In recent years, interest has increased in the interactions and population dynamics between lactic acid bacteria and yeasts in the fermentation of alcoholic beverages, which influence the production of ethanol and volatile compounds depending on the quality of alcoholic beverages. Most of the research has focused on these interactions in fermentation processes, for example red, white and other fermented wines. A wide variety of microorganisms have been found to be present in the enzymatic processes of tehuino and mezcal. In this study, 17 lactic acid bacteria were analyzed for cell growth and resistance to various ethanol concentrations and osmolarity. The selected bacteria were then used in various combinations of bacterial yeast to assess the growth of two different species using CFU colony forming units.

A question form was used for students and teachers. The results induced to conclude that teachers continue to use individual work as a method and technique of learning mathematics, while the application of group work is insignificant. Therefore, students feel incompetent in solving real-life mathematical problems, and their academic performance can be low. The leading cause is the teaching methods used by teachers who teach this critical subject.

This research focuses on the context of migrant students within the Chilean educational system to show that the migratory experience can generate disabling conditions that should be considered transitory disabilities, with special educational needs, without a professional diagnosis. Through a literature review of education in Chile, observing the academicist approach and the incipient advances surrounding disability and educational inclusion, it is established that the experiences of immigrant students are usually marked by discrimination, racism, language, and cultural barriers that complicate the learning processes. The current definition of disability in education is limited to biomedical conditions that recognize transitory disabilities; therefore, the responsibility of finding creative and respectful ways for the active participation of immigrant students in the school community falls on teachers without professional training in the area.

This in order to know their preference when choosing products from the poultry sector, with the results obtained, an internal comparison was made between these 4 cantons. The study had a quantitative approach with a type of correlational and field study. Obtaining as a general result that the products of this sector are highly consumed by the inhabitants of the studied areas. When considering the latter, the objective of the present investigation can be declared; which consisted of making an internal comparison between the demand and consumption indices of the poultry sector of the aforementioned cantons. In studies carried out, it is supported that there is still socioeconomic inequality evidenced in people who dedicate themselves exclusively to domestic work, specifically in Latin American and Caribbean countries. In the following work, reflections are shared regarding various situations faced by domestic workers, who carry out activities within the home, addressing the relationships within it, finding cases of violation of the conditions of labor stability, consequently bringing precariousness, loss of economic income and effects on the affective component in a high percentage of this group of workers worldwide. The methodology used was qualitative, based on secondary sources, analyzing the data in a hermeneutical way, in obtaining consistent and relevant results to the topic addressed. It is sustained among the results that, for years there has been a violation of the rights of this working class, determining a visible precariousness and inequality that historically characterizes the sector. In view of the clear violation of the right to equality in Ecuador, it is concluded that it is necessary not only to promulgate regulations that sanction non-compliance, but also that they be effectively disclosed to the interested parties, so that they are aware of their rights and how to assert them
