Resumen
The onslaught of climate change has shown that this phenomenon is not only a reality, but that it has changed the living conditions of millions of people. This opens the door for civilization to mobilize in search of better living conditions and thus allow the free mobility or circulation of all those to whom their State has not been able to guarantee the application of their rights and, therefore, a quality of life in accordance with their needs. The purpose of this article is to elucidate the need to create new institutions or specific legal statuses to protect the rights of people in human mobility for climatic reasons. For the realization of this article, qualitative, descriptive and bibliographic methods were used, which involved the review of documentary material, doctrine and the national and international legal system. As a result of this research, it was found that there are vast justifications that point to the need for the international community to pronounce itself on the legal vacuum that exists for people who have had to be forcibly displaced for climatic reasons. For this reason, it can be concluded that it is imperative to recognize the concept of refugee for those displaced by climatic situations who have been left defenseless in the face of the violation of their rights. This recognition includes accepting that climate adversity is one of the reasons for people in human mobility to access climate refugee status and thus provide them with a response that allows them to rebuild their lives in dignified conditions and under the legal protection of other jurisdictions.

Resumen
The research seeks to determine the implications of the oral memory of the city of Mira in the province of Carchi, Ecuador, in its current society. A qualitative, ethnographic approach is used to dialogue and coexist with the community, with two groups of informants, the users of the Support Program for the Elderly, to know the original aspects about the oral memory of the legends of Mira and a second group comprised by students of the superior years of the two schools of the city, to have the approach of the current generation and to be able to contrast two points of view.
As a result, it is observed that the new generation is aware of its oral memory and with it its legends and traditions, which in essence have not changed over time; colloquial sayings, customs, habits and behaviors that were initiated by previous generations. It is determined that it is important to keep tradition and memory alive, which is considered an essential part of the current Mireño society and a way to project itself into an imminent future full of permanent changes.
It is concluded that it is possible to determine an initial point to generate new alternatives for the conservation and diffusion of the oral memory of a town.

Resumen
Playful strategies in the educational environment are of great importance, since they are those activities that allow the child to develop through play in an effective way. In this sense, the objective of this research is to describe the benefits of the application of ludic strategies in the teaching of reading and writing in students of General Basic Education in Ecuador. It should be noted that the deductive method and documentary research with a qualitative approach were used for the development of the work. As for the results obtained, a deficit was identified in the use of playful methodologies by teachers, which directly affect learning, in addition, it was evidenced that there is a setback in the teaching of this, since, from 2012 to 2019 the data yielded by the INEVAL went from 12% to 18.10%, therefore, the application of various strategies was taken into consideration, for the construction of meaningful learning, however, it was shown that most students prefer to read flashy texts and of their interest. Finally, ludic activities favor easy comprehension, the increase of socio-cognitive skills, as well as the improvement of the students' reading and writing level.

Resumen
In March 2020, a pandemic began that affected the entire world. In the first instance, the national Emergency Operations Committee (COE) declared a state of emergency, everything was closed and quarantined. Virtual education began, in which classrooms were left behind; platforms and virtual environments were created and adapted to start virtual education. In the rural sector there were many difficulties: homes without Internet due to lack of resources, students who could not connect to classes and the only resource they had access to was the weekly guide issued by the teacher. In this sense, the purpose of this work was to determine the effects and problems caused by the pandemic in education in the rural sector. The research modalities were bibliographic and field, the levels were exploratory and descriptive. The sample consisted of parents from the different rural neighborhoods of San Buenaventura. The information was collected through the application of the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The results made it possible to identify that in the rural sector most of the homes do not have Internet, which hinders learning.

Resumen
The following research work arises due to the difficulty presented by students in the area of mathematics. In order to solve this problem, it is proposed to implement the playful method for learning equations and inequalities; these playful strategies intervene as methods or techniques used by the teacher in the teaching-learning process. The research was observational because it was taken as reference data obtained from two investigations of the same field of study for subsequent analysis; the study is descriptive because it was necessary to analyze and interpret statistical data and determine the impact of playful strategies on student learning, also, the method used is inductive - deductive approach, because data were collected and analyzed using descriptive and comparative statistics. Likewise, the comparative analysis of the statistical data and subsequent interpretation of the results was carried out, thus it was obtained that 58% have a low performance in the subject of mathematics and the application of ludic strategies was favorable to the experimental group. It was possible to determine the remarkable relevance of the ludic strategies in the learning of mathematics, since they allowed the reinforcement of acquired knowledge.

Resumen
The use of smart devices is increasing every day, and the development of mobile applications is increasingly in demand. Companies aware of this reality adapted their digital applications to incorporate these technologies. This work presents a hybrid application that integrates the mobile application to a set of functionalities of a previously built CRM module. The mobile application also contains a two-factor security component, which combines biometric authentication and knowledge authentication. In addition, the mobile application includes messaging and communication features with users, making use of the smartphone ecosystem. For project management, was used an agile method. A mobile application obtained in the operation phase is already in the Google Play Store. To validate the usability of the system a user survey was carried out. 71% consider the mobile application easy to use, and 78% use this to communicate with their clients.

Resumen
The main objective of this research was to design a teacher training proposal for the incentive of Resilience, affective Neuroscience and social cognition of students studying in a pandemic. Locating in a quantitative approach, specifically of a descriptive nature, based on a feasible project, which determined the situation under study, allowing to establish the veracity and a design phase in which the content of the investigation was instituted, based on a design of non-experimental field and a level of positivist methodology. The same had the participation of 46 classroom teachers from different institutions, who personified as a significant sample, to which a questionnaire containing 15 questions was applied in a dichotomous way to later establish its validity and reliability through an analysis. That allowed data to be collected directly from reality, resulting in the need to present a training proposal for teachers in which Resilience is the main piece for quality education in students in times of pandemic. Since this will help to undermine the concern of an educational praxis that needs continuous and innovative intervention.

Resumen
Professional development has become a key part of human resource development in education and educational leadership and management. Therefore, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) involves those activities that develop the skills, knowledge, experience and other characteristics of an individual as a teacher. In the present research, an integrative literature review was applied as a methodology where publications on a topic were synthesized to describe perspectives. It is concluded that, CPD is important as it helps to ensure that additional learning progresses in a structured, practical and relevant way to ensure that there are efficiencies applied to learning. In addition, teachers need to actively develop ongoing professionalism, which is particularly focused on the second element, which is scientific publication from research output reports.

Resumen
The demographic transition process has generated questions about population aging, as well as drawing the attention of international organizations and public policy managers to generate programs that address this reality. The older adults, as a new social protagonist, questions the need to go through a “successful aging process”. In this way, educational opportunities become liberating options for this group, helping them to remain active, productive, and inserted in society. This work aimed to map the occurrence of educational policies, through the textual analysis of legal frameworks and formal documents related to the Elderly and Education in Brazil. As a result, the generic orientation of the Ministry of Education in relation to the group of older adults was observed, since the educational premises of the National Education Plan only mention Youth and Adults. This is evidenced by the lack of a coherent didactic project aimed specifically at the group. The negative image of the elderly in Brazil, who lost their role after so many years of illiteracy, can be institutionalized.

Resumen
Introduction: Head and neck carcinoma comprises a group of neoplasms with similar anatomical origins. They occupy the sixth place in the world among the neoplasias of all the locations, and the most affected site is the oral cavity. The role of the Human Papillomavirus as an independent factor in the development of these neoplasms is now recognized. In the last 15 years, an increase in the incidence of squamous cell carcinoma induced by Human Papillomavirus (HPV) has been observed.
Methods: This is an observational study of transversal descriptive type. A documental analysis of the clinical files of the patients that meet the inclusion criteria was performed.
Results: in this study, a 14 % prevalence of HPV in laryngeal cancers was found. Type 16 HPV was the only one identified and described in the clinical files of this study and the latter with a prevalence of 20 %
Discussion: HPV may be involved in the development of some laryngeal cancers and its role may be more predominant in men older than 50 years.
