During the Covid-19 pandemic, commercial activities underwent a severe restrictiveparalysis due to biosecurity standards, which led to large-scale economic losses. Companieswere forced to adapt to the new environment caused by the pandemic, analyzing new waysto reactivate their activities and the logistics process involved in the marketing of goodsand services. The health crisis brought challenges at a business level, since companies werenot prepared to deal with a situation of such a scale.Based on the above, the purpose of thisresearch is to evaluate the impact of Covid-19 in the logistics of maritime transport,through the application of the ScoreCard tool, for the import of mining equipment of thecompany Tractocars of Machala in 2022. The methodology used in this research ishistorical-logical, and analytical-synthetic, for which we resorted to sources of informationsuch as web pages and scientific articles.

The analysis of job performance in the cooperative sector is a field under exploration, where institutions have focused on the study of human capital to meet their proposed objectives, for this they have considered that their skills, motivation and opportunities should be studied so that it can be optimized. their performance towards the organization. The purpose of the work was to determine if the skills, motivation and participation opportunities of the employees have contributed to their performance within the work within the financial cooperatives of segments 1 - 3. The method used was the factorial analysis where they were analyzed the AMO components according to the correlational scope. The instrument consisted of 22 items and its reliability was 79%. The results revealed that the AMO method through skills have perceived those financial cooperatives require the maximum benefit of their capabilities, which in turn improves their performance and strengthens the growth of organizations. Similarly, they emphasize that financial cooperatives must motivate them and generate opportunities to stabilize their organizational permanence. It was concluded that the performance is influenced by these edges to maintain a favorable work environment.

The educational crisis is a side-effect of the current planetary mega-crisis. In his most recent text, Edgar Morin urges us to change the pathway and re-imagine education today. Changing the pathway entails thinking about educational reforms – epistemic-sociologically and psychologically speaking - than can be conditions of possibility and genuineness, as a paradigmatic rupture in this time of knowledge reconnection. We depart from two provocative thoughts that urge us to reflect: Thinking about education as a dialogue of knowledge aimed to recover the human condition. South Thinking and Spirit of the Valley help us revise and argue for this line of thought. Reflecting on the context of this global-local crisis, not with an apocalyptical view, but as a hopeful path to think about the metamorphosis in this Kairos-complex time which has been neglected in education. Since educating in times of uncertainties and contemporary changes requires new epistemological foundations, we propose three issues for reflection: We need to contextualize the modern educational discourse. We cannot ignore the epistemic ruptures of the twentieth century that give rise to a new era. Let's look at the global crisis and metamorphosis from the epistemic and pedagogical South. What is the time of social and pedagogical metamorphosis today? From these three questions, we will be able to understand that the metamorphosis that we are going through in 2021 occurs on a global scale, thus modifying the set of social, political, economic, cultural, organizational relationships, which urges us to seriously rethink ourselves if we are to think about our actions from a chronological time that reproduces the sameness or from a Kairos-complex time that is based on otherness. Without time, thought collapses, since chronological time does not build, but fragments moments in repetition.

This article examines the potential benefits of combining Learning by Doing and Learning for Understanding approaches in Ecuadorian classrooms. Learning by Doing emphasizes hands-on, experiential learning while Learning for Understanding focuses on deepening students' understanding of concepts through inquiry and reflection. By combining these approaches, students can gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of the subject matter. This article draws on existing research on Learning by Doing and Learning for Understanding to explore how these approaches can be integrated into Ecuadorian classrooms. The article describes a study that investigates implementing these approaches in an Ecuadorian high school, using a combination of pre and post-tests and interviews with students and teachers. The study results suggest that combining Learning by Doing and Learning for Understanding can improve student engagement and achievement and more positive teacher attitudes toward teaching. The article concludes by discussing the implications of these findings for implementing these approaches in Ecuadorian classrooms and highlighting areas for future research. Overall, this article argues that combining Learning by Doing and Learning for Understanding can offer a powerful educational approach that can benefit both students and teachers in Ecuadorian classrooms and highlights areas for future research.

The objective of this study was to analyze the brand value of craft beer in the millennial market of the city of Machala. The methodology had a quantitative approach of correlational type. The PLS-SEM multivariate analysis technique was obtained in order to test the proposed structural model. The survey technique was obtained by applying as an instrument a questionnaire of questions valued by the Likert scale in 5 points. As a result, it was found that trust is an important factor that is positively and significantly related to brand equity. Likewise, it was verified that loyalty is a fundamental element for the construction of brand value, since it also demonstrates a significant relationship. This concluded that there is certainly a positive and significant relationship between trust, loyalty and brand value, thus corroborating the study hypotheses.

Body expression is one of the most basic forms of communication that the human being has, the same one that develops from the gestational stage and is stimulated from the first months of life. Having gone through a pandemic and confinement that limited the movement of the little ones, the need to investigate body expression in children of initial education arises, to know the characteristics and evolutionary levels of the expression of infants through the analysis of documents. academic scientists published in indexed journals, for which the bibliographic collection methodology was used, applying the deductive process, to understand the evolution of the movements; The systematic method was also applied to maintain an adequate order in the management of the information collected for the preparation of this document that contains the main stages of body expression, the causes of the loss or decrease of normal motor development, as well as the characteristics that the human being displays according to his age. It concludes with the extraction and comparison of several investigations that allowed establishing knowledge in different contexts. It is concluded that there is no further scientific-academic information that determines some kind of delay in the normal development of body expression in children who are studying the initial level, due to the pandemic and subsequent confinement, even when the reality is worthy of being investigated with thoroughness and depth.

This research is developed with the deductive method; it aims to establish the need to criminalize the irrational logging of forests in Ecuador. Through which the elements of human conduct that alter the woods by indiscriminate logging, the Ecuadorian regulations that safeguard nature are determined. The lack of a regulatory position of intervention through the criminalization in the criminal law aims to recognize the law shortcomings, government policies, and the actions of environmental authorities to reflect on the reasons for which the absence of state interest in the criminalization of irrational logging in Ecuador is established.

The current research is developed with the deductive method. Through which determines the damages caused to natural forests, collateral damage to human rights, unknowledge and the lack of use of existing laws within of the Ecuadorian State.  

This article analyzes the effectiveness of judgment No.66-15-JC/19 of the Constitutional Court, which was pronounced with judicial decisions for the immediate transfer of hydrocarbon products seized by the National Police of Ecuador. One of these decisions refers mainly to the establishment of the necessary protocols that guarantee adequate institutional coordination. It also indicated that the evidence must be transported to appropriate places by the Public Hydrocarbons Company of Ecuador, and it is the responsibility of these entities to store the seized evidence in their collection centers, in accordance with the relevant regulations, and when necessary, for reasons such as the amount, they will also have the obligation to transport and move said evidence, highlighting that the accumulation of hydrocarbon material in an inappropriate place violates the right to health, for contributing to a polluted environment and as such threatens to violate the right to a safe habitat and healthy.

The objective of this article was to evaluate the factors related to poor child nutrition in the General Antonio Elizalde canton (Bucay) in the period 2022. A quantitative methodology was used, through field research in the General Antonio Elizalde Canton ( Bucay), province of Guayas, with a type of descriptive, cross-sectional and observational research. All children and parents who attend the Campamento Ave Guayas PRONACA Regional Office were considered as inclusion criteria, surveys were applied that allowed the collection of information where it was possible to determine that the majority of families living in the community of the General canton Antonio Elizalde (Bucay) work together, and generally the children stay in the care of the grandparents and on other occasions alone, it is also observed that they became parents at an early age (16-21 years), which greatly influences the little education that parents can have. Based on this, the families surveyed are in support of the implementation of talks and workshops that contribute to the nutritional education of their families by the PRONACA company, allowing them to improve the nutritional conditions of their children.Key words: food, malnutrition, family, education
