Gender violence is a problematic which affects a large percentage of women throughout the world and its real dimensions are unknown to us in their full extent, for victims tend to hide it perhaps due to feeling shame or to seeing themselves overshadowed. This results in the chronification of a problem the which, mostly because of psychological abuse, is extremely difficult to detect. In this context, children which find themselves inside this dynamic within their homes are a collective specially vulnerable, whether they suffer violence directly or not upon themselves, for the sheer role as witness in this context of continuous violence, affects negatively to the part that families execute as the primary socializing agent, being incapable of bringing to an end the situation which produces such unease and suffering as primary victims, suffering even long term sequels.A legal framework has been enunciated to protect both women and children when facing such situations, but, to which extent do minors see their needs covered? Are they gender violence too? Which effects will have in their lifes have seen these traumatic occurrences?

Resumen
In the present essay, we make a theoretical and political reflection on eating disorders from a feminist perspective, arguing how these can be expressions of sexual violence against women. Considering the practice of women’s body objectification, we approach two concrete phenomena. Firstly, ‘diets’, a socially accepted practice, that we propose to understand as an invisible form of violence related to self-objectification. Secondly, anorexia, a disorder that can lead to death, a death around which we propose a reflection linked to the category of femicide in a broad sense. The approach to both phenomena seeks to open the discussion on eating disorders beyond medicine and psychology, making visible the ways in which violence is hidden in the naturalized practices that even women themselves exert on their own selves in a cisheteropatriarchal society.

Resumen
This essay stands up for the need of overcoming the feminist debate concerning prostitution, by accepting that feminism can only walk towards a society where prostitution does not exist, although under no circumstances should this utopia become an excuse to trample on women who live on this practice. In this sense, the paper states as the condition of possibility of feminism the distinction between emancipating goals and alienating ones, and presents a critic analysis of arguments with which antiabolitionist positions (both liberal and pro-rights) defend the legitimacy of prostitution or even its liberating nature. Such an analysis, in addition to clearing up some confusions, carries to the conclusion that these arguments only make sense in the dominant neoliberal context, where ethical perspectives are believed obsolete, since the subject’s will is thought as sufficient condition to validate any purpose. Finally, the text sets that defending abolitionism in a theoretical ground does not exclude, in practice, a negotiation with women that prostitute themselves about the measures that may be taken in order to attend their needs and claims. This way, the proposal could be akin to an emerging “third-way” position.

Resumen
This work examines the timeliness of the words contained in a landmark 1873 United States Supreme Court decision rejecting a woman’s claim to practice law, to the effect that women were unsuitable for many professions because of «the natural and proper timidity and delicacy which belongs to the female sex». On the occasion of the one hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the decision in question, it is analyzed to what extent expressions such as the aforementioned, or similar expressions, have been repeated until they have become a historical constant. And to what extent the persistent lack of equality for women in the workplacemay be perpetuated in the future, especially if certain professions or activities (such as that of conducting an orchestra) continue to be classified as dangerous, presumably only for women, who will then continue to need protection.

Resumen
Nine months have already passed since the approval of Law 15/2022 and, this March, the echoes of the expectations that its approval generated return. We are witnessing the first Spanish law on anti-discrimination law that covers both existing and future discrimination, a law that pursues the double objective of preventing and eradicating any form of discrimination and protecting victims and, therefore, deserves the consideration of law of guarantees, general law, and comprehensive law.
Taking as reference the art. 14 CE and, together with the six “classic” grounds for discrimination included in community regulations -birth, racial or ethnic origin, sex, religion, opinion, any other personal or social condition or circumstance-, expressly incorporates those of age, orientation or sexual identity and gender expression, disability, disease or health condition, serological status and/or genetic predisposition to suffer pathologies and disorders, language and socioeconomic situation. This contribution intends to conduct a first approximation to the causes that are presented as most controversial and that, surely, will generate an extensive and lengthy debate, both doctrinal and jurisprudential in the immediate future.

Resumen
Positive action is part of the principle of equal opportunities, and their purpose is to avoid the situations of inequality which are source of discrimination. International and national law, has gradually been accepting its admission, and finally, not only regulates but also promotes them. Thanks to the case law the requirements of the measures of affirmative action are identified. In Spain, recently has entered into force the Law 15/2022, of July 12, about equality and non-discrimination, which culminates the process of transposition of the EU anti-discrimination Directives. Similarly, the latter also contains some references labour relations. The aim of this paper is to emphasize what are the requirements that every mea sure must satisfy to be considered a positive action, otherwise it would lack legitimacy. This will help to study what positive action measures are and what legal support they have had in our legal system, especially with regard to the workplace. Hereinafter, we will do, on the one hand, a comparison between the previous scenario, focused on the protection of people with disabilities and women, with collective bargaining as the leading role, and, on the other hand, we will assess the novelties introduced by this Law 15/2022. Although the social value of this law is undeniable because it extends the protection against discrimination to new subjects, we already anticipated that it does not stand out due to the novelties it brings to the legal regime of positive action.
