The subject of the article is Right to be Forgotten: reflection in the light of the Brazilian legal system. The problem was investigated: “Is the institute of the right to be forgotten compatible with the Brazilian legal system?”. The hypothesis was considered: The right to be forgotten is not in harmony with the Brazilian legal system, according to the decision of the Federal Supreme Court. The general objective is to clarify if there is conformity between the institute and the Brazilian system of norms. The specific objectives are: to study the origin and evolution of the law in question; present definitions of the theme; reflect on the conflict between two rights: privacy and freedom of expression. This work contributes to the advocacy, as it allows updating about the institute; it is relevant to science because it allows for debate; adds to society, as the adoption of the analyzed law affects everyone. It is a qualitative theoretical research, lasting three months.

The present study aims to demonstrate the forms of contagion and development of LEB, as well as to present control and prevention measures and to present the two clinical conditions of the disease related to cattle. Bovine Enzootic Leukosis (LEB) mainly affects cattle causing a drop in production that results in economic loss for the producer. This disease is caused by a deltaretrovirus, which has immunosuppressive potential with a chronic course. This virus has tumor RNA that acts on the lymphoid system, causing disorganization of the tissues and organs of the animal, the most affected are the lymph nodes that end up losing their primary characteristics and are replaced by a new tissue of neoplastic nature that form lymphosarcomas, this process can cause a leukemic process. Therefore, the general objective of this work is to show producers the importance of having knowledge about this infectious and contagious disease that causes significant economic losses to cattle breeding.

This article investigates the influence exerted by the concepts of order, charity and justice in the ideal of common good used to designate the purpose of administration in the medieval republics, based on the elaborations carried out by Saint Augustine. The study demonstrates how love was a fundamental notion of the "Public Law" of the Ancien Régime, constituting, more than a vague moral obligation, a set of duties (charitable duties), which were even judicially sanctioned. Categories present in the administration of medieval republics (such as common good, public interest and negotiation) help us to understand the historical background of Administrative Law.

The Covid-19 pandemic significantly impacted the routine of the school context, thinking about teacher training and the use of digital technologies, in this context, has become fundamental for educational activities to enable access to formal education, following with health security, an example the suspension of face-to-face activities. To delimit the investigated object, we analyzed the Multidisciplinary Laboratory of the UEFS degrees and the Center for the Improvement of Mathematics Teaching at USP. In this path, the general objective is to analyze how digital social media can contribute to the dissemination of mathematical knowledge and teacher training. For that, we used Telematically Mediated Cognitive Analysis to organize and analyze the data. Among the main findings when analyzing these projects, we highlight that the telematically mediated meanings presented effective elements for the apprehension of communicated language and the development of generalizing thinking, as well as promoting communication and human interaction, however, they still need a greater investment so that the full potential mediations can be used in order to improve the teaching-learning processes intertwined with socially constructed knowledge and knowledge.

The use of psychotropic drugs in children and adolescents has been increasing in the world population. These drugs are substances that affect behavior and act on the activity of the central nervous system, and their indiscriminate consumption can cause serious consequences to health, including causing dependence. Thus, pharmaceutical attention to the indiscriminate use of psychotropic drugs in children and adolescents, mentioning their therapeutic properties, is very important. This work aims to establish and discuss the use of medication in children and adolescents who are diagnosed with depression and to verify the importance of the intervention of the pharmaceutical professional in the pharmacological therapy of these patients. This is a Literature Review study. The works were selected among the free digital scientific databases, such as MEDLINE, Virtual Health Library (BVS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and included those that presented the descriptors: psychotropics, pharmaceutical care, medicines, children and teenagers. The study revealed that, although the treatment of depression is well established for adults, when it comes to children and adolescents, drug therapy is still uncertain as to dosage and duration of treatment, indicating the use of a multidisciplinary team, where the pharmacist, for being easily accessible to the population, it is capable of guiding and clarifying doubts related to pharmacology, enabling better results regarding efficacy, safety and adherence to the prescribed antidepressant therapy.

Self-medication has been a common practice carried out by health professionals, and specifically among those who work in hospitals, as they are the ones with the most knowledge and easy access to medicines. The pharmacist is a qualified professional to guide and prevent recurring damage from the practice of self-medication. Considering self-medication as a public health problem and the importance of knowing the occurrence of this practice by those professionals, this study aims to evaluate the prevalence of self-medication and associated factors in health professionals of a public hospital and the role of the pharmacist in the control and prevention of this practice. This is a cross-sectional observational study combined with a bibliographical, descriptive and quantitative research with data collection through self-report questionnaires with open and closed questions designed specifically for health professionals who work in a municipal hospital in Valparaíso de Goiás – GO. The results indicate that health professionals, of both sexes and under 50 years old, feel comfortable with self-medication, since they believe that the specific knowledge of their profession qualifies them for this practice. The pharmacist was appointed as the professional indicated to guide self-medication. However, the subject needs further studies and discussion in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the practice of rational self-medication.

The performance in the biddings has an impact both on State expenditures and on the quality of services provided to society. This research was developed to evaluate the perception of employees of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa) regarding the bidding process. Embrapa is a public company, responsible for the development of agricultural research, which uses the bidding process to carry out its purchases. To achieve the objective of this work, a descriptive, explanatory and exploratory research with a qualitative approach was carried out. In a first step, bibliographic and documentary research was used, in a second step, a questionnaire was applied with the main parties involved in the Embrapa bidding process. The results expose the employees' perceptions regarding the strategic dimensions and the performance of public procurement. Most employees perceived the tenders as a lengthy and bureaucratic process, with the acquisition of products of questionable quality. However, they realized that the process is transparent, that purchases contribute to the development of their functional activities and to the achievement of the organization's objectives. Given the findings of this work, propositional actions related to the strategic dimensions of Embrapa's purchases were recommended, with the aim of improving the process.

Dietary diversity Score (DDS) is known as an indicator of food quality. This was a quasi-experimental study that determined the adequacy and means of energy consumption, carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, and saturated fats using five 24-hour recalls. Body weight, waist circumference (WC), and pre- and post-intervention HBA1c were measured, and DDS was calculated. A Food Plan Group (FPG) that had an individualized plan and a Dietary Diversity Group (DDG) that used the Dietary Diversity sheet to count food groups consumed per day were formed. Energy inadequacy was 30% in the FPG and 54% in the DDG (p=0.16). Carbohydrates inadequacy due to excess was 46.2% in the FPG and 50.0% in the DDG (p=0.14); protein was inadequate due to deficiency (92.3%) in 92% in the FPG and 69.2% in the DDG; there was low saturated fat consumption (p=0.06). Mean DDS in the FPG went from 5.0 to 6.0 (p=0.06) and in the DDG from 4.4 to 5.6 (p=0.01). Mean weight loss was −1.01 kg in the FPG and 0.33 in the DDG (p=0.05). WC decreased from 98.8 ± 11.0 cm to 96.5 ± 11.5 cm (p=0.01) in the FPG and from 99.1 ± 5.7 to 98.03 ± 4.7 (p=0.26) in the DDG. The Food Plan was more efficient; however, the efficacy of food group counting cannot be ruled out in the long term since it is easier than counting calories or portions.
