When talking about operational-administrative management, it is the ability of every company to achieve the efficiency of its internal process and obtain favorable results from the product and service. The objective of this document is to analyze the operational-administrative management in the quality of service in interprovincial public transport in the Salcedo Canton Terminal. The methodology used is qualitative and descriptive, since information is obtained from reference sources on the subject and the quality of the interprovincial public transport service at the Salcedo terminal is currently analyzed based on operational and administrative management. carried by the companies, 4 cooperatives whose fleets work in the Salcedo terminal were used as a sample and the survey was used as an investigative instrument. As relevant results, it was obtained that there is a high impact of the operational and administrative management on the quality of the service provided by the public transport companies of the study and that continuous training is needed. It is concluded that only with proper training and internal logistics of public transport companies whose fleets are in the Salcedo terminal is a strategy for improving service quality.

The objective of this research is based on evaluating the state of cryptocurrencies today and the advantages or disadvantages that they have, in order to understand if the investment of cryptocurrencies is viable and profitable. In conclusion, it is mentioned that, from the investment point of view, it is important to consider and evaluate that, the higher the profit, the greater the risk that the investment may not bear the expected results, however, this reason should not be impediment to not invest in a project that can generate profits. For Ecuador, since it is not legal as a currency, it is important to consider the rules and precautions to carry out any transaction, and that is that when making a transfer it is settled quickly compared to other traditional banking transactions, and with only having a computer With the internet or a cell phone, you can invest in cryptocurrencies, taking into account the possible risks. This article derives from the research carried out on "development of sensory skills in children from 0 to 2 years of age of the Chimborazo chn", carried out for the business project work of the Paulo Emilio Higher Technological Institute of the higher technology career. in comprehensive child development. This research was carried out under the qualitative paradigm and is part of the type of descriptive study, it has a sample of 15 boys and girls from the cnh Chimborazo Ecuador; The data was collected through observations through sensory games with a cardboard train. One of the most important find-ings of this research was the identification of factors that directly intervene in the development of sensory skills and that affect learning in boys and girls.

The administrative management of the La Mana interprovincial passenger transport cooperative generated the need to incur in a management audit with the objective of evaluating the components of Coso 1, through which the level of risk is identified and alternatives are provided for improve the business situation directed to internal control. The two variables were analyzed using different instruments, for the management audit, qualification questionnaires were used and for the administrative management a financial analysis, through the indicators: Portfolio turnover, fixed asset turnover, sales turnover, average period of collection, impact of administrative and sales expenses and impact of the financial burden. The research methodology was quantitative-descriptive, to systematically know the process of administrative management in the organization. The results were directed to the fixed asset turnover indicator and the impact of administrative and sales expenses. it is necessary to implement an action plan in the management of fixed assets and sales expenses, which entails implementing a new assessment of the risk assessment component.

Ecuador is a country with the largest export of bananas worldwide, contributing significantly to its economy; For this reason, it is important that all exporters have the necessary knowledge about quality management systems, which contribute to maintaining or raising their standards in international markets. The importance of the research lies in carrying out a planning of a quality management system, to improve the export of bananas and in this way increase the competitiveness in the international market of the 3 de Julio Farmers Association. The general objective is directed at designing a planning of a quality management system in the Association of Farmers July 3 of the canton El Guabo in the export of bananas in the year 2022. The research carried out was non-experimental, descriptive - explanatory. , under the inductive - deductive method, and the positivist paradigm. The quality management system will be extended, favoring the performance of the Association, improving its export process. Regarding the limitations of the present investigation, it is that the Association of Farmers July 3, due to the non-existence of a quality management system, it is not possible to obtain a quality certification; therefore, it is expected that as a line of research, certifications that can guarantee the quality of the product in foreign markets will be implemented.

The current trends of European consumers have strong bias towards products to give a nutritional contribution because of the different food problems encountered today, therefore, the people worry more for food that they consume. The superfoods are foods high in nutrients and features that are beneficial to the human; and Ecuador has many superfoods inside exportable offer such as: quinoa, chia seeds, blueberries and moringa. Therefore, the present study determined the export strategies through market analysis to internationalize the superfoods. The research has a qualitative-quantitative focus with application of theoretical-deductive and analytical-synthetic methods. The findings showed that the strategies to the implementation of superfoods in the European market, its importance have connection with international fairs, the use of e-commerce and international certifications. Finally, the conclusion was Ecuador has products considered superfoods that have high demand and popularity in the European market. This is undoubtedly an opportunity for Ecuadorian exporting companies.

The objective of the study is to analyze environmental pollution as an agent of violation of the rights of nature in Ecuador. The methodology was qualitative, documentary, bibliographical, as it is a review study. The sources used were chosen from academic Google, Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, whose data was compiled with a digital folder and analyzed with legal hermeneutics for its interpretation. The results were evidenced in 20 documents (100%), 2 qualitative type undergraduate works (10%), 17 qualitative type articles (85%), and a Latin American report (5%); In undergraduate work, the relevance was oriented to the rights of nature and the need to repair the damage caused, focusing on contradictory responses, where regulatory effectiveness is weak in its implementation. Likewise, 16 were revisions representing 80%, and 1 original (5%), where the recognition of the right of nature as a subject of rights is also confirmed as a positive aspect; however, environmental crimes linked to pollution and their respective sanctions do not show adequate penalization by the courts of justice, the negative aspect being relevant. In the same way, the ECLAC report represents 5%, considered relevant in that it addresses the legislative advantage of Ecuador as a constitutional precursor in the defense of the rights of nature. It concludes with the progressive assumption of international law towards the instruments specified in the universal declaration of environmental conservation, where the right to an adequate environment is guaranteed, as well as the right to enjoy the ideal standard of the biosphere.

Anterior open bite is a malocclusion characterized by the absence of contact of the upper anterior teeth with the lower teeth when the posterior teeth are in contact. This pathology is complicated to treat in adult patients because it produces functional and esthetic alterations. Orthodontic treatment involves the use of elastics with the multi-loop edwegise technique (MEAW), reverse curve archwires, posterior resin blocks and the use of temporary skeletal anchorage devices such as mini-implants and mini-plates. The aim of this review was to compare the different orthodontic treatments in anterior open bite in adolescent and adult patients. A search for scientific articles in digital databases was carried out and 25 articles that met the inclusion criteria were included. The correction of anterior open bite with multi-loop edgewise archwire technique (MEAW) was mainly due to extrusion and retrusion of the anterior teeth. The use of anterior intermaxillary elastics and nickel-titanium reverse curve archwires and posterior resin blocks has been shown to be effective in mild cases of anterior open bite. Posterior sector intrusion with mini-implants is effective in the treatment of moderate anterior open bite, in severe anterior open bite the use of temporary skeletal anchorage devices or orthognathic surgery is recommended.

The hotel business profitability of Tungurahua went through considerable challenges during the pandemic period, which were solved with the results obtained from previous years obtained by the correct administration and management of its assets. The objective of the research was to analyze the variables: financial perspective through the indebtedness ratios, with the indicators; borrowing on assets (EA), borrowing on equity (EP), borrowing on fixed assets (EAF), leverage (F); and the reason for management with; fixed asset turnover (RAF) and sales turnover (RV), while for the dependent variable profitability was considered, evaluating the return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) in the period (2017-2021). The applied methodology took a quantitative approach, it was based on the statistical method of ordinary least squares to determine the factors that influence the profitability of 6 selected hotels. The results showed that, on average, profitability was stable with a positive effect produced by the management indicators.

The dynamics of current international markets present great challenges in terms of competitiveness for companies, technological changes, consumer trends, ecological production regulations, among others, highlight the demands to which organizations are being subjected, the objective is to enhance the conquest of international markets for cocoa exporters of El Oro, The methodology used is a transversal type of research, opting for a mixed methodology, in the first instance a review of bibliographic data from indexed databases with a quantitative approach with a descriptive scope, The results show that nowadays every exporting organisation must strengthen the concepts of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Finally, CSR must be seen as a possible strategy that offers a viable environment so that companies can grow in a sustainable manner and remain in direct contact with the environment, for which it is essential to establish a legal framework with clear and decisive positions.
