With the objective of evaluating the exhibition of seminars, research papers, courses, work practices or other evaluative activity of the students of the Faculty of Social and Humanistic Sciences of the Agrarian University of Havana with a non-traditional methodology that is through ICT use, specifically with the online evaluation rubrics; An online evaluation rubric was created through the site: corubric.com where students and professors could have greater interactivity in the evaluation process, since the former will be able to evaluate and evaluate themselves through Information Technology and Communications as performed in an exhibition act; and the latter may also evaluate them and have the knowledge of knowing how students individually assessed their peers and themselves, to assess the reliability of the assessments, in case the subjectivity comes before the objective, that is, Since there are bonds of friendship or affinity among those evaluated, they evaluate depending on that and not on what they actually did in the exhibition. For this, it is clarified that the teacher's qualification has a greater weight and that this can veto the evaluation of a student if they perceive a non-objective manifestation in the notes to their classmates or themselves. Data collection and presentation of results will be performed and provided by the site.

Inclusive education has entered the world as a transcendental response of all those who yearn for a different, inclusive and participatory society; This has generated a legal response from the multilateral institutions of the United Nations system. The social exclusion of millions of children originates educational exclusion. The analysis from the legal perspective provides an approach to the conception of human rights and particularizes the right to education and the national public policies that guarantee it; Inclusive education is treated in response to attention to diversity from the perspectives offered in regular schools that favor the insertion of children with special educational needs, associated or not with disabilities.

The educational system in our country, in response to the legal provisions of the Cuban State for the administration of justice to minors, serves as a substantive process of preventive and community work, an essential process for the comprehensive formation of current and new generations. The present article aims to socialize a strategy to prevent the aggravation of indiscipline in students from the province of Pinar del Río. Methods such as document analysis, systemic approach, interview, observation, case study, and analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction procedures were used to find out about preventive work, identify and characterize students who do not comply homework as well as its evolution after applying the strategy. In conclusion, the proposed strategy to prevent the aggravation of indiscipline in students, with an interactive and multifactorial nuance, based from a developing perspective, on the Cuban experience on preventive work makes it viable for the fulfillment of the stated objective and feasible from its insertion in the Work System of the Provincial Directorate of Education in Pinar del Río.

At the Agrarian University of Havana, since 2016 the first experiment has been carried out for the implementation of the Distance Education Model of the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education in a career with an agricultural technical profile. For this, the career in Agro-Industrial Process Engineering was selected. The production of hypermedial resources for this modality constitutes an element that highlights the approved model. The present work, in correspondence, had the objective of making a diagnosis of the construction of hypertexts aimed at distance education, in the career of Engineering in Agroindustrial Processes. The operational definition of the fundamental variable was started and the dimensions and indicators associated with it were determined. Subsequently, the analysis of various applied instruments was carried out: observation, analysis of user registries, semantic Osgood differential, semi-structured group interview and focus group, which allowed the analysis of the behavior of the study variable. Finally, from the analysis of the applied instruments, the force field analysis and the cause-effect diagram or Ishikawa fishbone were performed. It is revealed in all the processing, the existence of deficiencies in the construction of hypertexts associated with the preparation of teachers and the command of hypermedia language.

Interpersonal communication in the university classroom constitutes one of the fundamental supports for the apprehension of knowledge, skills and values. Therefore, the problems that appear in it can cause a formative impact that is not always positive. In this direction, this article aims to propose an improvement program aimed at developing the ability to listen in Higher Education teachers as an essential way for the work they do. This is characterized by being flexible and dynamic. Methods were used mainly at the theoretical level within which analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction stand out. From the empirical level, documentary analysis was used on the legal basis that supports the permanent training of teachers at the higher level. A survey was also applied to the 52 teachers who make up the research group "Comprehensive training of subjects in the educational process, from attention to diversity." The fundamental result that is proposed is an improvement program aimed at developing listening skills in Higher Education teachers.

The objective of this article is to compare citizen competencies in undergraduate students in physical education at the Minuto de Dios University Corporation. For this, the questionnaire entitled Pedagogical practices for the development of citizen competencies was applied (Zambrano, 2018), which has five variables to evaluate which are actions (3 items), emotions (9 items), empathy (7 items), environment (7 items) and critical thinking (3 items) with a Cronbach's alpha of 0,73 for the total scale. The incidental sample consisted of 450 first and last semester students. The methodology is quantitative and descriptive in scope. For the study the SPSS software was used, the statistical analysis was performed with descriptive statistics techniques. The findings showed that the variable with the highest values with respect to the arithmetic mean is ambient, with intermediate values are the variables of actions, emotions and empathy and the lower averages with respect to the arithmetic mean were presented in the critical thinking variable. In conclusion, citizen competences are linked to various ways of interpreting and valuing a sense of citizen action in relation to participation in a social constructive sense.

University teaching has been marked by the teaching of disciplines, and there are few works that refer to the pedagogical training that teachers receive. In this sense, experience is a category that allows us to know how postgraduate teachers develop didactic skills and pedagogical praxis. The main objective of the research work was to describe this didactic-pedagogical experience in teachers with wide professional careers at that level of studies; From the hermeneutic interpretive paradigm, the biographical narrative method was used, the techniques for obtaining information were interviews and participant registration cards. As a result, it was possible to establish a retrospective look at the events that academics have lived through and a reconstruction of their careers was made, highlighting the role that experience has in becoming a postgraduate teacher.

The knowledge have more than enough economy and labor legislation they play an important paper in the acting of any professional of half level. These contents have been incorporate to the plans of study of the industrial specialties during the last 10 years; however, the bibliographical support that exists for the work of the educational ones and the study of the students is not enough what has caused affectations in the teaching-learning process. Assisting it, the objective of this article is the one of characterizing the state of the basic bibliography of the subject Elements of Economy and Labor Legislation of the industrial branch, so he allows to make decisions to the professors and specialists of the companies that these contents work, in function of improving the information of the students during the teaching-learning process. The search of information was possible with the use of methods of the empiric level as: revision of documents; interviews to educational, you interview to students and observation of educational activities. As a result a characterization was obtained that allows to know the situation in that that he finds this important means of teaching in the process of teaching-learning of the subject Elements of Economy and Labor Legislation of the industrial branch in the industrial specialties in Pinegrove of the River.

The current world scenario requires a re-conceptualization of the training process for education professionals. For this reason, emphasis is placed on the development of competencies that can support adequate professional performance. The investigative competence can constitute an essential tool to detect the problems. This article aims to propose a structural-conceptual description of the investigative competence for its training in the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language Education English. Different methods were used, among which are: analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction, documentary analysis on the legal basis that supports the formation of investigative skills in higher education and in the career in particular, observation of students in the defense of diploma and course work, and techniques such as the survey of students and teachers. The results obtained through methodological triangulation, indicate as a more significant assessment that there are training flaws in the research order in the students of the study career and that part of them can be supported by the vague presence of proposals for the structural-conceptual description of the investigative competence, required for the formation of the same in the students of the mentioned career.
