Resumen
Andean orality allows the transmission of knowledge and traditions of a culture, devaluing it nullifies the possibility of intercultural training work. This article presents the experience of incorporating oral literature in school spaces with the participation of the yachaqkuna (wise men and women). From the dialogical methodology, the socio-critical approach and a participatory design, we worked with 15 boys and girls from a single-teacher school in the community of Huallhua in Ayacucho, achieving a proposal to incorporate orality in 11 sessions distributed in five modules to work within. school sessions, which allowed to reassess the importance of cultural knowledge, cultural transmission agents and the appreciation of being agents who can build their own learning.

Resumen
Reggaeton lyrics accentuate differences based on stereotypes that are configured in society through symbolic violence, where perceptions, values ??and beliefs are naturalized from the collective imaginary imposed from a position of social roles. The article analyzes gender violence based on the symbolisms and meanings presented in reggaeton and incorporated into social coexistence. The results show that in the social sphere the attribution of stereotypes linked to power, recognition and acceptance are perpetuated, with emphasis on the binary distribution of being a woman and a man which is constantly legitimized in the interaction in their environments.

Resumen
The research has the purpose of analyzing the formation of decent societies based on religious education, by promoting human relations based on solidarity, humility and compassion; every time this type of instruction arouses the inherent dignity of life. A bibliographic study of a diachronic nature is carried out from the deductive rationalist approach. Motivate teaching through example; therefore, acting in accordance with the Sacraments implies consenting to fair coexistence; by stopping the selfish rapacity that characterizes contemporary society. In other words, educating means humanizing coexistence, considering that others are also manifestation, expression and divine evidence; knowing that living for the benefit of others serves God.

Resumen
This research article reflects on the threats described in the updated literature to the psychological and mental health of young people in the higher education system, due to confinement due to the global health crisis. With this, it is intended to provide a compilation of dissertation and theoretical-empirical bases that allow mental health problems, aggressive and even destructive behaviors to be put into context, which divert the student from their educational purposes, in the pandemic context. Additionally, based on this, an understanding of threats and weaknesses is generated that can serve both educational and criminal prevention policies, both for student failure and for the increase in crime.
We proceeded to review the literature on psychosocial repercussions in university students through a qualitative approach methodology with a bibliographic design of systematic and analytical review, with descriptive depth. In this effort, we compared 20 documents on possible effects on mental health and violent behavior.

Resumen
Tobacco consumption is a social and public health problem, half of smokers die from this cause or, otherwise, generate recurrent chronic diseases, being the most relevant preventable cause of death. From the criminological point of view, the anxiety produced by tobacco withdrawal has the same quality and typology as the anxiety found in anxiety disorders, ADHD and a spectrum of similar disorders related to aggression and violence. There are risk factors that influence the start of consumption and its consequences, observing trends in the progress of the risk to become daily consumers. The objective of the study was to determine the prevalence of tobacco consumption, associate the influence of consumption of parents, smoking teachers and university students. It is a relational, observational, cross-sectional study, elaborated through a survey applied to students of the University of Guayaquil, with 2,600 respondents. The prevalence of consumption was 47.1%, with a higher risk for males; the population of daily smokers was more prevalent, 24%, regarding the influence between parents and smokers teachers reflected odds ratio of 0.77 and 74%; There is a statistical association between tobacco consumption and beliefs about health damage, lung cancer, knowledge about safety-frequency of consumption, use of smokeless tobacco with significant p. In the same way, related anxiety is associated with the person´s poorer performance to resolve conflicts, and because of this, this phenomenon is a cause or a regular factor in violent responses, and crimes. It is important to make young people aware and influence teachers, parents to persuade them to proceed with respect to the moment of consumption through strategies that allow improving communication where the short and long-term effects on health that are currently on the rise are investigated in detail. all respiratory diseases of infectious origin, it is an urgent need to prevent the increase and start of consumption by raising awareness among parents, teachers and students

Resumen
The main objective of this research article is to reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of mobile learning framed in the use of Information and Communication Technologies and the role of the teacher to manage this type of learning. It is perceived that social networks create a cognitive context of enormous expansion that integrates culture. The threats to people's mental health and security that derive from this new network, such as cyber-bullying and haters, are part of a comprehensive cognitive context specific to postmodern spectacularity, so networks do not they should be perceived only as educational tools. Despite this diagnosis, there are no legal notions that accurately describe what education has already identified as problems, as well as the crimes and transgressions related to those problems.
It seeks to make a descriptive analysis of positive and negative evaluations of mobile learning and its relationship with ICT / social networks / Internet, obtaining as a result the relevance of the role of the teacher in charge of a relevant planning of quality educational material, ensuring interaction with students, maintain motivation and ensure collaborative learning, prevent misuse of information, harassment and crime through these platforms.

Resumen
This article evaluates the labeling processes associated with citizen insecurity of the Venezuelan migrant population in Ecuador, and its relationship with real danger, measurable through standardized procedures to date. To achieve this, a) We discuss the dangers associated with labeling, according to the Ecuadorian and international legal context; b) We compared the procedures for measuring dangerousness of this population in Lima, Chile and Colombia; c) We used the method established by the Migration Policy Institute, consisting of comparing the proportion of the migrant population according to the receiving native population, and the migrant population deprived of liberty according to the receiving native population deprived of liberty; finally, d) We contrast the labeling discourses through surveys previously carried out, e) We compared the numeric results against a quantitative-qualitative study of an ethnographic type in a highly conflictive territory of the country. It is concluded that the danger of Venezuelan migrants is much lower than the danger of the receiving and Colombian population and, furthermore, it does not correspond to the proportions of perception of insecurity that this population has. We disserted on the problems that labeling can generate in Ecuadorian society

Resumen
The presumption that corruption is the result of the moral degradation of people, institutions and the republican modus operandi is common in scientific discourse, understood as an entropic effect of any society. This angle prevents understanding the participation of structural factors in its interpretation, which, at first sight, seems contradictory to the important observed constants and historical variations. It is suggested to understand corruption, no just as a particular behavior, but as the result of the cycles of capitalism, the peripheral nature of the economy, the geopolitical interplay, and the very nature of the norm in the capitalist interplay. To this end, this article proposes: a) a historical periodization of the phenomenon in the last two decades in Ecuador, in order to demonstrate its structural dynamics, b) a conceptual understanding of the phenomenon, which places legal definitions as the result of historical and systemic forces, and c) a reading of the habeas corpus case applied by the Manglaralto Court, to the former vice president of Ecuador, Jorge Glas, originally convicted of corruption, as an example of the theoretical contributions we provide.

Resumen
The objective of this research article was to analyze the various forms of representation of aggressiveness and how this situation has an effect on the development of self-esteem in school children. At this stage of child development, it is common to perceive certain behaviors that may interfere in their relational dynamics with their peers; however, it is considered a problem given the frequency of this type of acts in schools. This study responded to a quantitative approach, due to the respective collection of information, descriptive in relation to the criteria of the problem and correlational where the inferential incidence between the variables of analysis was evidenced. The sample consisted of 150 children from elementary schools in Ecuador, and the instruments applied were the Violent Behavior Scale and the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory. The results obtained indicated the presence of aggressiveness manifested in its diverse modalities of action, and regular to low levels of self-esteem, also from the inferential analysis a weak positive relationship between the variables was evidenced, which indicates problems in the development of self-esteem related to aggressive attitudes. Thus, it is concluded that the problem is representative to the extent of what was evaluated, and that it generates negative effects due to inappropriate behaviors on the part of the students.
