Resumen
The development of this study focuses on the analysis of the phenomenon of femicide and its injustice in the face of the growth in rates of violence in Ecuador, taking as reference the different sources of law such as legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine. The applied methodology was based on the inductive method, suitable for a qualitative, analytical, documentary and bibliographical study, using legal hermeneutics as an analysis technique, which has been developed based on the current applicable legal regulations. The results obtained show that certainly given the growing number of gender violence in the country, there has been an increase in cases of femicide. Faced with this situation, the state, in its role as guarantor of human rights, has developed a legal system that includes femicide as a criminal offense, in addition, it has established plans and policies aimed at safeguarding integrity, ensuring women a life free of violence. . However, the regulations, plans and policies designed have not been sufficient to face this social scourge, so it is necessary for the State to promote education on violence against women, in addition to ensuring the execution of measures of protection of the victim to deal with violence and consequently femicide.

Resumen
This research refers to the profit tax and the generating fact that originates it before the exercise of the purchase and sale of real estate, this under contract or transfer of ownership of such property, this research does not intend to discern in a singularized way the deductions to the profit when the bare property or usufruct is sold, even less when rights and shares are sold. The descriptive level of research focused on describing and characterizing the phenomenon under study, providing detailed information on the characteristics, relationships and patterns of utility tax deductions in the sale and purchase of urban properties. The literature review methodology involved the exhaustive review of existing literature, both published and unpublished, on the research topic. As a result, it was found that it is not possible to talk about deductions without understanding the generating fact and the budgets that originalize the above mentioned context of the taxable object, i.e., the obligation cannot be born and even less a tax with its deductions can be materialized, if the budget of an economic activity is not discernible.

Resumen
Discrimination against indigenous communities is a reality that affects many people around the world, including Ecuador. Indigenous communities face racism, social exclusion and abuse of their human rights on a daily basis. This discrimination not only limits access to the fundamental rights of indigenous communities, such as education, health and justice, but also affects their economic, social and cultural well-being. The methodology is a descriptive methodology that was used for the development of the scientific article because it allows establishing an explanation of the study variables using a qualitative approach. For this purpose, a technique called documentary review was used, which consisted of the analysis of various documents related to discrimination against the indigenous sector. Together with the inclusion criteria and the justification for the development of the article. As a result it was found that discrimination of indigenous communities in Ecuador is a daily reality, while on the other hand this is manifested in many ways, from racism in the streets to social exclusion in the workplace.

For this, this investigation has been carried out focused on a detailed analysis of the Regulation for the Eradication of Discrimination in the Labor Area, Ministerial Agreement No. MDT-2017-0082 of the Official Gazette No. 16, together with some articles from the Ministry of Labor whose information was related to labor discrimination in various aspects, which are detailed in this document; Therefore, we can argue that in today's Ecuador it is necessary to act firmly, so that the laws that protect workers from injustice and mistreatment are complied with

Resumen
Assisted human reproduction is a set of medical techniques and procedures used to help people conceive a child. These techniques include in vitro fertilization (IVF), artificial insemination, and egg and sperm donation. In terms of legislation in developed countries, the regulation of assisted human reproduction varies widely. Some countries have very restrictive laws, while others are more permissive. The present article presents a qualitative approach since in a literature review, qualitative methodology is used to analyze and synthesize information from previous non-numerical studies, such as scientific articles, theses, books and other documents. Among the most important bibliographic results were that it is crucial to define the rules for its application, the rights and obligations of those involved in assisted human reproduction, and its legalization under the Organic Law of Health to protect the right to create a family taking advantage of scientific advances.

Resumen
This study focuses on analyzing the visibility of the brand "Yuquitos" on Instagram in the city of Loja, Ecuador. Relevant data on the use of Instagram in the country are presented, and its objective is focused on applying augmented reality (AR) as a marketing strategy to improve the visibility of the brand on Instagram and seeks to evaluate its impact by conducting surveys and evaluating metrics. Che company Yuguitos sedes to prevé the effectiveness of AR as a strategy to increase the visibility of its brand and improve engagement with consumers.
The use of AR in Yuquitos brand Instagram posts has had a positive impact on the brand's visibility and engagement with its followers. The increase in the reach of posts and the number of impressions suggests that AR is an effective tool for attracting users' attention. In addition, the consumer survey indicated that most had a positive experience with AR filters, suggesting that this technology can be used to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
This research carried out on the use of AR in Instagram posts has certain limitations, including a non-probabilistic sample and the geographical restriction determined in the city of Loja. In addition, it is important to consider that the use of this technology may require specialized technical skills. In general, the use of AR can be beneficial in improving a brand's online presence, but the costs and benefits of implementing it within a comprehensive marketing strategy should be carefully considered. For future research, it is suggested to expand the scope of the study at the national level, to determine the impact of the use of augmented reality technology on brand visibility and engagement.

Resumen
After-sales service is a fundamental part of any company, and even more so in the telecommunications sector. In this sense, the company Netlife, in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, needs to ensure that its customers are satisfied with the services it provides and that, in case of having any incident or problem, they can count on an efficient after-sales service that helps them solve it quickly and effectively. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the after-sales service for customer loyalty and improve its management in the telecommunications company Netlife, for this a descriptive qualitative analysis of the research was carried out that allowed to know from the internal part of the company the management of the after-sales service, through semi-structured interviews conducted with marketing managers and commercial advisors. Among the main results we have that, having the appropriate digital tools to follow up on the after-sales, they are not made known to customers, this would save both the client and the advisor time for the solution of the client's requirement. Finally, it is concluded that to improve after-sales service for customer loyalty it is necessary to train advisors to direct customers to use different digital tools, which are easily accessible and would save long lines in customer service.

Resumen
E-commerce provided the start of online sales, increasing as technology advances and the fashion segment is the fastest growing. Online companies selling clothing do not escape a current reality, on the contrary, they see the need to implement various strategies to remain in the market. The objective of this article is to analyze the use of digital marketing in clothing stores, which allowed us to establish, diagnose and understand the characteristics and benefits of using digital marketing to obtain inputs and generate recommendations that help solve problems of introduction in the digital market, strengthen a brand or stay in the middle. This is how this research using the descriptive and systematic method compiling articles in Spanish from journals, master's and doctoral theses of Google Scholar, virtual newspaper libraries SciE-LO, Redalyc and Elsevier published between 2020 and 2023. The results reflect the increase in e-commerce and virtual stores, use digital strategies that include website incorporation, strategic management of social networks, re-target of advertisements, SEO, Blog, website, shopping cart, virtual consultancies, influencers and fashion tips, reliability in delivery and quality of the product offered is a dominant factor when choosing a virtual clothing store. It is concluded that the various tools and elements of digital marketing allows positioning, visibility and competitiveness in online stores selling clothing, incorporating companies into the digital world on the web and creating content to grow.

Resumen
Social networks are fundamental tools for sports organizations to connect with their target audience, allowing them to generate greater engagement in their current and potential customers to convert them into fans of the brand. The purpose of this research was to identify the digital strategies in social networks used by the Physical Education Center (CEF) of the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo (ESPOCH) and their engagement. With the application of a mixed approach, 420 students and 2 digital marketing experts in sports organizations were surveyed and interviewed respectively. The results obtained show that the social network most used by ESPOCH students to find out about sports news is Facebook, however, the use of other social networks is required to show specific content in relation to a certain topic. In addition, generating content marketing in a certain social network will increase the visibility of a brand by generating valuable and attractive content with constant interaction which allows raising the level of engagement. The information found is a significant contribution for sports organizations when publicizing their services or events through social networks to generate an adequate engagement with their target audience.
