Resumen
Interculturality as an educational approach is included in the guidelines of the Peruvian educational system (General Education Law 28044 and National Curriculum of Basic Education); however, in the curricular structures of national and private universities, it is ignored, generating a gap between regular basic education and higher education. This reality leads us to reflect on the need to incorporate interculturality as a transversal content in higher education, reflections that emerge from the context of the Puno region, where according to the information of the censuses of 2017, most of its population is self-identified with an original town and where at least half of the students in higher education come from homes of quechua or aimara origin. The challenge that arises is to build a university with the quality standards that the international academy demands, without distancing us from our academy demands, without distancing us from the surrounding multicultural reality.

Resumen
This article gathers the experience of classroom research called: the textual macrostructure as a pedagogical-didactic strategy to promote critical reading in undergraduate students. The project undertaken in January 2013 and completed in December 2014, assumes one of the problems experienced daily by students in their academic development: the limited ability to live in critical reading. This is an action research in education that uses a critical reading sheet, designed to identify semantic macrostructures in argumentative-descriptive texts. This research activity allowed us to observe step by step the way in which students explore and display other forms of reading, other than literal. The study helped validate the critical reading sheet as a pedagogical-didactic strategy that favors high-level reading.

Resumen
This paper presents theoretical and practical considerations about human rights education (HRE), in the context of pedagogical activities of Brazilian Basic Education, considering its guidelines and the school’s social interactions/ relationships (hidden curriculum). Based on a sociocultural constructivist theoretical approach, we present the microgenetic analysis of school situations that emerged in a research carried out in a public educational institution in Brasília, Distrito Federal. In the context of a human rights activity, the challenges faced by the contemporary school in relation to the actual implementation of HRE arise. It is necessary to develop a participatory pedagogy that makes HRE a relevant element for the students, as well as a teacher formation anchored in the analysis of the pedagogical practices and the programmatic actions of the HRE.

The main findings indicate that the category affectivity is not visualized as a phenomenon that is theorized and recreated in the discourse of the teachers interviewed. Finally, it is concluded that it is necessary to advance in valuing and clarifying the affectivity put into play in the educational act.
