The present investigation raises the problem of inadequacies didactics in the teaching of Mathematics and the quality of graduates in education higher; for which the objectives were established: a) Characterize the monitoring process that the authorities exercise in teachers in the development of the micro-curriculum for establish compliance with the syllabus, b) Evaluate the teaching provided to students in the domain of knowledge mathematicians, c) Determine the involvement of the area of ​​exact sciences in the Mathematical teaching in the pedagogical process. It is necessary to start, in the analysis specific to the teaching and learning of Mathematics, of widespread rejection and fear towards them existing in our society. It will be necessary to overcome this obstacle, but there is another series of additional difficulties that need to be recognized. In general, students instead of being attentive to reasoning and participating in class, are limited, by tradition of learning, to take notes that will then try to Memorize when studying for your exams. The methodological treatment of the research is based on the following modalities: bibliographic, Field, and Quasi-experimental. In addition, the following types of research: exploratory, descriptive, analytical, synthetic, the purpose which allowed the researchers to propose a proposal that entails to solve the problem investigated. The results indicate that teachers do apply techniques in the intra-classroom pedagogical process, which facilitate the meaningful student learning guaranteeing the quality of graduates, asserting as a conclusion that teachers and students do carry out the learning evaluation process.

Abstract Introduction: Inguinal hernia continues to be a challenge for surgeons despite the application of stress-free techniques with the use of meshes, relapse rates remain high. Objective: To evaluate the results of the application of Lichtenstein's stress-free repair technique. Methods: A descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional study was conducted in 215 patients diagnosed with inguinal hernia, from August 2017 to August 2019, at the basic hospital of the Ecuadorian social security institute of Chone, Manabí, Ecuador. Results: 215 patients were operated, the age range with the highest number of patients was 50 to 59 with 71 cases, the male sex reports 95% of cases, for the classification of hernias was used that of Nyhus, the type IIIb of this classification was that of  the highest prevalence with 54.3%, in terms of location of the hernia and its clinical form of presentation, the right side was the most affected with 127 cases, and the clinical form of primary hernia with 96.2%, was high blood pressure the highest weighting functionality with 46  seroma from the wound was presented as a complication in 11 patients.

The objective of this study is to identify: the levels of resilience in adolescents of dysfunctional and functional homes.Therefore, a study was conducted to 66 students from the 10th years in the Public Educational Unit “Pedro Zambrano Barcia”, through the application of two tests: Analysis of Resilience in Adolescents "A.R.A" and Resilience Scale "RS". Also, the research had a qualitative, quantitative, descriptive and comparative methodological design, which indicate that adolescents from both, it was identified that adolescents from both dysfunctional and functional homes maintain a moderate resilience.

This is a study that emphasizes the investigation of techniques for teaching higher education in the intra-classroom pedagogical process, which is supported by the objectives: a) Incidence and monitoring of the application of active techniques in the pedagogical process of higher education, b) Evaluation of active techniques in the intra-classroom pedagogical process. Basically make the higher education student think productively, developing his reasoning, teaching him to face new situations, providing the opportunity to get involved in the class to make learning more interesting, and thus equip the student with problem solving strategies, providing you with techniques that help in your professional development. The methodological treatment of the research is based on the following modalities: bibliographic, Field, and Quasi-experimental. In addition, the following types of research were used: exploratory, descriptive, analytical, synthetic. The results show that higher education teachers do apply active pedagogical techniques in the different educational management processes, concluding that teachers do apply techniques in the intra-classroom pedagogical process, which facilitate the meaningful learning of students guaranteeing the quality of education, this was also externalized by the students who affirm that the application of techniques by teachers helps solve problems of daily life.

Educational modalities based on any of the forms of e-learning, acquire more and more relevance in today's society, because on the one hand and from the economic point of view, they are available to millions of people on the planet, and on the other, they eliminate the space - time barriers that any type of teaching course or activity implies; However, there are still subjects and courses that are eminently practical, and that their correct learning traditionally implies pre-essentiality, accompanied by the traditional practical activities with essential equipment and devices to complete their adequate learning. The idea of ​​teaching a completely distance course, of administration and network services, a subject with the characteristics described above, aimed at professionals from the different universities and centers attached to the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) of Cuba, arises to respond to the need to improve the level of preparation of the specialist specialists who are engaged in the activity described; and the novelty of this experience lies in the use of two virtual platforms: one, based on a content management system, for communication, administration and supply of materials, activities, exams, etc., and the other, more novel, consistent in a huge virtual platform, which contains networks and IT devices (routers, switches, etc), so that each student of the course can have their own networks, routers and experimental servers, conditioned in an ideal way and with less economic resources, the acquisition of practical skills that this science demands. These platforms, based entirely on virtual devices and resources, facilitated access to students through remote terminals, from any workstation connected to public networks. It is concluded by highlighting the high level of satisfaction, learning and skills acquired by students, and the transformation of the course into a distance diploma course is recommended, aimed at anyone who wants to work as a network administrator in any of the entities attached to the MONTH .

Finding alternatives that are friendly to the environment has become a test journey in recent years, since its appearance in the aerospace industry, the use of solar radiation energy has become one of the most versatile means to the electricity supply that was initially used to provide energy to satellites, but over time it has been adapted to the environment in which we live, using it to power autonomous devices, to supply shelters and even for houses that remained by their location Isolated electric power. The objective of the research is: To study the behavior of the implementation of a photovoltaic system as a measure of environmental protection in our society. The study was quantitative, descriptive, the survey technique was applied to gather information. The search and selection of information was also carried out on the variables raised in the subject, to make a thorough review. With the investigation it was determined that the implementation of this system can benefit us in many ways, since knowing the impact it can have on the environment, we can say that it is one of the best alternatives that will have much more space in society within a few years, due to its exponential growth in the production of photovoltaic energy, which is expected to be 100 percent within fifty years.

The research is based on work skills as a psychological configuration, where it is appreciated from the Ecuadorian business context as the integration of four fundamental components: cognitive, motivational-affective, metacognitive and functional; where the center of competition in motivation; It is unique and distinctive, which is the first time in Ecuador that an analysis of such connotation has been made in the business world. The purpose of this article is to analyze the secretary's labor competencies, based on his determination as a psychological configuration and the measurement in practice of its distinctive elements in the secretaries of the May 24 canton of the province of Manabí. Methods of the theoretical order, analysis of synthesis, inductive-deductive and logical historical were used; those that allowed them to dabble in theory and practice. Empirical methods were also used, such as the survey directed at a total of 25 collaborators who are serving as secretaries. As a result, the configuration of the competition was obtained, being preliminarily valued in practice and its relationship with professional performance. It is concluded that the investigation shows the secretary's work competences and the role in his professional performance, as well as the concretion of the professional, business and contextual results: economic, social and cultural of the company. What consequently affects the institutional environment, the degree of satisfaction and motivation of workers, favorable interpersonal relationships and a positive image of the company, community and work context.

The secretary is usually known as Administrative Assistant since she is someone very important within a company, not only is that person who has to fulfill the direct orders of the boss, with administrative knowledge, answering the phone and possess sympathy. Over time, a secretary must possess a series of qualities and build bonds of friendship, trust and honesty with bosses, colleagues and clients, and others are fundamental in this profession such as discretion, loyalty with the company and herself, Be disciplined, proactive and enterprising. In spite of all this, it leads to being loaded with emotions and work, reaching a situation of stress that harms your health. The objective of the research is: To relate family stress to work performance in women between 28 and 30 years who work as secretaries. The study was qualitative, descriptive, the survey technique was applied to collect the information. The search and selection of theoretical support on the variables of this topic was also carried out, to make a deeper review and understand how the performance of the secretary influences the micro business development. With this investigation, it was analyzed and determined that stress greatly affects a secretary, since they are the main image of the company and when they are stressed they give a bad impression to the client. The secretaries are the main and fundamental part of the company, since they not only answer the telephone or attend to the clients, they order and plan all the daily activities of their boss and that is why they must express good presence, courtesy and kindness and generate a good environment since it is the first person that the company's customers meet.

The research is based on the gender approach and the professional performance of the secretaries, where it is appreciated from the Ecuadorian business context as the integration of the theory, of competence as a psychological configuration with its four fundamental components: cognitive, affective motivational, metacognitive and functional; depending on the professional performance of the secretaries. The objective of this work was to express the essential aspects of the gender approach in the context of the professional performance of the executive secretaries of the province of Manabí, Ecuador. Methods of the theoretical order were used: analysis - synthesis, inductive - deductive and logical historical; those that allowed them to dabble in theory and practice. Empirical methods were also used, such as the survey directed at a total of 100 collaborators who are serving as secretaries. As a result, it was found that men as executive secretaries are as successful as women, with preliminary evaluation of competence and its relationship with professional performance. It is concluded that the gender approach is essential, from an early age, which induces not to be confused with gender or sex, it complies with the essential aspects of the gender approach in the context of the professional performance of the executive secretaries of the province of Manabi, Ecuador.

  The study carried out is part of a research project carried out in 2019 by a group of teachers in the Secretarial Career, with funding from the Portoviejo Higher Technological Institute (ITSUP). The objective was to determine the impact of the academic training of secretaries on the practice of ethical and moral values ​​in customer service. The research is descriptive type of cross-sectional cohort, the methods used were the historical log and the analysis-synthesis. The investigated were 200 secretaries of public and private companies from the city of Portoviejo, in Ecuador. A questionnaire aimed at the practice of ethical and moral values ​​in customer service was applied, obtaining as a result that the percentage of users who were "very satisfied" with the care received was reduced, accentuating the greater number of responses in the item of "satisfied", highlighting in conclusion how important the ethical training of secretaries is for a high level of quality in customer service.
