Resumen
Brackets are corrective appliances used in cases of dental problems such as crowding, open bites, among others. Over time, brackets have advanced in the design and materials used for their manufacture, going from conventional brackets with rubber bands and metal ligatures to self-ligating brackets, whose incorporated system allows them to be attached to the archwire. In this sense, the aim of this review is to compare the treatment time between self-ligating brackets versus conventional orthodontics. For this purpose, 41 articles were selected from various databases, considering that they were related to the time treatment. Both traditional and self-ligating brackets have their own characteristics and functions, however, so far it has not been demonstrated that one is more effective than the other in terms of treatment time. It is important to highlight time treatment depends on malocclusion type and patient cooperation.

Resumen
This article examines the role of learning by doing in technical education in Ecuador. The article highlights the importance of practical experience in building a skilled and competitive workforce through reviewing relevant literature and analyzing government policies and initiatives. The National Technical Education Plan, developed in 2011, emphasizes the need for partnerships between educational institutions and industry to provide students with relevant skills for the job market. Several vocational and technical schools in Ecuador offer programs in mechanics, electronics, welding, and computer science, often including internships or apprenticeships. The article concludes by discussing the potential benefits and challenges of learning by doing in Ecuador and highlighting the need for further research.

Resumen
In the teaching-learning process of mathematics, technology and various methodological strategies are currently being incorporated to achieve learning in students, so the objective of the study was to describe the perception of students regarding interactive games. in the educational field with the motivation in learning mathematics. The approach was qualitative where it is proposed to study the phenomenon in its own environment, describing the perceptions of the actors in their context, with a grounded theory design, following the inductive process and comparing with the theories of various authors. The data collection was done through an interview guide with 5 open questions to the 10 informants of the primary level, from an Educational Institution in a rural area of the province of Quispicanchi, Cusco-Peru region. The information collected was processed through open, axial, and selective coding, applying the Atlas.ti software, and it is concluded that, by using interactive games as a methodological resource in the mathematics class, students can easily motivate themselves and understand their own contents. of the subject, being presented in a playful, creative, and interactive way, turning out to be a valid didactic strategy to achieve student learning.

Resumen
As technology advances, the world becomes more demanding revealing new needs, even more if they are about education, where it is important to be updated to strengthen the teaching learning process which starts in a classroom through pedagogical strategies applied by teachers. In such way, the educative process has constant challenges that look for innovative solutions, for this reason teachers must acquire new knowledge and domains about the best strategies to achieve the students’ interest in order to reach meaningful learning for life. The objective of this research is to implement an active pedagogical strategy based on the web tool “Google Sities” for the development of significant knowledge of superior basic general education students. This research was developed with a quantitative approach of quasi-experimental type with the survey technique. Briefly, this research is focused on the contribution in the teaching learning process to achieve an educational management of quality and warmth.

Resumen
Social media has undergone a sea change and organizations are integrating into their business processes. The use of social media may vary in the workplace, but the goal is to create and share social media. The use of social networks is inevitable in work environments; Management in organizations must find ways to get the maximum benefit from its use in business processes. Empirical research shows the effect of social media on employee job performance. A total of 238 responses were analyzed using the statistical model of factor analysis. The findings showed that social media use is highly correlated with employee job performance.

Resumen
Usando come modello il ‘discorso sul Capo di Buona Speranza’ di John Maxwell Coetzee, con la definizione di ‘discorso napoletano’ si intendono i riferimenti dell’autore alla città di Napoli e al suo ambiente socioculturale e il richiamo a temi e autori della letteratura napoletana, nei confronti dei quali la posizione assunta è di confronto/scontro.
Preliminarmente verranno affrontate la questione dell’esistenza di una letteratura napoletana e la circoscrizione di quest’ultima sulla base del criterio della napoletanità e della risposta dell’autore ad essa.
In secondo luogo, verranno circoscritti i temi e gli autori affrontati in Mistero napoletano per la definizione del suo ‘discorso napoletano’. Nello specifico si discuterà dell’assenza del dialetto e dell’impasto linguistico tra italiano e napoletano e verranno individuati gli autori di riferimento del suo ‘discorso napoletano’ (Anna Maria Ortese e Raffaele La Capria). Verranno discusse sia similarità e divergenze nei confronti di questi autori, dal punto di vista dell’arte scrittoria praticata e dal punto di vista delle posizioni assunte nei rispettivi discorsi napoletani (naturalistica, umanistica, materialistica).
Infine, si discuterà di come il ‘discorso napoletano’ di Mistero napoletano sia ‘munizionale’, ovvero di interesse tanto per un lettore municipale quanto per un lettore nazionale.
