Throughout this research, it is clear when dealing with the environmental dimensions of water that despite the proliferation of some factors such as technological advances in communication and transport or the cooperation of many countries on issues related to safety, drug trafficking, terrorism and environmental matters, in some cases, the strong democratization of state political systems, have benefited the public administrations and national politicians to lean towards a treatment close to the citizen and, therefore, their decentralization, flourishing the positions defended by local, regional or national spheres (in fact, we can find a clear example in community law, in which the principle of subsidiarity prevails more and more in public administration and political management), what those questions that can be answered and solved efficiently from a local level, exclude their realization in other provincial, regional or national perimeters (so on, what can be done from the regional scale, relegates and discards the action of national administrations, and the same with the national horizon in relation to the supranational). Despite the appearance of environmental problems (and human problems in general), of global magnitude and significance, it has favored the work of supranational organizations that, through international cooperation, try to respond (primarily from the commitment and legal connection of the largest number of possible states), to the setbacks it faces (due to human action), our planet (its natural environment), and which have a dramatic impact on the existence of millions of people around the world.

The inclusion of criminal liability of the legal person in the Spanish legal system turns out to be a highly debated issue that has led to the adoption of compliance programs in different business sectors. This ESTUDIO intends to identify the scope of the ISO 14001: 2015 Standard as an environmental compliance program, in order to verify if it may have any impact within the criminal process as an organization and management program that generates any circumstance of exemption or mitigation of the penalty, in accordance with the provisions of articles 31 and following of the Criminal Code - CP, taking into account that article 328 CP, establishes the penalties that the legal person will carry when they are responsible for the crimes contained in Chapter III Of the crimes against natural resources and the environment, of Title XVI Of crimes related to the planning of the territory and urban planning, the protection of historical heritage and the environment, of Book II CP. Likewise, the present research aims to analyze and assess unknown legal figures in the Colombian legal framework, such as compliance programs and criminal liability of the legal person; but also carry out a study of the content of the ISO 14001: 2015 Standard, as an environmental quality standard. The results obtained, allowed me to establish the causes and the requirements that would make the ISO 14001: 2015 Standard, an environmental compliance program that meets the requirements of the Spanish criminal regulations to be a suitable environmental organization and prevention model that could be considered within the criminal process as an exemption or mitigation of the criminal responsibility of the legal person.

Since the middle of the last century, concern about the protection of environment has beenincreasing. Currently in our legal system, we have several ways to compensate for damage caused to theenvironment, depending on the type of damage, goods affected and defendant in question. The focus ofthe work is on reconciling divergent positions to understand how these three ways complement eachother, what the caracteristics are that define them, and when they will be more appropriate,understanding that for the system to be truly effective, it ultimately has to make prevention the mainobjective, because restitution of environmental goods is difficult.

In this research, an analysis of the relationships between urbanism vs. rural environment, which shows the consumption of natural resources in Spain, in the context of sustainability in its triple economic, ecological and social dimension. In this way, and, in order to know and assess the incidence of the processes emanating from urban growth in Spain, which occurred in recent decades, on the aforementioned consumption of natural resources, throughout the study it is shown, in detail, the relevance that the legislative application of laws, plans, programs and projects has had and continues to have, from the standards, both of urban growth itself and of Spanish urban centers, as well as of the environmental impact produced by them. Likewise, the activities that have been developed and are currently being developed are analyzed in order to manage the demand for natural resources in urban and rural areas, especially, making reference to saving and efficiency measures, as well as well as the set of uses of unconventional resources, such as rainwater or treated wastewater.

Climate change represents one of the main threats facing humanity in the 21st Century. The increase in world temperature as a consequence of human activities has meant the appearance of increasingly extreme meteorological phenomena that compromise people's lives and risking their development. In this context, the international community intervenes to deal with this issue and reach for agreements that allow solving a global challenge. The effects of global warming become more evident, therefore it is required to take urgent actions and making alliances to attain the objectives set in order to achieve climate neutrality and ensure a sustainable development. In this sense, Mexico and Spain cooperate through a bilateral relation to face the climate crisis. The objective of this article is to understand the current events that guide the climate change that we face in 2020.

Between August 1967 and September 1968, one of the first collections of the Centro Editor de América Latina appears: Capí­tulo, la historia de la literatura argentina. It is a publication of 59 weekly fascicles for sale in newsstands and magazines throughout the country, with mass circulation and low prices. This work studies its way of telling the Argentine literature history, in the framework of a cultural policy of dissemination and expansion of the reading public. The organization of the project as a planned series, its dialogue with the fascicle format, the selection criteria for literary and historical contents, and the way this project periodized Argentine national literature will be the main topics of this analysis.

This paper argues that Martí­n Fierro functions as a gravitational field on the map of cultural journals of the twentieth century. Martí­n Fierro ””such as Sur, Contorno, Punto de Vista and Babel”” is a publication located at a precise time (1924-1927). It’s also a membership group, an aesthetic and an artistic movement (martinfierrismo) whose name comes from the magazine; a field around which the magazines that are contemporary but that continues to fulfill that function are positioned after its closure because a plot of stories, written and oral, make it a theme and tell, in a recurring way, its own history.

We propose an analysis of the writing  strategies used in the construction of the author’s figure in writer Mario Levrero. Based on the reading of the books Conversaciones con Mario Levrero (2008), Un silencio menos, Conversaciones con Mario Levrero (2013) and Correspondencia. Mario Levrero y Francisco Gandolfo (2015) we suggest tracing the main forms of self-figuration and the author’s poetics. We consider that, in the different interviews and the epistolary dialogue, Levrero shows a conception of literature that organizes his work. The Uruguayan  understands writing as a therapy,  a mancy that enables the controlled outcrop of the unconscious  and  as a way of living, in contrast to the alienated ordinary life that blocks the author in his inner labor.

The question of voice and hearing in some texts and scenes in Latin American poetry from the nineteenth and, with more emphasis, the twentieth and twenty-first centuries will be addressed in this study. Certain delimitations and concomitances between the voice/logos and noise will also be analyzed. Several historical and cultural constitutions of the voice and the ear will also be focused on, from the very notion of resonance and critical hearing, as well as from the effect of punctuation upon the speech, proposing new links between orality and writing.

The objective of the following paper is to carry out a reading of El tiempo de la convalecencia (2017) and El tiempo de la improvisación (2019) by Alberto Giordano as a singular resolution of the contemporary relationship between printed culture and cyberculture. First, we will display an analysis of the ways in which the autobiographer understands his own practice (posting on social networks, later compiled in a book) as a generic hybrid of book culture. Secondly, we will illuminate the tensions between the conception of writing present in texts and the computer logic that constitutes their condition of production.
