Resumen
Objective: Develop a web page, whose main purpose is the manual or automatic manipulation of a servomotor and the real-time measurement of temperature and humidity provided by the DHT11 sensor. This application is developed in the HTML5, CSS and JavaScript environments and is applied through the ESP8266 microcontroller, which allows Wi-Fi connectivity to generate the necessary communications between the system to be controlled, the web page and the database. created in Firebase. Methodology: For the development of this prototype, first, the environment of the web page and the database were designed, second, the necessary codes are programmed to implement the web page, the servomotor control system and the data it provides the DHT11, third, the structure of the embedded system is presented together with the servomotor and the sensor, finally the clientserver model is reflected taking into consideration each of its parts. Results: The results verify the measurements of the sensor in real time, and the response of the servomotor to the position data sent by the user, in addition to making it easier for the user to manipulate the prototype, the application for Android devices is developed. Conclusions: Finally, the advantages of IoT are evidenced and how it makes life easier for users with its infinity of applications, the practicality and low cost of the ESP8266 board, the main benefits of the Android application and the functionality of the web page.

Resumen
Objective: To design a prediction model by generating a geospatial map of electromagnetic radiation produced by FM sound broadcasting in urban roads in the municipality of Pamplona. Methodology: The study technique consists of taking samples in random sites considering the references of altimetric and planimetric coordinates. Then, with the information of power levels obtained in the field, it is analyzed with the ArcGIS application, where each point of the working frequency is characterized and classified, allowing through a fast search algorithm to generate a geospatial map with the electric field radiations. Results: The data are processed, analyzed and checked analytically, with simulation software and a standard propagation model. Conclusions: As a result, a mathematical model is obtained to perform tests and validations on the radiation phenomenon obtained by configuring a geospatial information map.

Resumen
The article aims to present a bibliographical review on the process of social communication and its inevitable management to illustrate and raise awareness of the importance it currently has. He starts from the understanding that the name social communication implies all expressive works that have some collective dimension, in which he is the protagonist of articulations/disarticulations of things, behaviors, and ideas. This condition of possibility is given by a level of complexity that is unknown in our country due to the prevalence of instrumental visions that are harmful. It will be assertive and productive when it is channeled and driven through a strategic conception and managed in a conscious and inclusive manner of all its components and possible actions. This makes it possible to make social communication coherent with the aspirations and structural and functional actions that it inevitably accompanies and objective, among them the processes of decision-making and government management.

Resumen
Social networks have changed the ways of linking and communicating, and over time, they became efficient channels for literature’s circulation. Thus, chronicles, novel’s fragments, short stories and microfictions began to be published from personal profiles and/or fanpages and soon had found curious and/or specialized readers. These alternative forms of circulation for literary texts has also promoted the formation of writers' networks and facilitated closeness and interaction with readers.
Dissemination of literary texts in the networks have intensified the relationship between text and image. Both languages interpellate the reader-followers and form a meaning structure. Sometimes word and image appear at the same time and cannot be perceived separately; at other times, the image complements or adds visual information to the words or the words are result of the impact and the gaze transmitted by the image (Kibedi Varga 2000).
In this paper, besides problematizing the publication and diffusion of microfiction in the social network Facebook, the processes of legitimization and its literary valuation, we are interested in the
analysis of the minifictions published by Rogelio Ramos Signes from Tucuman and Ildiko Nassr from Jujuy, authors who also put in dialogue word and image in their publications.

Resumen
The ACINOX Commercial company is a Cuban state company whose corporate purpose is to import, export, market and provide maritime and land cargo transportation services. The article shows an analysis of the import process, where the organizational redesign procedure is applied to increase the effectiveness of this key process of the entity. The insufficient integrated management of the processes was identified as a critical situation in the company, which weakens the possibilities of the entity to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the environment. The objective of the article is to diagnose the import process of the ACINOX Commercial company based on the organizational redesign approach. Lines of action are proposed to close the gaps identified, such as a change in structure, updating procedures and the purchase of computer software, among others.

Resumen
The objective of the research is to carry out an organizational diagnosis in the key processes of the commercial ACINOX company to contribute to increasing the levels of activity for the import service to metallurgical companies and other producers of steel derivatives. In the investigation, methods and techniques are used to determine the gaps in the performance of international negotiators in the productive areas of key processes. The techniques used are interviews, documentary analysis of records from the last five years and surveys that complement the empirical method of observing the behavior of the selected sample to be investigated, these being the specialists who carry out international negotiations. The quantitative SWOT matrix (Weaknesses, Strengths, Opportunities and Threats) is developed to determine the strategies to be followed in the decision-making process by the general management.

Resumen
The Fourth Industrial Revolution, also called Industry 4.0, is characterized by the presence of cyber-physical systems that allow the hybridization of the physical world with the digital one. This process is deeply permeating all sectors of society, government organizations, the business sector and citizens. However, harnessing the advanced digital production technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution remains extremely concentrated in a few economies. In the case of Mongolia, the percentage of products manufactured by high-tech companies is very low, and the rate of adoption of this new paradigm is quite slow. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate at the macro level the preparation conditions that the Mongolian nation has to adopt Industry 4.0. In this article, studies that include dimensions of Mongolia's readiness for Industry 4.0 are analyzed, in particular the assessment provided by the GRAMI4.0 model, complemented with some additional specific indicators. Comparisons are made with other countries in the Asian region to establish the position of the country under study with respect to its neighbors. The results of the evaluation made it possible to outline a SWOT matrix and propose general recommendations with the intention of increasing the awareness of government institutions that are leading the electronic transition and industrialization processes, to favorably contribute to the adoption of Industry 4.0 in a more growth in the Mongolian economy.

Resumen
The article aims to define the educational activities to generate in Industrial Engineering students, capacities in circular economy, which will be useful for their academic, social and/or professional life. As a research method, documentary analysis is used, through bibliography on the circular economy, the principles and strategies circulars, current professional competences and capacities, the teaching-learning process and the role of education in the transition of production and consumption models linear to circular. Based on a teaching-learning model, the competencies and capacities necessary to achieve circular transition are defined and associated with these, the types of dynamic educational activities that contribute to generating them. Likewise, the importance of active learning to generate a complete, coherent and practical framework in the academic experience is exposed.

Resumen
Over the years, different theories have emerged that attempt to explain the best way to manage organizations in order to obtain greater advantages. This article analyzes the evolution of organizational theories over the last seventy years, through a theoretical documentary analysis of international databases. The results are reported in three sections that chronologically order the contributions: the first describes the management practices that maximize benefits with efficiency approaches; the second presents the holistic and dynamic methods that consider external elements of the organizations; the third focuses on the inter-organizational context and recognizes the worker as the basic pillar for organizational development. This is presented in a comparative table with five variables: year of emergence, emphasis, character of management, conception of man and main objective of the theory. After analyzing from a critical perspective, the limitations and scope of the theories described, it is concluded that in order to achieve maximum performance it is necessary to manage organizations with flexibility, considering endogenous and exogenous factors.
