Resumen
In Argentina, small and medium pig producers are predominant in the sector. In general they do not have professional assistance, and due to lack of adequate economic information, they make management decisions that do not achieveproductive potential, lose profits, experience greater negative economic results that discourage productive investments and many of them quit the activity. In this work, the behavior of products and inputs prices are taken in consideration. Also evaluate the monthly economic results of two complete cycle and free range pig production models with sixty sows, with different management due to professional assistance and low-value investments. The measurements were made from January 2016 to December 2019 and show an important variability in prices and economic results in both models. The less productive model compared to the model with assistance, achieves lower global costs but higher unit costs, lower profits and greater losses in amount and duration. These results demonstrate for these models of the same scale that, in similar economic scenarios, the strategies that optimize production processes with the available resources, with professional assistance, result in an increase of profits and reduce the risk of economic losses.

The Pampa Medanosa Region is the Córdoba province’s environmentwith the greatest wind erosion susceptibility. In recent years, the reactivationof erosive processes in the region due to deforestation and intensification ofland use has been reported. The aim of this work was to, on the one hand,to carry out the digitalization of dunes, to provide information for the identificationof protection/conservation areas. And, on the other hand, through thedigitalization of erosion foci, it was to observe the reactivation of wind erosionprocesses. 66,448 hectares of erosion foci were digitalized, showing the winderosion consequences in the southwest of the province of Córdoba. Besides,73,672 hectares of dunes were digitalized. The spatial location of them indicatesfragile environments that require protection and conservation approaches, attendingthe breaking-up of the biogeographic Caldenal corridor and megadunesby agricultural land use. The presence of active wind erosion processes showsthe need of land use planning and sustainable soil management in a long-termvision system, in order to rehabilitate degraded lands and to prevent desertificationprocesses progress.

Resumen
Family businesses have enormous social economic importance in Argentinain particular the family farming companies EFA, however work with significanteconomic inefficiencies, few surpass generational transfers and whenthey dissolve, they lose patrimony and family ties among other reasons for theirparticular ways of managing. With the purpose of generating evidence on thecurrent status of particularities of the EFA management for the use academicscientific, an exploratory study was conducted based on the interpretation ofresponses obtained from surveys conducted in the year 2019 by the responsiblefor twenty-seven EFA located in five provinces of Argentina diversified andspecialized in productive areas and with different heritage. In this group of EFAthe results showed beyond the differences in location, types of production andscale, importants weaknesses in their management such as informality, poorprofessionalization, non-participatory and dont democratic organizations, heavily influenced by conservative macho cultural patterns, and that did not incorporatedavailable knowledge to strengthen the management because theydont know or consider as problems that affect the economic productive efficiencyof the company, the duration of the EFA and the integrity of the ownerfamilies of little importance.

Resumen
Approximately 19% of Argentina’s surface is occupied by saline soils. Itis known that these soils have a limited biomass production capacity. However, productivity can be recovered and / or significantly improved with technologiesdesigned and applied according to their structural and functional characteristics. This article presents a series of proven technologies for the recovery ofbiomass production in saline soils. In this sense, first the theoretical aspectsthat characterize the structure and operation of soils whose rooting profile isin contact with a saline water table are reviewed. Then the principles of useand management are established, both for the design and for the applicationof nine technologies with an emphasis on the recovery of productive capacityand each of these techniques is briefly described. Finally, a list of plants adaptedto these edaphic conditions and that constitute current and potential crops forthe production of biomass destined for fodder, biofuel, medicinal use, humanconsumption and wood is presented.

Resumen
Due to the health crisis imposed by the new coronavirus, it has become necessary to adapt the teaching methodologies, making the student’s teaching and learning process even more challenging. In this context, the objective of this work is to introduce interactive activities as a way to personalize the teaching of chemistry during the period of remote classes. To this end, the digital platforms Wordwall and Google Forms were used. It was observed that with the use of didactic and interactive tools, freely available on the internet, it became possible to give na innovative character to exercises with the creation of quizzes and games during the remote classroom moments. The use of interactive tools in remote classes has enabled a better diagnosis of the student’s knowledge. These respective tools are capable of replicating graphics that not only bring correct or wrong answers, but that make it possible to analyze the level of knowledge of the classes about the studied content, thus inducing corrective measures to be taken by the teachers.

Resumen
The acquisition of knowledge in contemporary times is in constant change, despite the initiatives to carry out teaching methodologies as educational support. Therefore, the implementation of pedagogical practices by the professors, stimulates the interaction of students and expands learning opportunities. In this sense, the present study aimed to report an educational practice on the photosynthesis process that was developed in a first-year high school class at the state basic education school in the municipality of Arapiraca-Alagoas. Thus, the items for the development of the experience were requested from the students, which consisted of transparent glass or plastic containers, sodium bicarbonate, water and vegetable leaves. Thus, on the day of practice, questionnaires were distributed before and after the experiment in order to assess the learning related to the topic addressed. After practice, the necessary observations the effects of photosynthesis on the recipients were realized, as well as the analysis of the results of the pre- and post-test evaluation. Thus, it was noticed that the experiment proves to be efficient, not only for the understanding of the theory, but also promoted the strengthening of interpersonal bonds, having in a view the return of in-person classes after a long period of social distancing imposed on society due to the pandemic scenario of the new coronavirus.

Resumen
Well water is one of the most accessible and indispensable sources for populations that do not have access to the public water supply network. This must be free from pathogenic microorganisms so that it is considered of good quality for consumption. The lack of monitoring of water sources and the population's ignorance of the causes and problems associated with contamination can lead people to acquire several waterborne diseases. This study aimed to evaluate the presence of thermotolerant coliforms in water used for human consumption in seven wells in the state of Alagoas, using the most probable number (MPN) technique. Seven water samples were collected and analyzed in two communities, 5 in a community located in the Alagoas Forest zone and 2 in the Alagoas wild. According to the microbiological analyzes carried out in this work, the results showed that the water used by communities in the interior of the state of Alagoas, was identified as an important risk factor to the health of the population, since all water sources analyzed present indices of total coliforms and E. coli above those allowed for human consumption. Regarding irrigation, only 43% of the samples are suitable for irrigation.

Resumen
The supervised internship aims to instruct the academic in the exercise of teaching, as well as conjecture about future performances as a teacher. The objective of the work is to outline the observations made during the observatory internship as well as the teaching practice. The internship was carried out in an elementary school in the city of Tauá-CE, in the 6th grade A and B. It was used as a technological tool and pedagogical support in the teaching/learning process: data show, notebook, laser, interactive images, video and application of a didactic game addressing the themes: the structures and dynamics of the earth and the relationships between biotic and abiotic factors to help students understand the content studied in the classroom, with reference to the book Companhia das Ciências 6º ano, ed Saraiva, 4th ed-2015. Most students consider 55.55% excellent performance by the intern, 11.11% average, 33.33% good, and 0% bad. 6th year B students consider 89.66% excellent performance by the intern, 0% average, 10.34% good 0% bad. The research showed that 100% of the students consider that the content of the classes was passed on clearly and that they used different tools to teach. This work will serve as support for the exercise of the teaching profession, where the knowledge experienced in the classroom was important to realize how relevant the teaching profession is and that when the professional finds himself and understands himself in this condition of exercising his future profession, he loses a little of the fear in relation to the new that he seeks.
