Every day there are more companies that choose to apply Japanese methodologies to provide greater safety, productivity and work excellence in the workplace (Ochoa and Valdiviezo, 2022), and it is well known that the application of the 5S in a company has achieved improvements in this. The 5S methodology is very easy to apply, it's just a matter of will. The 5S is a tool to implement derived from the Japanese terms: Seiri (selection), Seiton (order), Seiso (cleaning), Seiketsu (standardize) and Shitsuke (self-discipline) (Piñero, Vivas and Flores, 2018). The objective of this research was to apply the 5S methodology in a spare parts warehouse to improve working conditions, which allow the execution of tasks in an organized manner. The results were satisfactory, achieving a 93% effectiveness, now finding the materials and racks identified, thus reducing the search time, reducing errors in the inputs and outputs of material. 

Emotions are an essential part of human beings because they are present in various aspects of life; the academic field is no stranger to this situation, as it has been shown that when the student takes an exam he/she experiences different emotions. The main objective of this research was to determine the emotional states of the students of the Early Childhood Education Career of the Peninsula de Santa Elena State University in relation to the evaluation of learning. The methodology used corresponds to the quantitative approach, field research of descriptive scope and non-experimental design. For the collection of information, a survey was used through a questionnaire that was validated by Expert Criteria. The sample consisted of 120 students of the Early Childhood Education Program-UPSE, selected by simple random probability sampling. The main results show in a statistically significant percentage that university students experience positive and negative emotions, being anxiety the negative emotion and hope the positive emotion that predominated before the learning evaluation, while during the evaluation these decreased considerably.

The popular and supportive financial sector in the Ecuadorian country is made up of institutions such as savings and credit cooperatives, savings banks, mutualists, etc., pointing out that, within Ecuador, this sector handles a third of financial intermediation. Considering the importance of this sector, the objective of this research is to determine the degree of incidence of the GDP components spending approach on the assets of entities linked to the popular and solidarity financial sector (second quarter 2015 - fourth quarter 2021) by through a regression analysis to subsequently develop the relevant estimates. The methodology used to achieve the objective responds to an investigation under the non-experimental design approach, implementing a log-log type Cobb Douglas model with its respective normality and collinearity tests, reaching the conclusion that the growth of the growth components economic, they have an impact on the assets of the popular and supportive financial sector.

Ecuador is one of the main producing and trading countries in the world, and specifically the province of El Oro that produces shrimp. The objective of this research is to identify problems, causes, effects, and motivations of the shrimp industry in the province of El Oro in the period 2020 -2021. The method used is non-experimental descriptive with the use of primary and secondary information sources, from which qualitative and quantitative data on exports of shrimp production at the level of Ecuador and the province are analyzed. The results obtained demonstrate the large percentage of participation of companies in the production of shrimp to be exported to countries preferably the United States and China. It is concluded that the shrimp industry is a key factor in the economy of the province, which would motivate the generation of other shrimp-derived products with excellent prospects for economic income, contributing to the regional and national GDP of Ecuador.

This article deals with the violation of the right to due process, in terms of the basic guarantee of the right to defense; and, legal certainty, because, by express mandate of what is stipulated in article 643, number 15, of the Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code, it does not oblige the professionals (experts) of the technical offices of the courts of violence against the woman and the family to appear at the Judgment Hearing to support their reports, but rather, they are only annexed to the process and are valued by the judge. This refusal to appear, entails the violation of the right to defense, since it makes it impossible to practice and contradict the evidence within the trial hearing, which is why the main objective of study of this article , is the analysis of the theoretical-practical postulates of the right to defense and the contradiction of the evidence, allowing to determine if the absence of the experts in the trial is transcendental, in terms of the right to defense of the prosecuted persons. The research method used is analytical, within which, through the study of a specific case (practical case) and interviews, it allows us to legally analyze the topic addressed.

This article consists of analyzing the implementation of the "Purple Code" in the complaints submitted to the Pichincha Prosecutor's Office, Gender Unit 3, located at Av. Amazonas and Ramón Roca during the confinement by COVID-19. Being the year 2020 the most hostile scenario of violence against women and members of the family nucleus due to confinement as a result of the pandemic. This protocol is activated in Educational and Health Centers, in order to investigate crimes of psychological, physical and sexual violence. The main objective is to establish whether the implementation of the purple code is sufficient to eradicate violence against women or members of the family nucleus; and identify the main factors for which the complaints do not reach the courts. The methodology used is mixed, considering that it is necessary to investigate quantitative-qualitative data through the complaints filed in gender unit 3, by activating the "Purple Code" protocol and through the survey research technique. practiced, conclusions are reached on the topic addressed.

The current transformations have generated within the educational system the need for the development and implementation of new strategies aimed at motivating the interest in reading and writing in students from an early age, and thus obtain a significant learning that allows them to adapt integrally to society. The present study was carried out with the purpose of analyzing reading and writing as a fundamental element in the teaching and learning process of middle school students of the José Alejandro Bermúdez Educational Unit of the Tosagua canton in the province of Manabí. The study is based on a quantitative approach with a descriptive scope; likewise, techniques such as survey, observation and bibliographic documentary review were used, whose data allowed the analysis and processing of information. The collection of information was obtained directly from the environment by means of an interview with 10 teachers of the school and the application of a questionnaire to 30 students. It was concluded that reading and writing should be fundamental for students' learning from the beginning of schooling, since reading and writing correctly is the basis of any activity or work. The use of literacy skills in academic activities significantly increases the development of students' oral expression, gives them confidence and allows them to interact more in school activities. During the diagnosis, the greatest difficulties were found in reading comprehension; however, when they began to emphasize reading and its importance, the students began to express their ideas and thoughts more clearly and accurately.

The application of internal control within a public entity allows compliance with different technical, legal, financial and administrative criteria; it promotes the practice of ethics, transparency in the management of information and efficient management of financial resources. The objective of the study was to identify the internal control standards that were not complied with in the management of public resources of the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) Parroquial de Dayuma in the period 2018-2020. The research was non-experimental, transactional, descriptive and documentary. The reports of the special examinations DPO-0014-2020 and DPO-0012-2021, conducted by the Comptroller General's Office, were analyzed. Among the main results, it was identified that the accountability report corresponding to the periods 2017 and 2018, lacked legal support and failed to comply with public procurement regulations, made hires without complying with the professional profile, and managed undue payments. Twenty-eight internal control standards were not complied with in the management of public resources of the GAD- Parroquial de Dayuma in the period 2018-2020, it was identified that four standards were violated in a margin of 6 to 10 times consecutively. It is concluded that the internal control standards contribute in the establishment of parameters for the different areas to detect discordances in the pre-contractual procedure.

Sugarcane of the genus Saccharum officinarum is mainly used for sugar production; however, the waste generated in the various stages of production is a worldwide problem due to the environmental impact, since in several industries the waste is not properly disposed of, wasting its potential. Therefore, the present review work focuses on searching through the literature between the years 2018 and 2022 for alternatives for the utilization of sugarcane bagasse waste (Saccharum officinarum), having as inclusion criteria the works included in these years as well as the relevance that exists in the agribusiness sector in the same way. The exclusion criteria rejected all articles that did not have the complete text of the sensitivity as well as its relation in languages other than Spanish and English. In this way, it was possible to establish as results, using a qualitative approach and a descriptive level of research, that the revaluation of these residues can generate new products that can be used on a daily basis and make use of new technologies. In addition, the results indicate that the main uses given to this residue are for energy production as butanol and biogas, as well as for cattle feed; bagasse ashes are also used as additives in construction; it is also an important material in biorefineries and is used as biofertilizer.

This article is made to identify the real use of the general power of attorney and demonstrate the legality of its use, in a deed of sale of real estate, provided that in the same there is the express power of the principal for the sale of their properties, with this study can be verified that in Colombia, they use the same criteria, without violating the legal security of the parties involved in the contract. The process of buying and selling implies the capacity, disposition, legality and will to transfer a good, in this specific case real estate, where the seller/s who delivers the thing and the buyer/s who pays the money for the same, act that can be performed by their own rights or by means of a power of attorney that empowers such disposition. The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the feasibility of registering the mentioned contracts in the Property Registry of any canton, making reference that both in the canton of Quito and in the Mejía cantón, Pichincha province , they are accepted and registered without any inconvenience, perfecting the tradition and proving that the use of the general power of attorney does not contravene any norm and its use is legitimate.
