Resumen
In the research, the objective was to determine how the strategies for the formation of values ??affect the academic performance of university students in the Piura 2021 region. The population consisted of N = 9,200 university students in the Region, with a sample of 369 students. selected by statistical formula of known population The technique used was the survey, the instrument the questionnaire. The type of research was applied with a quantitative approach and an experimental design. The results regarding the level of academic performance of university students, 89.2% have a good level of academic performance, 10.3% have a regular level and only 0.5% have a poor level. Likewise, the value of X2c = 22.612 ? 9.4877, therefore H1 was accepted. Concluding at 95% reliability, there is statistical evidence to verify that there is a positive relationship between the variables.

Resumen
The socio-contractual conditions and the corporate image that characterize a certain organization, as well as the means that it possesses and uses to develop the talent of its workers, and so that they feel true members of an organization that seeks mutual benefit, everyone, and not mere workers, makes the difference between this and that other company. Even so, these variables don’t guarantee the success of an organization, except that it also guarantees, for all, and under equal conditions, a favorable work environment, not only for the development of professional skills, but also for personal and human skills. The effectiveness of its work environment, as well as its planning, is evidenced in the adequate compliance of employees, which, obviously, affects their productivity and competitiveness with respect to the rest of the market, and other organizations. This essay, of a bibliographical and referential nature, intends, in addition to clarifying the basic terminology related to the subject, to offer guidelines that, based on the importance and function of communication, contribute to improving the labor relations of any company, large or small, in pursuit of increased productivity and the success of the objectives pursued in a given period of time.

Resumen
The incorporation of information and communication technologies in education pose various challenges and opportunities for the educational community. This article presents the results of a study on the relationship between digital skills and professional development in teachers of Public Institutions in the department of Puno. For this, a quantitative, non experimental, transactional and basic type study was carried out; in which two questionnaires were used as instruments for the estimation of the variables, these instruments were validated by expert judgment, the research population consisted of 85 teachers, the questionnaire for the digital skills variable considered 34 items with three dimensions: instrumental, cognitive and methodological didactic skills, as well as the questionnaire for professional development with 33 items and considered the dimensions: organization of time, planning and virtual resources. The data obtained was subjected to a statistical analysis, concluding that digital skills and professional development have a significant relationship.

Model of didactic strategies to develop reading comprehension in students of 05 years, from PRONOEI.

Resumen
The objective of the research was to propose a model of "grandparents" didactic strategies, which improves the reading comprehension of 05-year-old children in PRONOEI. The methodology used was basic type, descriptive, proactive design. For the diagnosis, a validated questionnaire with KR-20>0.7 was used. For the analysis and identification of models, the literature review on didactic strategies and reading comprehension was used, with search engines: Scielo, Dialnet, La reference, Redalyc, Latindex, academic google. The result was the model of didactic strategy with theoretical bases: Constructivism, meaningful, cognitive learning, approach by competencies and levels of reading comprehension, stories and legends originating in the community are used, community promoters apply commented, modeled and dramatized reading. , with cognitive, metacognitive and resource management strategies. Concluding that the didactic strategy model should be applied to improve reading comprehension at a literal, inferential and criterial level.

Resumen
Currently, educational organizations are interested in the welfare of human resources, which are relevant elements for the achievement of the objectives set, in correspondence with the above, the general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between stress and job satisfaction, in this sense, a descriptive study with correlational design was developed. Likewise, the sample consisted of 57 teachers-administrators of the Yunguyo Local Educational Management Unit, where the inquiry was conducted; in relation to the collection of data, the SL-ARG stress and job satisfaction scale was applied, using descriptive and inferential statistics through Spearman's Rho statistical package, the results showed that stress and job satisfaction are related; highlighting as a relevant conclusion that the inverse and moderate correlation means that the higher the level of stress, the lower the job satisfaction.

Resumen
The objective of the study is to know the perception of the students about the affective pedagogical practice in the learning process. The units of analysis were six undergraduate participants from a private Peruvian university, to whom semi-structured interviews were applied. The design was field, cross-sectional, univariate, with a phenomenal interpretation perspective. The results allowed to obtain the following emerging categories: significant learning, motivation, communication, self-esteem, academic performance and personal development. It was concluded that the student learning process is optimal when teachers exhibit a significant level of affectivity in their classes; However, the absence of this decreases the positive achievement of learning.

Resumen
The purpose of this study entitled, managerial leadership for virtual education in an educational institution in Peru, was to determine the influence of managerial leadership for virtual education, conducting a descriptive-quantitative research; deepening the scientific knowledge of the two variables Leadership and Virtual Education, using a field design which allowed teachers to provide information of the educational institution, whose sample was 85 teachers who work in it, answering a questionnaire type instrument, consisting of (48 items), which was validated with the intervention of four experts, according to the results obtained was obtained Wald score of 16. 892 > 4; therefore, it is concluded that management leadership for virtual education in the educational institution is a strength for sharing the new experience represented by the technological tools for the achievement of the teaching-learning process.

Resumen
The objective of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the comprehensive training courses in the strategic alignment and lifestyle of the students of the Adventist University of Colombia, Medellín 2019. The applied study method is framed in the field of Public Health and with a quantitative approach of a non-experimental type of cross-sectional and descriptive correlation. Applied to a population of 1,351 students with a non-random, non-probability sampling framed in an exploratory study, in a sample of 300 students expanded to 402 by the researcher.
The results indicate regarding the proportion to the strategic alignment of the students of the Adventist University of Colombia, it is evident that 80.9% are not aligned to the institution, 17.6% presented an acceptable alignment and 1.5% an optimal level of alignment. Regarding lifestyle, 81.8% maintain an unhealthy lifestyle, 15.8% an acceptable level and only 2.4% are healthy. Regarding the variables analyzed separately, they report that there is a significant association (0.03) of the comprehensive training courses on strategic alignment and there is a significant association (0.04) of the comprehensive training courses on the lifestyle of students from the Adventist University of Colombia.
In conclusion, comprehensive training courses do not significantly influence any of the factors: strategic alignment (R2 = .007 and sig, 057) and / or lifestyle (R2 =, 002 and sig, 28) of the students of the Adventist University of Colombia.

Resumen
This paper aims to analyze the constitutional principle of budget balance and stability and its impact on fiscal sustainability. It considers budget management as the instrument that seeks to preserve the fiscal balance, from which it follows that it is a primary principle that guides the budget constitution and requires the State to discipline and safeguard the sustainability of public finances. However, the unequal distribution of income is presented as a failure within the market, which implies using public spending, taxes and social programs as instruments to correct said inequality. The method used is the hermeneutic-documentary. It concludes in the urgency of constitutionalizing budget balance and stability, as a control mechanism against public indebtedness, keeping aside the excessive increase in public spending, which hinders private investment within the market

Resumen
The article aims to analyze the scope and significance of the constitutional principle of free private initiative, which implies the promotion of creativity, innovation and investment by the private sector. The transcendence of constitutionalizing free private initiative is postulated, which obliges the State to promote creativity and innovation, essential elements for the economic progress of the Peruvian region. This is a hermeneutic-documentary research. It is concluded that free private initiative is an essential principle to guide Peruvian economic growth, whose constitutionalization encourages entrepreneurship and investment by the private sector, as long as this is carried out within the framework of the law and without detriment to society, as well as its various actors.
