Resumen
This research, conceived from Gulumapu "Mapuche territory", analyzed the human-nature relationship developed in the socio-political context of organized crime against nature, based on Forst's theory of justification and the case study of the Llancalil Hydroelectric Power Plant, projected for the territory of Huife, commune of Pucón, Araucanía region, Chile. The qualitative analysis and documentary review allowed concluding that the human-nature relationship built in the context of transnational socio-environmental terrorism and organized crime against nature, could be "intercultural anticolonial", when the anthropocentric, patriarchal, colonial, capitalist and modern justifications that capture it, are questioned by Mapuche and intercultural justifications, which promote the recognition of the rights of nature and the preventive practices of crime against nature.

Resumen
This work is a reflective analysis under the narrative and argumentative foundations applied to research in government and public administration, on intercultural mechanisms for conflict resolution in Tulcán-Ecuador. Developing a theoretical and conceptual framework that explains and justifies such recognition, taking into account historical and ethnic reasons that differentiate the One (non-indigenous) from the Other (indigenous), the purpose is to examine the indigenous reality of the Awá people. As a result of this investigation, it is possible to affirm that indigenous justice requires, for its materialization, to previously purge practices that, although they are denounced by the State itself, paradoxically, it also practices them, such as extractivism, which goes against the indigenous interests of the Good Living, and in favor of large corporations and a way of life that is already proven, is unsustainable for humanity.

Resumen
The study aims to analyze the criminalization of the queer community, a study compared to Latin American mink, in this case in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina, in order to identify the reality that the LGBTT+ population is experiencing in terms of the situation of recognition before society, protection of their rights, regulations, laws, identity, marriage, among other legal aspects. It was developed according to the type of documentary descriptive study, with hermeneutic analysis with which a result is propitiated about the subject studied. The results indicate that despite the fact that in the countries studied when the comparison was established, the criminalization of the queer community does not exist or has been abolished, it is observed that the established laws lack mechanisms that allow implementing real and effective strategies to avoid discrimination and inequality in this population to assert their rights, experiencing disapproval, criticism, and rejection.

Family law relationships established in the mexican legal system derive from marriage, kinship, cohabitation and domestic partnership. The way in which federal tribunals guarantee family rights of empirical consensual unions, that is, unions which have not been acknowledged in legislation, is by adjusting them to cohabitation through judge-made-law. Civil law prohibits marriage and cohabitation for minors under 18 years of age, which does not impede that if they have the minimum legal age for sexual consent, they can start a family through a consensual union. The problem is that in this type of union it is impossible to make that adaptation since those children do not have the exercise capacity to act and give rise to family law relationships of personal and patrimonial nature. It is proposed that the alledged union can be the cause for them to obtain the civil status of emancipated minor, which would allow federal tribunals to adapt through interpretation to the extent the law may allow, cohabitation rights and obligations.

Resumen
If each state has its own conflict rules, then the same factual situation may be governed by different laws, depending on the courts deciding the case. In matters of succession, there are no uniform rules in the relationship between Germany and Mexico. Within the framework of the European Union, there is an increasing unification of conflictof-laws rules. Regulation (EU) No. 650/2012 regulates international jurisdiction, applicable law, and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matters of succession. Based on these provisions, an analysis will be made of the declaration of heirs adopted by a german court in the case of a mexican woman who dies in Germany, leaving assets in Germany and in México, and in the reverse case. It will also be questioned whether these judgments can be recognized in Mexico with respect to assets located there. In the first case, the court will apply german law to the entire estate; in the second case, on the other hand, the estate will be fragmented, applying to the assets located in México the law of this State, while, with respect to the assets located in Germany, partial remission to german law...
