The research addresses the theme of the Relevance of a Resilient Leadership Model and Quality Management in higher education and its objective is “Analyze the relevance of the resilient leadership model that enables quality management in the faculties of the Tres Fronteras International University from Paraguay. The methodology is of a qualitative approach, of a generic design of the Grounded Theory, of a “Systematic” type. The population constituted three estates of Deans, directors, and Technicians of the Faculties of the UNINTER; 17 specialists, all teachers by profession, also carrying out various tasks in the institution. The technique used was a Semi-structured Interview. The most relevant results highlight that leading by example can have a positive impact on institutional bodies and creates environments of trust and commitment; interaction between the members of the educational community of the institution must be developed and supported. In conclusion, it can be pointed out that there are various forms of resilient leadership, for the achievement of the general well-being of the institutional levels and that quality management requires generating improvement plans, also establishing performance evaluation systems.

This article aims to analyze the Law nº 13415/17 from the Brazilian historical-political and economic process. It is about understanding how the production relationships transformations subsidized the education and work conception set in the referred law. This is the result of a qualitative research, in which the documental and bibliographic research was adopted as the procedure for data collection and analysis. The methodology herein, of critical and contextualized analysis, is supported by the historical theoretical framework, in which the educational policies are considered elaborations produced in a context of multiple contradictions. It is concluded that the economic crises after the 1970s deepened the application of technologies to the means of production. Law No. 13,415/17, conditioned by changes in the world of work, expresses these emerging sociabilities. Which, in turn, meant the rise of the use of computerized technology and algorithmic artificial intelligence in the teachinglearning relationship, as well as in the studentwork world.

There is a need to recognize the concept of inclusion from the Colombian context that covers not only physical or mental disabilities, but also people with other difficulties or barriers such as: gender, migration, language, ethnicity, religion, sociocultural and economic, among others. This research has the general objective of interpreting inclusive education as a macro concept in the Colombian context from a systematic review of the literature. For this, a Systematic Review of the Literature (RSL) was used in the Google Scholar, Scielo and Dialnet databases supported by the PRISMA (2020) protocol for systematic reviews (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). 137 articles were excluded and in the screening process resulted in 19 indexed articles as the object of study, taking into account the title, objectives, methodology, results and contributions of the object of study for the categories: a) Inclusive Education as a concept; b) Inclusive Education in the Colombian context; and c) Educational Inclusion in Colombia. It is concluded that inclusive education has social responsibility due to the need to promote inclusive values in students, in addition, it must be homogeneous. In the Colombian context, permanent teacher training is necessary, as well as the commitment of the members of the educational community to promote the reduction of the social gap and the improvement of the conditions for inclusive education.

Project-based pedagogy is a way of including students in the search for alternative solutions to the problems and/or phenomena presented in the educational context, but also in the community social sphere, at the same time that it becomes an instrument for the generation and strengthening of statistical thinking. The primary objective of the article is to recognize the importance of the development of pedagogical projects as a mechanism conducive to the strengthening of thinking capacity in the collection of data corresponding to a statistical process, for this purpose we go to the search for documentary theoretical references related to the two topics raised, in this case, pedagogy by projects and statistical thinking. The contributions of the different authors and researchers promote a better approach to the way in which in the educational context the use of this instrument should be encouraged for the development of tense actions to collect and analyze relevant data for the teaching and learning process, According to the referenced documents, the analysis corresponding to the value that in educational institutions has the pedagogy by projects for the students is extracted, the results of the study are also raised based on the texts and documents and, the conclusions about the advantages of using them for the benefit of the student in the performance of school activities.

A very important part of the economic and commercial evolution of any developing country is the creation of new markets, for this reason small and medium-sized exporting companies have a significant role in the development of these, this is the particular case in the province of Manabí since they help boost their economy, adapting to changes in their economic environment. The internationalization process that countries are currently going through has forced businessmen or investors to think about expanding into a market beyond the national one to which they are already accustomed. In this sense, small and medium-sized enterprises are also a fundamental element in the world economy. The objective of this research was to collect and analyze the information collected in a survey, which was applied to four companies that are dedicated to the export of organic cocoa in the province of Manabí, this information served as a basis to explain the phenomenon of capacity exporting that this region has and its impact on the incursion of companies into international markets. The methodology used was descriptive field type. Knowing that Ecuador occupies the 6th place in cocoa production worldwide and number one in America.

Faced with increasingly competitive markets, the company ASOPROAPI has found it necessary to look for other alternatives to offer its products, considering internationalization as the main alternative, but as an SME company, its start in this process is limited by different factors. The objective was to analyze regulations and strategies that promote the internationalization of the small business ASOPROAPI. It is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach that, through the study of documents obtained from scientific databases, strategies and regulations were obtained that promote the internationalization process of SMEs. The results indicate that the ASOPROAPI company, due to its current situation, can opt for the indirect export or joint venture internationalization strategy, while the regulations that promote internationalization are developed by the WTO, WCO, COMEX and Andean Community entities, with the same approach. that they comply with non-tariff, customs and safety barriers. It is concluded that the strategies and regulations analyzed drive the internationalization of the company ASOPROAPI. Key words: regulations, strategies, internationalization, ASOPROAPI

The pandemic caused by covid-19 has offered the opportunity to virtualize education; and with this, to innovate resources and didactic and methodological strategies to prevent academic fraud, based on this the present investigation emerged whose objective was to systematize methodological guidelines for the use of technology and prevention of academic fraud in the university context. For this methodologically, it was carried out through a systematic review of the literature, establishing two specific questions and selecting thirty articles found in Google Scholar through keywords. Among the results, they highlight that teachers mostly use videoconferencing and a variety of technological resources such as Apps, social networks, educational platforms, messaging systems such as WhatsApp; its methodological strategies focus on learning, highlighting some differences with the traditional ones used in attendance. It is concluded that among the methodological guidelines, eight strategies framed in the practical and strategic paradigms stand out.

The research study focuses on analyzing the tax collection in the periods 2017 to 2022 and the participation it has in the General State Budget, for which the General State Budget is selected as a dependent variable and as an independent variable the Tributes. The budgets that the country makes in each programming are aimed at responding to the social demands of the country, urgent and primary expenses, such as: health, education, security, among others. For the analysis of the data, an analytical method is used that includes quantitative variables, which allows extracting the indicators that make up the sample of the established variables. The type of sampling used is intentional or opinionated because in this case the elements are chosen based on criteria or pre-established judgments. The study showed that on average 40.47% of the General State Budget is financed by taxes paid by taxpayers.

The subject of environmental law has been little dealt with and has received little attention from authorities, professionals and society in general, without having come to understand that its application is of great importance in our times. The phenomenon of globalization has brought a great number of benefits, but it has also introduced in our way of thinking, criteria one hundred percent consumerist; but we do not think about the consequences that our actions will bring, nor in what we will leave for the generations that will succeed us. The Ecuadorian environmental legislation, although not very specific in relation to the moorlands, is there and should be put into practice to make it respected and thus protect this ecosystem, our access to its beauty, its splendor, its gift, which is water, life. The main objective of this article is to analyze the application of environmental regulations in the forest heritage block 10. As a result, it was found that the application of environmental regulations is fundamental in Ecuador to protect the environment and guarantee sustainable development. Environmental degradation and biodiversity loss are global problems and require action by all countries, including Ecuador.

Communication in the educational context is a process that has been studied by different sciences and from different angles. Universities as institutions and organized companies, do not escape a communication reality with difficulties, on the contrary, they are affected by those who do not assume it as a culture, in the process of evolution and transformation. The objective of this article is to analyze social communication and its relationship with education in the university context. The study is descriptive-documentary, using as a methodology the analysis of theoretical documents such as books and scientific articles. The results show that communication within universities is based on constituent elements of teaching discourse: a solvent management of language, an effective use of oratory and rhetoric, elicitative dialogue and finally the use of verbal and non-verbal communication. verbal for the establishment of positive interpersonal relationships in the classroom. It is concluded that the forms of social communication in the university context have changed, especially in virtuality, where the tools used by teachers to create communicative experiences are through the use of digital educational resources for learning and collaborative work.
