Public institutions in Ecuador have the legal power to establish coercive procedures against their debtors in order to recover their overdue portfolio, within these administrative processes, as well as in judicial processes, precautionary measures are ordered that are instruments of coercion suitable for the effective recovery of overdue values. Within the Ecuadorian legal framework there are appropriate regulations for the coercive process to be effective, but in procedural practice there are problems that affect the normal development of the procedure; Through logical analysis with the purpose of addressing the problems that arise in coercive procedural practice in the field of administrative law, based on the theoretical and regulatory framework, the types of precautionary measures that are issued in recovery processes via coercive, the procedural problems in practice that reduce its effectiveness will be evidenced and finally good practice recommendations will be established for effective coercive management that promotes the proper use of precautionary measures in order to increase the recovery rates of debts.

Artificial intelligence (AI) can transform education by improving teaching and learning outcomes. However, as with any new technology, there are also risks associated with its use. This paper explores AI's potential benefits and risks in education, including personalized learning, improved assessment, reduced planning time for teachers, and the risk of cheating. Drawing on various studies and perspectives, the paper argues that while AI has specific risks, its educational benefits are significant. The paper concludes by suggesting the need for more empirical research on the impact of AI in education and the importance of preparing students for a future where machines will play a leading role.

Today organizations pay great attention to their human talent, since they are currently considered a competitive advantage to achieve their objectives. Because of this, organizations have taken into consideration the study of psychosocial risks that may arise within them and could be affecting the development of their workers' work, for which knowing and detecting psychosocial risks within the organization have the purpose of guaranteeing that its workers feel satisfied with the role they play within these and therefore translates into reaching higher levels of production and performance. 

The principle of legality shows that no person can be punished for the commission of an act, which is not previously classified as a crime or infraction. Based on this precept, this article is developed with the objective of analyzing the blank criminal law and its affectation to the principle of legality. Therefore, the methodology consists of a descriptive-legal and correlational type, with a qualitative approach, whose purpose is to make an illustration about the blank criminal law, its characteristics, nature, scope and the normative bodies under which it is based, and in this way determine its possible affectation to the principle of legality in criminal matters. As a result, it is emphasized that the blank criminal law is established in the Organic Integral Criminal Code COIP, with the purpose of resorting to other specialized institutions, through which specific criteria are issued to grant a more detailed description of criminal conduct. This is the case, for example, of illicit trafficking in scheduled substances subject to control, which, although the illicit act is described in the COIP, the resolutions issued by the National Council for the Control of Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances (CONSEP) complement the categorization of quantities into minimum, medium, high and large scale, adhering in this regard to the principle of legality. It is concluded that, when the blank criminal law is complemented by norms of equal or lesser hierarchy, it does not affect the principle of legality.

Management skills are those skills, abilities and knowledge necessary to be able to manage one-self, as well as the relationships with others that involve a planned level of commitment that leads to a supervised deployment, and that thereby allows the achievement of the objectives set. This Research is aimed at the medium-sized cell phone company, located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, dedicated to cell technology and speed dial service. The objective is to propose a strategic plan that allows the company to improve management skills in order to strengthen the capabili-ties of its managers and collaborators. The applied methodology is of a qualitative & explanatory approach, by establishing the cause-effect relationship, the reasons that influence managerial behavior were determined, as part of the scope of the study. In conclusion: factors were identi-fied such as: lack of commitment and motivation, a relationship of staff dissatisfaction and lack of leadership is noted. The proposal is composed first of a situational diagnosis; then it is defined by factors that influence managerial behavior and finally operational strategies are proposed that must be carried out to increase productivity and managerial effectiveness to comply with the strategic plan.

The construction of an interface as an educational instrument for the development of skills where English language skills are developed at the Paulo Emilio Macias Higher Institute where the learning of this language has been a problem for students because methodologies that are not at a higher education level are used. In this research it is proposed to build a didactic educational interface so that students can develop their skills and abilities in the English language and thus be able to achieve their certification of English proficiency, which is why it is a requirement to be able to graduate as technologists. Considering that this proposal tries to deepen learning and allow them to achieve their knowledge in the English language. The results of this research are the positive percentage that has acquired through the educational interface a high knowledge with the different didactic activities, where the student reached a level of proficiency of English A2.

The digital revolution has substantially impacted different areas of human activity, including education, making it even more important to use creative strategies to improve learning and adapt to change. The role of the educator is fundamental in this new model, since they are in charge of guiding students through the innovative activities with which they work. For this reason, the knowledge and use of gamification strategies by 23 teachers belonging to different careers of the EuroAmerican University Technology was evaluated through a survey. The main conclusion was obtained that there is an inadequate or scarce use of gamification, this is mainly due to lack of training for teachers, which ends in ignorance and little use of gamified learning. Due to this, the use of strategies based on gamification and technology is proposed, which can be very useful to enhance learning in the current context.

The purpose of this article is to study the functions of the father in the  upbringing of the child in the  family environment,  for generations roles have been designated in  society: men as  the provider of the home,  women as a reproductive being, who has been in her womb to the infant for 9 months and breastfeeds,  This inequality  in the distribution of domestic and care activities  is what motivates in this article to analyze the participation of men in  home-rearing activities, particularly in direct care or of sons and daughters aged 1 to 3   years. It seeks to answer questions such as: do men participate in parenting activities, with sons and daughters from 1 to 3 years old, in direct care activities? in what activities and how much time do they dedicate to them?  What is the father's responsibility in the home? For the development of this work, the survey was used as a technique aimed at 36 families of the María de la Merced Child Development Center of the Jaime Roldos citadel, Junín canton, province of Manabí, managing to draw the conclusions of this research work 

The purpose of this article is to propose points of action for educators, teachers who intervene in the field of educational and social mediation in the family context. To do this, first of all, reflect on the important role of the family in the development of the children who grow up within it. Subsequently, he analyzes the main dimensions of the family context that influence child development: the ways of parents on gross motor development in terms of walking, the use of recycling teaching resources, the way to stimulate these motor skills of walking. , running, climbing stairs, through concentration balance, making use of spaces and family educational interactions. Finally, the need for the educational intervention with families to influence the guidance and practices that are not very stimulating by others with a greater capacity to promote the gross motor development of boys and girls is raised.

This paper records the invasive gastropod Melanoides tuberculata in a limnetic ecosystem located in integral protection area in the semiarid region of the state of Paraíba in northeast Brazil. Live individuals were collected and photographed along shallow margins of the Piranhas Reservoir associated with different types of substrates. Photographic quadrants were used to calculate the number of living individuals and empty shells on different substrates. Individuals of M. tuberculata were found at five sampling sites in the littoral zone on different types of substrates with densities ranging of 13 ind.(m2)-1 to 22 ind.(m2)-1. The average density of individuals was: 18 ind.(m2)-1 on thin sediment, 15 ind.(m2)-1 on gravel and 20 ind.(m2)-1 on rocks. Empty shells were extremely abundant in the terrestrial zone of the reservoir. We did not observe native species of freshwater molluscs in the marginal areas of the reservoir in which the specimens of M. tuberculata were found. Knowledge about the distribution, establishment and impact caused of M. tuberculata in limnetic ecosystems of the Brazilian semi-arid region needs to be better studied in order to ascertain the degree of impact on native species and environmental modifications that reflect negatively on ecosystems.
