Resumen
The Organic Law for the effective equality of women and men of 2007 established a regulatory framework for the collective bargaining of equality measures and plans in private companies. The star measure was the obligation to implement equality plans in companies with 250 workers or more. Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 amended the regulations, among other reasons, to extend the obligation to companies with 50 workers or more. The present study is aimed at analyzing the regulatory framework currently in force, the application and interpretation that has been carried out by the courts of justice and a review of scientific doctrine.

Resumen
This work presents a discussion about the corporeality of transvestites and transsexuals, seeking to understand the course of the historical transformation of gender in different cultures, as well as showing how in some beliefs transgender people are considered divine. The research method used was the bibliographic review, and interviews with trans- vestites and transsexuals from the city of Palmas - TO. The work was carried out from May to December 2019, with testimonies about the life and confrontations of the participants. The research aims to highlight the studies of culture, gender and sexuality, describing the parti-cipants’ personal experiences and their relationship with their trans bodies, presenting their daily experiences and difficulties, relating to their identification processes, contrasts of nonidentification with the opposite gender and the divine.

Resumen
Sexual abuse is a type of mistreatment and a public health problem that is invisible in society, with serious short –and long– term consequences for all its victims. This article deals with the importance and need to ensure the protection of minors, as they are possible victims in situations of abuse and sexual violence, due to their situation of vulnerability due to their young age, which on many occasions causes these victims to They are not even aware of the seriousness of these practices, leading during later ages to great traumas and distortions of reality due to ignorance and helplessness of their situation during their childhood or adolescence.Throughout the work, a review will be carried out from the origin of this type of practice in history to the present day, its incidence in today’s society will be analyzed, its different and current scenarios will be presented, to finish reflecting on the consequences of this type of behavior in the victims and their social intervention.

Resumen
Law 15/2022, of July 12, for equal treatment and non-discrimination, does not directly modify any labor regulations, but indirectly affects some principles and rules of labor law. This paper analyzes the incidence of Law 15/2022 on labor regulation. In particular, the disagreements in relation to the judicial and administrative guarantees of equal treatment and non-discrimination at work. First, in the legal framework. Secondly, in the principles and preventive rules. Thirdly, in the administrative guarantees and penalties procedures (administrative and disciplinary). Finally, in court proceedings (enlarged procedural ability, precautionary or preservation measures, distribution of burden of proof, shared responsibilities and compensation for damages, especially moral).

Resumen
The goal of this paper is applied the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method as a strategy in order to reduce the uncertainty measurement associated to the relevant physical quantities. Methodology: This work was motivated due to the efforts made in the measurement sciences to investigate alternative methods that allow obtaining greater metrological reliability of the results, that is, reducing the uncertainty associated with the measurement. Thus, the applied methodology consisted of the development of a computational code using the MatLab tool, in which an algorithm was programmed that supports the application of the OLS method. Three of the most used physical magnitudes at an industrial level were evaluated: temperature, pressure and mass. These magnitudes were evaluated from the calibration of three measuring instruments: thermistor, manometer and digital scale. Results: The applied methodology allowed to: (i) obtain the matrix of the coefficients for polynomials of degrees 1, 2, 3 and 4 that adjust the experimental data; (ii) to draw the calibration curves for each of the obtained polynomials and (iii) to estimate the fit uncertainty (i.e.: the mean squared deviation) to specify the polynomial that best models the experimental data for a reliability level of 95.45 % (k = 2). The consolidated results confirmed a reduction in the uncertainty associated with the adjustment polynomial of 99.8% for the temperature measurement, 45.6% for the pressure measurement and 53.9% for the mass measurement. Conclusions: Finally, a discussion of the results is presented, confirming the effectiveness of the ordinary least squares method as a strategy to reduce the uncertainty associated with the calibration of measuring instruments.
