Resumen
There are associations dedicated to banana cultivation in Casanare that usually operate independently, without interacting with other actors due to the lack of knowledge of the chain, making it difficult to build the information system to design and implement strategies that increase the level of local and national competitiveness. This article relates the density of plantain crops by municipality, identifies actors, structure of the value network, level of development and the projection of future actions. A descriptive field study with a quantitative approach was undertaken using simple random sampling, with a reliability margin of 94 % and an error rate of 6 %. The instrument was applied to producers, marketers and stakeholders, validating the analysis and dependence of variables through contingency tables and independence tests, as well as the use of georeferencing tools to identify crops of the product in the department. The results of this work establish a current view of the banana chain in Casanare, as well as the formulation of actions applied to the context of the department as a specific baseline that supports the Departmental Strategic Plan for Science and Technology and Innovation of the department and national productive chains.

Resumen
This work develops the theoretical foundations of ecotourism as an alternative for social and economic development in the globalized world. The descriptive exploratory method was used with the purpose of investigating significant experiences in different countries, looking for the positive and negative impacts of ecotourism in different contexts. It was possible to demonstrate the need to accompany ecotourism business initiatives with an environmental education to mitigate the expense of the environmental resource caused by its overexploitation. In the end we leave evidence of the different cases of success and problems generated from the social and economic development generated by ecotourism in different communities in the world, where it is evident, despite being in distant geographical positions, the problems are generally the same. Finally, it is necessary to expand to new works where the tangible practices of environmental education are systematized and how this impacts in a real way the development of the communities.

Resumen
The objective is to design a methodology for the internal assessment of a value chain. The methodology includes a type of quantitative research, a deductive research method and a type of explanatory study. Regarding the results, the methodology designed for the internal assessment focuses on Michael Porter's value chain scheme with its main activities and support activities in a matrix that allows describing and weighing the relationship of each main activity with each support activity. The proposed matrix locates the 5 main activities on the vertical axis and the 4 support activities on the horizontal axis; distributing 100 % among the 9 activities as follows: a percentage higher than 50 % for the 5 main activities because they are the central part of a value chain and the remaining percentage for support activities because without them the main activities would not be supported. In conclusion, the design of the proposed methodology for the value chain’s internal assessment lets to identify strong main and support activities as competitiveness advantages or weak activities for improving, thus, as the relations among these activities.

Resumen
The objective of the article is to establish the relationship between emotional intelligence, organizational climate and occupational stress in workers who provide services in early childhood. A cross-sectional correlational quantitative study was carried out, using non-probabilistic sampling. For data recovery, the occupational stress questionnaires contained in the technical annex to Resolution 2646 were applied, with the Emotional Intelligence questionnaire “Trait Meta Mood Scale” (TMSS24) and the Organizational Climate Scale (EDCO) to 150 employees. The information was analyzed with the SPSS statistical package with statistics that allow establishing correlations taking into account the type of variable and the measurement scale. The findings indicate that there is a significant correlation between organizational climate and work stress and, surprisingly, there was a tendency for people with a better organizational climate to perceive higher levels of work stress. It concludes on the need to carry out a primary and secondary prevention program where activities aimed at strengthening the emotional intelligence of workers and reducing stress levels are developed. In future investigations, variables such as performance evaluation, leadership and teamwork should be included.

Resumen
In SMEs it is common to find that human management practices (GH) are not properly executed because most do not have a specific area in this area, for which it is exercised by other departments or people with an unsuitable profile, Hence the need to know how the competent profile should be to manage the GH area, and how it adds value to the organization. This study is descriptive with an experimental quantitative approach and is supported by the Tuning model, presenting sociodemographic characteristics and skills. An instrument was also used that was applied to 103 managers of human talent in SMEs in Villavicencio, the results of which made it possible to propose an ideal profile based on human management skills and practices. The profile should be a person with studies in Business Administration or related academic programs, specializing in human talent, with an experience of two to three years in various positions in this area and preferably a woman. This will allow organizations to improve the profile of those who apply it and for universities to understand what the labor market is needing and to develop these competencies in future professionals.

Resumen
This work sought to measure, through Spatial Econometrics models with cross-sectional data, the relationship between the Per-Capita Municipal Added Value (VAMP) and the Fiscal Performance Index (IDF) in the Colombian municipalities in 2011-2016 period. The methodology employed proved the existence of spatial autocorrelation first by means of Moran and Geary statistics; Subsequently, spatial models of substantive and residual relation were estimated. The results obtained demonstrated the existence of spatial autocorrelation and the presence of a positive relation between IDF and VAMP. The main conclusions obtained indicate that it is necessary to generate mechanisms that allow greater standardisation of municipal production through the liberalization of the market and the de concentration of the power of territorial entities. Also, it is indispensable that the municipal governments seek to have adequate and austere spending levels that do not hinder the economic growth of their territory. The mentioned conclusions are useful as an information tool in making decisions for economic policy makers at any territorial level.

Resumen
This article aims to show evidence of the behavior of the trade balance, exports, and imports between the Pacific Alliance -PA and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations - ASEAN comparatively, in the period 2002 to 2018. A quantitative, correlational, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional study was defined. The hypotheses that there are significant differences between the average growth of exports, imports and trade balance of the Pacific Alliance and the average growth of exports, imports and trade balance of ASEAN are accepted. On the contrary, the hypothesis that there are no significant (equal) differences between the average growth of exports and imports of the Pacific Alliance and the average growth of exports and imports of ASEAN is rejected. This does not explain the behavior of the balance of payments since there are significant differences between the growth of exports and imports of PA and ASEAN.

Resumen
The purpose of this document is to explore the intellectual structure of Viral Marketing, its evolution and research trends. To this end, using scientometric techniques and tools, an analysis of citations was made, based on 188 publications on the subject, from 2000 to 2020, in the Web of Science database. This article identifies three sub-areas that have emerged from the literature. The first one focused on the factors that generate influence in the consumers' decision making, when interacting with the content generated by the company. The second explores how viral marketing has been enhanced by the advent of social networks. Finally, the third one studies the use of influencers as a dynamic element in campaigns of this type. This work explores the intersection between the discipline of marketing and the use of social networks, especially as the latter are an element for the propagation of the messages of companies and consumers.
