In recent years, the use of recyclable waste has been gaining ground in the field of construction, since the generated waste can be revalued and reduce the impacts that this waste can cause in the environment, without reducing the quality of the constructions. For this reason, the present research work has the objective of designing a lightened block by adding expanded polystyrene, PET, vermiculite to the mortar mixture to differentiate cost-benefit from the traditional market, applying an experimental methodology with a quantitative approach, since it was developed tests to determine the adequate dosage for lightened blocks, and tests of simple compression, absorption, and bibliographic analysis of shrinkage tests by linear drying, visual aspects and marks and resistance to fire. Four tests were carried out on blocks with different dosages, of which the fourth test was optimal for lightened blocks with a dosage of 20% expanded polystyrene, PET, vermiculite. In addition, modulus of rupture values ​​of 9.57 MPa, 9.53 MPa and 9.48 MPa were obtained, in the maximum time of 28 days, the economic and environmental analysis was carried out in comparison with a traditional block. It is concluded that, based on the results, the dosage of block No. 4 is adequate for the elaboration of the lightened blocks, since the tests show that they are within the requirements of the Ecuadorian Construction Standard.

This article derives from the research carried out in the work of the project of the didactic wheelchair for multisensory stimulation in boys and girls with arthrogryposis multiplex congenital and thus determine which stimulation is applied in boys and girls and the same benefits in their sensory development. The study to obtain accurate data, an investigation was developed where data was obtained through the research technique which was applied in a precise and analytical manner, this helped to make a more reliable, useful and feasible diagnosis, giving rise to an investigation subject to reality, It is important to make reference that during the investigation it was found that there are no means to provide a better quality of sensory stimulation that parents do not have sufficient resources to obtain a didactic chair and also to attend sensory, motor, , of language and cognitive to what it entails that the boy or the girl does not have adequate stimulation that they need from an early age, which is why a proposal was formulated to create a didactic wheelchair that helps the correct stimulation. sensory of boys and girls with disability caused by arthrogryposis multiplex congenita with in order to help in their sensory, motor, cognitive development and their social relationship, allowing them to be active participants with their environment. In this way, parents and educators are made aware that there are ways and means for them to be part of this stimulation and integral development of the abilities and skills of children.

In Latin America there is a reduced industrialization, however, in Ecuador, the industrial sector is considered one of the main factors that promote the economic growth of the country, on the other hand, the main strategies aimed at improving the profitability and utility of companies, are the optimization of processes and innovation through the acquisition of equipment, where importation is the most used strategy. The objective of this investigation was to analyze the import costs of a horizontal lathe for the company O'ringsline, by comparing prices in different markets. Based on theoretical foundations through reliable sources of research, an interview was also conducted with the manager of the company, to find out the needs and current situation of the company, the results were analyzed in an analytical-synthetic way. It was possible to know the importance of the import processes, within the profitability and utility of the companies, the need to acquire a machine called horizontal lathe through import was also known, at the same time, a series of quotes was made to inquire about related aspects with the prices, accessibility, guarantee and after-sales service, it was stated that buying said machinery turns out to be economically more profitable in China than in Peru, since its prices including taxes and tariffs were $21,382.50 and 37,669.23 USD respectively, finally, it was achieved generate a strategic import plan, where the requirements that must be taken into account before making a decision to ensure a purchase were exposed. 

The process of reading and writing in children is essential, since it allows them to explore different knowledge, making the basic functions a very important element for the development of new learning, taking into account the aspects of the child's maturity that condition the level. readiness, the purpose of this research is to describe and identify how the areas of basic functions support literacy in school-age children, this work emphasized the qualitative approach with a descriptive level and is considered a type of review bibliographic, a compilation of articles was carried out where an exhaustive search and a deep analysis of them were carried out, the documentation was obtained from the Google academic database, Scielo, Redalyc, on the other hand, it was considered official documents of the Ministry of Education . From the documents analyzed, it is evident that the basic functions are a fundamental element to identify future complications in the literacy processes, the authors agree with the postulates issued by Piaget in which the 17 elements that are raised in it, must be worked from early ages, it is evident that the development of the child begins from birth and therefore the stimulative processes must begin from an early age, the same ones that must be evaluated at approximately 7 years of age; And, according to Piaget, they would be finishing the pre-operational stage where the 17 elements described in the present investigation allow, in the future, to have much more consolidated reading and writing skills, so it is necessary to articulate actions carried out by the teacher. and that they have clarity in the processes of application, assessment and remediation of the same.

The textile sector is the second most important item of the Ecuadorian economy, however, it presents problems to enter an internationalization process, for this purpose the B2C electronic commerce model is presented as an alternative to offer products and services in international markets, without the need to have a physical space in another national territory. Consequently, the following work was established as an objective to analyze B2C electronic commerce as an internationalization strategy for SMEs in the textile sector, through documentary review. It is research with a qualitative approach and descriptive scope that applied the historical-logical, inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and systematization methods. The results obtained through the processing of information from other research works and the application of a survey to 11 SMEs in the textile sector indicate that the B2C channels the exit to the international market through its different sales modes that allow them to obtain international expansion, increase of market share, digital export and that most textile SMEs are unaware of the B2C model, however they apply social networks but are not focusing on their internationalization process. It is concluded that B2C enhances the internationalization of SMEs through the facilities and digital tools it provides.

The didactic game for the development of fine motor skills is a product of a research experience which aimed to design games for the children of the Initial Education Center "Cincinato Estrada" through a didactic dice.  The use of a descriptive study was adopted, under a qualitative, non-experimental approach, for which the field observation technique was used applying an observation sheet as an instrument. One of the main strategies used in the Initial Education Centre for children aged 4 to 5 to allow them to perform small and precise movements, which has been the disadvantages presented in the educational institution such as the realization of movements that develop fine motor skills in children,  To try to solve the problem, the game of didactic dice is proposed to favor the expression of feelings, exploration, communication, learning capture time, intellectual capacity, conflict resolution and social skills, which will serve in their daily lives. Based on the research, the didactic dice game was implemented for the development of fine motor skills through activities where the results were positive and all the advances that the children had when performing the activities through the game were verified. This demonstrates the great importance of the realization of the game for the development of fine motor skills in schools. Key words: Learning, skills, didactic, play, fine motor skills.

Dysmenorrhea is a gynecological disease that affects a large number of women of childbearing age, characterized by the presence of chronic pelvic pain during the menstrual period, becoming disabling enough to negatively affect the daily activity of the woman, limiting their actions in the social, personal and professional sphere. Through the study of comparative regulations of countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America, where leave for painful menstruation has already been approved or discussed, the feasibility of increasing paid leave for three days a month for women who provide labor services in Ecuador, who medically demonstrate suffering from dysmenorrhea. In such a way that the Ecuadorian State guarantees the full exercise of rights, ensuring the well-being of women, reconciling their right to health and work, since it offers the possibility of justified absence without any repercussion of their labor rights.

The lack of control or disagreement in the logistic processes creates barriers and disadvantages in the operations of small exporting companies. For this reason, the objective of the researched topic is to propose a traceability guide in the logistic processes of banana exports to demonstrate its incidence in the commercial and financial area and its delivery to the international market. According to its purpose, the research is applied, according to its context it is field research, according to the control of the variables it is experimental, according to its temporal orientation it is longitudinal, and according to its level of generality it studies a specific situation. The theoretical method used is the systemic method, which focuses on the elaboration of the traceability guide, and the empirical method is the study of documents and surveys. The sample is finite because the study is known and is delimited in six small exporting companies of Machala, the same that will help to obtain information to present the results of the current situation of traceability in export operations in small banana exporting companies and thus focus on the development of the guide to prevent the problems that usually occur.

This research includes several legal, regulatory and conceptual contributions regarding the progressive use of force in Ecuador and specifically, within a State of Exception and the constant need to analyze it, through methodological instruments that help us strengthen our knowledge and contribute to society with a series of comments from a legal perspective, where we have examined the successes and failures of the current government of our country, emphasizing the shortcomings that have been evidenced around the last decades; highlighting the importance that each internal regulation has to be aligned with the social, economic, political and cultural reality of each State, hand in hand with international Human Rights instruments.

The research aims to interpret the modernization of local public management thought of institutional governance, accompanied by the following guidelines: Contextualize the principles of institutional governance from the local level, and reflect on institutional governance as an instrument for the modernization of local public management. The research has a phenomenological and interpretative approach, with an inductive dimension and a documentary review strategy; The theoretical saturation of the topics discussed has occurred from the practice of the technique of constant comparison, adding the criteria of the researchers, as well as the ideas expressed by the key informants, resulting in a new praxis within local public management, especially from the spaces of institutional governance. On the other hand, the research is of descriptive level in which the main attributes of the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito are appreciated, in which its radius of influence within its environment stands out. The main strategy of analysis has been the one proposed by the Grounded Theory (Strauss and Corbin), is allowed to sustain the process of categorization that gives rise to the slopes for a good practice within local public management: 1.- Modernization of local public management and 2.- Institutional governance for local development; both aspects have allowed the generation of a central category called: Modernization of local public management from the principles of governance.
