Resumen
In this article, a study was carried out on the need to improve the development of physical abilities in the students of the Mechanics career at the "Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca" University of Pinar del Río, the acquisition and physiological development that reaches the human being as he faces life, where his organism is physically adapting to the conditions of social development, from an early age and educated through the Physical Education class, which prepare the individual physically and mentally to face the challenges of life. The objective of this work is aimed at reflecting on the importance of the development of physical abilities from the Physical Education class in the students of the Mechanics career at the "Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca" University of Pinar del Río during the 2018 course - 2019. The research has as a methodological basis the materialistic dialectical method, methods such as: document analysis, observation, interview and survey were used, which allowed determining its main contributions and limitations, as a basis for the proposal made. The proposed activities manifest the importance of the development of physical abilities and their importance for the development of personality and their health.

Resumen
This article summarizes the results of a research whose purpose was to analyze the level of relationship that can be established between attitudes towards Mathematics, performance in this subject and performance in the contents of Algebra as one of the essential subjects to learn. for the students. A quantitative design was used. The field work was carried out with 326 students, from two schools, of the General Secondary Education in Angola. A questionnaire was used to characterize attitudes in relation to Mathematics applying a Likert-type scale with 20 propositions (10 positive and 10 negative). A documentary analysis of the evaluation records was also made in the subject of Mathematics, of teachers and in the Secretariat of the schools, to determine the performance of the investigated subjects. For the analysis of the information, the mean, standard deviation, variance and regression analysis were used to model the relationships using equations. The results indicate that there is evidence of a relationship between: mathematical performance and attitude towards the Mathematics subject, between performance in Algebra and attitude towards Mathematics, and between mathematical performance and performance in Algebra.

Resumen
The teaching of English assumes today as objective the development of the communicative, interactive and intercultural competence. Then, the real English use is an essential component of this objective. This article shows how the use of literature contributes to the development of the learning process of the real English use in students of foreign languages at the University of Pinar del Río. As theoretical methods were used: the dialectic, the historical, the logic, the systemicand the modelling; as empirical methods were used: the class observation, the document analysis and the interview. A strategy composed by a system of actions was proposed. This focuses on the use of comprehensible literary texts and interactive tasks for students to work in and out of the classroom. The tasks draw students' attention to the way writers use linguistic forms to express communicative functions and intentions. The strategy was implemented during two years with the first and second year English students. Satisfactory results were obtained in terms of the learning of English, and likewise students were introduced in the field of literature as a means to widen their cultural background and strengthen moral values. The strategy provided a positive impact in the students learning culture, particularly in building a psychology for success, in learning outside the classroom, and in their attitude toward English as an instrument of real communication.

Resumen
At present, the virtualization of training processes is a requirement for the permanent training of university teaching staff. Each day the spaces for interaction and ways of learning impose the need to use interactive platforms that make it possible to provide the necessary help to teachers, as well as to share good practices. The present work approaches the didactic conception, and implementation of a system of teaching support for university professors supported in a virtual environment of teaching-learning (Moodle) based on a bl ended learning model (b-learning), in which the activities and resources for the development of the research, the methods of document analysis, modeling and functional systemic structural method were used. The results of its implementation in practice make it possible to make decisions for the improvement and continuity of the teaching accompaniment, as well as for the solution of the didactic problems.

Special education is due to the preparation of the child with intellectual disability for life, where the training of skills is a primary need. As a response to this problem, research is conducted, which aims to establish a technological tool to support the formation of skills in children with intellectual disabilities, which serve as support for the work of the teacher. In its development methods of the theoretical level were used, such as analytical-synthetic, induction-deduction; and from the empirical level, such as the documentary analysis, observation and interview, as well as those corresponding to descriptive and inferential statistics that allowed compiling, interpreting and processing the information related to the subject. As a result, a computer application is obtained, which contributes to the formation skills in students with intellectual disabilities, providing a range of functionalities that facilitate the development of activities related to facilitated language, phonemic processes, recognition of objects in the daily life, the interaction with the family with corrective and / or compensatory character. It allows the interaction of the student with the computer application, always with the presence of the teacher using levels of help that provide success in the learning of skills, evaluating their performance.

Resumen
The characterization and definition of the inclusive school variable enables the design of policies, plans, programs, and projects aimed at access, participation and quality education for all children and adolescents. In this framework, the study aimed to operationalize the inclusive education category from the perspective of students and teachers and from the perspective of virtuous educational organizations. It was based on the socio-educational experiences and practices of teachers and students approached from the theory of educational inclusion and the postulates of Positive Psychology. The research was developed in the provinces of Bolívar and Pichincha, north central Ecuador. There was a non-probabilistic sample of 541 students and 98 teachers. It was an explanatory-descriptive qualitative cross-sectional study. As research methods, the documentary review, participant observation and triangulation were considered. The technique used was the survey and, the instrument, a protocol designed to describe qualities of inclusive and exclusive educational organizations, previously validated with the criteria of specialists. The study characterized schools as inclusive when: teachers and students practiced values; respect and appreciation for diversity was promoted; there were communication channels between families and the school; teachers and students made decisions on issues that directly concerned them; psych pedagogical support actions were carried out; and, the aim was to eliminate the barriers that reinforce exclusion. As conclusions, a set of dimensions and indicators were raised that will make it possible to advance in the construction of inclusive and virtuous schools.

The University of Pinar del Rio "Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca" contributes to satisfying the training needs of higher level professionals and their continuous improvement from the direction and planning of the different changes of category of the professors in the sciences studied in it, from the integration of the substantive and support processes that guarantee a competent graduate, committed to the Revolution and with an integral culture, as well as the generation and implementation of scientific-technical results that impact the socioeconomic development of the territory and country. Despite the fact that, from the Ministry of Higher Education, what should be done in terms of changing the higher teaching category is lacking, in it, there is no proper mechanism that allows the process to be developed efficiently and effectively. For this reason, the purpose of this work is to present a procedure for the management of the process of change of higher teaching category based on the training and development system, which contributes to the improvement of the capacities of cadres, teachers and technicians and specialists. , in this sense, based on the level of training and development achieved by university professors. The method of logical historical theoretical level was used with the support of the documentary analysis technique, fundamentally in the study of various experiences and regulations that served as theoretical-methodological references for the proposal made. The procedure is made up of seven stages, which have led to an increase in the level of professionalism of the university teacher.
