Resumen
The sigmodontine species name Geoxus lafkenche proposed by Teta and D’Elía (2016) is unavailable, given that the publication where it originally appears did not satisfy the requirements of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature. In this note we establish the availability of the species name Geoxus lafkenche, by fulfilling those requirements.

Resumen
The building sector is responsible for 40% of the energy demand internationally, and for 37% in Argentina. Heating and cooling are the most representative item. Rational energy usage measures are being introduced in countries throughout the world, as well as strategies that pursue energy transition. The passing of the IRAM 11900 standard in Argentina promotes energy efficiency (EE) in the residential building sector, and it is expected to be inclusive and lead to the transition by 2050. The aim of this work is to perform the thermo-energy evaluation of an existing social dwelling prototype in “Barrio Papa Francisco” (Pope Francisco Neighborhood), as well as in its two improved variations: “retrofit” and “ex ante”. For this, information is collected about the dimensions, construction systems, building envelope components and equipment to meet demands for heating, cooling, domestic hot water and lighting. As a relevant result, it is reported that the energy supply index (IPE, in Spanish) of the existing prototype reaches a value of 132 kWhPrim./m2.year. In addition, the retrofit and ex ante variations lead to considerable economic savings in the initial investment. This is why the importance of implementing software analysis at the design stage is considered as important in order to quantify energy resources and emissions savings in a planned energy transition.

Resumen
Building Information Modeling (BIM), is a collaborative methodology that gathers all the information of a project in a single virtual prototype, which can then be studied throughout its life cycle. One of the main difficulties in its use is the limited training of professionals in its use and scope. Consequently, this research proposes a real-time work procedure where, by using the BIM methodology in the initial stages of the design process, this constitutes a support system for decision-making with respect to Building Sustainability. With this in mind, basic guidelines are set out to develop a pilot classroom experience that integrates the use of the BIM methodology, by making a Building Energy Model (BEM) of three commonly used social housing prototypes in San Juan, Argentina. The result is the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for the first use of the BIM methodology in the Vertical Workshop on Environmental Architecture (TVAA) of the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Design (FAUD) of the National University of San Juan (UNSJ).

Venta de Borondo (Daimiel, Ciudad Real, Spain) is one of the last exponents of a late medieval and early modern architectural typology, as were the plains inns. In this historic site, in which the western tower stands out, it is possible to identify the particularities of these kind of constructions, which could have inspired Miguel de Cervantes to recreate one of them in its worldwide known work Don Quixote of La Mancha.
Despite its transcendence, the lack of maintenance works has caused a progressive deterioration of its structures, with a serious risk of collapse in certain areas. For these reasons, since 2017, several actions have been undertaken with the aim of studying, preserving and communicating this emblematic heritage site. Through this article, we try to raise awareness of the singularities of this building, as well as to describe the works that are being carried out to preserve this exceptional legacy.

Resumen
In order to understand how the interest in Baroque art is manifested in the Spanish curatorial discourses, this article analyses three exhibitions held within the first decade of the twenty-first century for the purpose of demonstrating the relationship between contemporary art and the historical Baroque. The chosen case studies are Barrocos y Neobarrocos, The Potosi Principle and El d_efecto barroco. This article covers the discursive strategies followed by these curatorial projects in their attempt to re-signify and recover Baroque art from a modern point of view. On the one hand, they show how the Baroque has become a means for the construction of identities, through themes such as the relationship between Spain and Latin America or the use of images as an instrument of propaganda. On the other hand, the exhibitions have introduced the Neo-Baroque as a response to postmodernism in the Spanish exhibition context.

Resumen
In the middle of 1974 a group of people drafted the act of incorporation of the PSOE of Navarra. They were about fifteen members from Christian grassroot movements with no connection to that party, which had disappeared after the Spanish Civil War. Despite some difficulties, they managed to develop the PSOE in three locations of Navarra. Three ideological currents emerged within the group, two of which competed against each other to get the control of the Party. The revolutionary sector took control of the Socialist Youth of the province in the midst of an internal debate between reformist and revolutionary positions. The other two currents were representative of the social democratic ideology, but they were differentiated by the way they thought the spanish transition should be. The study of the beginnings of the PSOE in Navarra is mainly based on oral history, after conducting several interviews with people that participated in the creation of a new party with historical acronyms.
