that will continue to rise in the coming decades. At the international level, there is still no agreement capable of providing a comprehensive response to this problem. The legal vacuum makes people who must migrate due to climate change look totally unprotected. Furthermore, this also leads to a lack of consensus in the framing and naming of this type of migration. The literature has been working in this sense, trying to collect positions and good practices in the matter.

Peru is a mining country, exporting many minerals internationally such as gold, silver, copper, etc. The laws that exist in Peru, allow mining activity to be carried out legally in the country. Although unfortunately, the procedures are very cumbersome that discourages and encourages many to convert what is legal to illegal. And the one who is sadly affected is the Peruvian Amazon. Illegal gold mining in the Department of Madre de Dios - Peru, has even affected the natural protected areas in the Department of Madre de Dios. In addition to other environmental problems that it generates; such as the destruction of forests, alteration of river courses, mercury contamination, destruction of riparian vegetation and altering the landscape.

Resumen
The so-called "Protected Natural Spaces" are consolidated as areas that have notable values of scientific interest. From this perspective, in this paper an investigation is developed that has as a point of reference the "Protected Natural Spaces", with special emphasis on their intrinsic values (cultural, social, economic, political, educational, scientific, …). In this sense, both protection and conservation and management come to play a priority role from the perspective of the didactics of Geography. The case study stops at one of the most genuinely environmental Parks in our country: the National Park of the Atlantic Islands, in which the aforementioned values are summarized.
