This research objective is determinate teacher’s knowledge level about hospital pedagogy and its strengths, and limitations. The international organisms taken as reference are Unesco, Hope and Redlaced, also, researchers as Mourik, have been considered, because of his profile of competences of a hospital teacher. The research was taken through an exploratory study with a population of 2749 educators, and a sample of 121 teachers from District 01D01 Cuenca-Sur. Regarding to data collection techniques, a survey and natural semantic networks were applied. It was concluded that teachers have a basic notion of hospital pedagogy, in fact, they relate it to social and support areas, leaving aside the academic area, and they also ignore the strengths of hospital pedagogy. Finally, it was possible to determine that time is the main aspect of the ignorance surrounding this application of education area.

The rise of new technologies has caused a change in the forms of learning and teaching at all levels of education. The purpose of the following documentary work is to present the results of a systematic review to know the pedagogical, theoretical, and didactic aspects of flipped classroom methodology. PRISMA method was applied to carry out a systematic review in the main academic search engines, following a series of inclusion and exclusion criteria. Subsequently, a corpus examination was organized in a descriptive analysis matrix that showed a high incidence of flipped classroom in motivating students and favoring their learning styles and preferences. The main result shows that this methodology has a considerable history of use in higher education levels, but not so much in primary education. Finally, flipped classroom application in primary education is recommended based on the data obtained in this review.

The objective of this study was to establish which admission tests results predict an excellent student academic performance or desertion at Tecnología en Ciencias Militares career. Therefore, this research presents a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a correlational scope. Admission tests and academic performance were taken by academic periods. This information was taken from Escuela de Formación de Soldados’ archives and databases. In order to analyze this information an Excel matrix was used, and then the program SPSS. Conclusions show that there is a weak significative correlation between academic and physical admission tests, and excellent academic performance. However, this correlation represents the best prediction of excellent academic performance.

El presente artículo surgió a causa de la educación en la modalidad virtual y las dificultades que, en este contexto, ha enfrentado el profesorado del nivel inicial en su desarrollo profesional. El mismo tuvo como objetivo analizar los retos y desafíos de la formación para docentes de educación inicial en la modalidad virtual. Se empleó una metodología descriptiva con un enfoque cualitativo que permitió sintetizar y analizar los datos relevantes de la realidad educativa durante la modalidad virtual; para esto se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, con un cuestionario de preguntas abiertas, a educadores de la Red de Aprendizaje “Maestros Solidarios” del Distrito 01D04 Chordeleg-Gualaceo de la provincia del Azuay, Ecuador. Se obtuvo como resultado que el mayor reto era enfrentarse a nuevas herramientas y recursos digitales y que el principal desafío era la calidad de la conexión a internet; estos aspectos dificultaron el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

Adolescents are especially vulnerable to the inappropriate and uncontrolled use of computer technologies. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the use of video games and academic procrastination in students of the second level of education. The design was observational with correlational scope. The entire population was included: 91 students from the seventh to the tenth grade of an educational unit in Ecuador. Data were collected using the Adolescent Procrastination Scale and the Video Game Related Experiences Questionnaire. 56.04% were between 10 and 13 years old and 53.85% were male. 47.25% did not show problems with video game addiction experiences, but 43.96% had potential problems. The majority had an average level of global academic procrastination (50.55%) and 46.15% scored with a high level. 74.73% had an average level of activity postponement and that same percentage showed a high level of academic self-regulation. A significant, positive, and moderate intensity correlation was established between the experience of addiction to videogames and the postponement of activity (dimension of academic procrastination).

The present study was carried out with the objective of evaluating the motivation and its contribution to the job satisfaction of the staff of the Cooperativa AhorroCrédito Lucha Campesina, being necessary to identify the existing variables in the environment, knowing the current state of motivation that the employees were in, in order to know their contribution to job satisfaction. The methods used were inductive, deductive, descriptive, these allowing to collect all the pertinent information, necessary for the execution and fulfillment of the proposed objectives, these being supported by the techniques of observation, interview and surveys to the personnel that works in the cooperative The results allowed propose an action plan that will strengthen the indicators that were found to have shortcomings in the study variables. Taking into account that the institution has an acceptable motivation, presenting small deficiencies in five indicators within the variables studied

In this research, the objective was to describe the predispositions of university professors who, according to their social trajectories, manifest about the formation of values in students. For the above, a theoretical-conceptual scaffolding of a sociological nature was built that articulated the production of subjectivity from the objective conditions, methodologically three moments were recovered: 1) determination of the social trajectories of the teachers; 2) characterization of their predispositions on the formation of values; and 3) construction of the relationship between them. The findings suggest a significant difference in the interpretative categories built on the predispositions in the formation of values between social agents, attributed mainly to the objective conditions of origin in both cases when observing significant differences in the appropriation of values in the family, educational and social. These findings provide elements for the reorganization of activities and contents for the development and appropriation of corresponding values

The present work investigates if project-based learning allows the development of soft skills in three academic schools of a university in Ica. To discover it, we worked with 71 students. These were divided into three groups: Primary Education School (32); School of Initial Education (22); School of Language and Literature (17). The first group did not receive any intervention program on project-based learning. The second experimental group received training in PBL; and the third experimental group received PBL training that allowed them to relate to soft skills. Three groups were given a Likert-type questionnaire. At the beginning —pretest—, and at the end —postest—. The results obtained by Kruskall Wallis, indicated that both experimental groups distinguished changes in relation to the control group. In conclusion, it is up to teachers to promote constant practice through active methodologies (ABP) for a better development of soft skills.

The research determines the performance of directors of the initial level in rural educational networks in the Local Educational Management Unit El Collao - Ilave. The work is framed in a non-experimental methodology, analyzing the instrument, Work Performance Evaluation Sheet of the Director, designed and approved by the Ministry of Education of Peru. The population is made up of the directors of the rural area of ??the district of Pilcuyo. Being its results; Of the six competencies and 20 managerial performance criteria, only in 10 indicators they achieve the value of always, in 8 criteria they rarely obtain and in indicators 3,5,7 and 15 they showed to be located on the scale never. Concluding that; the actions or performances of the directors in 50% are favorable, in 40% it is regular and in 10% it is unfavorable. This calls for reflection and seeking ways to substantially improve the conduct of educational establishments.
