While it is true that vaccines generate immunity with a high degree of effectiveness and that in Peru, a certain time was spent initiating the COVID-19 disease, a vaccination process that was developed logistically. The objective was to obtain the mathematical model of the COVID-19 vaccination process in Peru, to estimate the number of people vaccinated, the critical time for which the estimated rate of vaccinated people has been the highest value, and to specify the date on which the highest number of people vaccinated has occurred. The methodology was based on determining the form of dispersion of the vaccination process, this being a logistic distribution and considering that a mathematical model is a mathematical description, by means of a function of a real-world phenomenon, such as the number of people vaccinated against the COVID-19 disease. The model presented a correlation coefficient r=-0.95, the critical time (tc) was 286 days and the maximum rate of vaccinated persons 143071 persons/day, dated December thirteenth, 2022: between March second, 2021, and March ninth, 2022. The estimated number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 disease was determined by the equation N ̂=28601461/(1+89.0602×e^(-0, 0157×t) ) and the rate of change or rate of estimated persons vaccinated against COVID-19 in Peru was calculated by the equation (dN ̂)/dt=(39949527,1600×e^(-0,0157×t))/〖(1+89,0602×e^(-0,0157×t))〗^2; the correlation coefficient between the elapsed time t (days) and the number of people vaccinated (N), based on twenty-five cases, was r=-0.95, representing a "very strong correlation" between the elapsed time (t) and the number of people vaccinated (N), and the coefficient of determination indicates that 89.47 % of the variance in N is explained by t;  for the vaccination process against COVID-19 in the country; concluding that the theory of Bronshtein & Semendiaev and the logistic models can be adequately applied to pandemic and epidemiological phenomena, that the critical time (tc), for the contagions was two hundred eighty-six days, reaching its maximum speed of contagion estimated at 112142 persons/day.

The last decade has been very thought-provoking and change-adapting for university professors and students in the Cuban context. On the one hand, they have faced challenges while embracing technological advances, which have positively impacted on their professional identity and resilience. On the other hand, some limitations have been evident too. In this respect, a study was carried out at the Foreign Language Teacher Education Program at "Félix Varela Morales" campus of the Universidad Central «Marta Abreu» de Las Villas, Cuba which explored how professional identity and resilience have evolved in professors and students who systematically do project work supported by the university Moodle platform. The study took place during the period 2019-2021, when the pandemic COVID-19 gave another connotation to the teaching learning process. Consequently, the use of technology was the central pivot to continue training teachers at the University, the objective of this research work was to explore the impacts of embracing Moodle platform on the professional identity and resilience in the subjects of this research through project work. The methods used in the research were data collection and data processing in a case study, which made it possible to identify the positive impacts and challenges on professional identity and resilience. The information presented was obtained from the application of document analysis, participant observation, survey, and recollection of graphic and audiovisual evidences. The results show the importance of embracing Moodle as a suitable platform in the Cuban context.

Throughout agriculture within the market, favorable results have been presented for the international and national economy through the export of the star product in recent years, considered a "superfruit", such as blueberries. The objective of this article was based on analyzing the existing literature on blueberries, generalities and development in the world market. For this, it was approached from a bibliographic or documentary design, of the literature review type. For this, five open access databases were used as resources: Google academic, Dialnet, Scielo, Latindex and Scopus, which allowed the location and choice of sources; For this reason, 58 sources were investigated, of which 40 were chosen, in the English and Spanish languages. From the investigation it is derived that the blueberry market and commercialization have a great impact on the economy and society worldwide. Blueberries are a profitable crop and their production and sale generate employment and business opportunities for producers and distributors. In addition, the growing demand for blueberries in international markets has led to an increase in production and the expansion of blueberry crops in many countries around the world. Likewise, the marketing and sale of blueberries also has a positive impact on the health of consumers, since blueberries have been shown to have health benefits, such as the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, the improvement of brain function and the prevention of of cancer.

The man has adopted innumerable procedures to improve the quality of his agricultural products, as well as to mitigate the adversities that can occur in crops, looking for alternatives to improve soils, produce under controlled conditions, guarantee profitability in crops and contribute to the health of consumers. Agroecological agriculture or other expressions is the result of intensive, industrial agriculture, or the green revolution due to the negative impacts on the soil, the atmosphere and crops such as cucurbits, among which stand out: melon (Cucumis melo L.), watermelon (Citrullus lanatus T.), cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima D.), among other. The objective of this work was to develop a literature review on the use of organic fertilizers in cucurbits. It was used in the review of 56 scientific documents in English, Spanish and Portuguese, included in Web of Science, SCOPUS, Scielo, Redalyc and Latindex 2.0 from 2010 to 2023, using the keywords ¨family Cucurbitaceae¨, ¨importance of Cucurbits¨, ¨organic fertilizers¨, ¨use of organic fertilizers in Cucurbits¨, in addition Boolean operators such as ¨and¨ were used in searches with organic fertilizer and specific cucurbits. It was observed that greater use of organic fertilizer came from bovine manure in eight documents (50%). It was possible to conclude that it is possible to produce cucurbits with different organic fertilizers and that their production and quality depend on their nutritional content, as well as edaphoclimatic factors related to the crop.

Taxidermy is an encounter between science, technique and art in favor of education and scientific culture. The objective of this research work is to propose a complementary course of basic taxidermy for the students of the second year of the Primary Teachers' career of the Pedagogical School "Manuel Ascunce Domenech", located in the city of Santa Clara, province of Villa Clara, Cuba. In order to carry out the research, the methods of information gathering and processing of the information gathered in their dialectic interrelation were used, within the latter, observation and survey stand out. It was found that in this institution there are no natural objects, namely animals preserved in liquid or dissected, which facilitate a better understanding when using them as a means of teaching the contents related to the teaching-learning process of Biology, and the students and teachers have insufficiencies related to the assembly of collections in liquid and the dissection of animals. In this sense, a program for the complementary course of basic taxidermy was elaborated and submitted to expert criteria for its evaluation. The implementation of this program made possible the assembly of different collections of animals by the students of the second year of the Primary Teachers' course of the Pedagogical School "Manuel Ascunce Domenech".

It is proposed in this abstract some suggestions for the manufacturing of advanced sensors (smart sensors) that are based in amorphous nanostructures in order to prepare intelligent sensors from which their transducers elaboration need specific requirements, such as in geometry and material of every sample. Moreover, it is quite important the correlation understanding between the necessities of the community or company that will operate with them. It means, the manufacturing of the transducers samples can be prepared by sputtering process, atomic load deposition and also by electrochemical reactions. Hence it is suggested to analyze the chemical components that are possible to find in the Andes mountains, also the strict compromise of the responsible residual collection of every production step and caring the environment conditions. Furthermore, it is proposed that designers could get understanding of the Andes mountains conditions, because many times it is not analyzed the geographic or climatic conditions, where there will be used the devices that require sensors for many applications such as in fishing tasks, agriculture tasks, mining tasks and public transport tasks. In this context, the advantages of the sensors based on nanostructures are supported by the robustness and short response time that give more time for active applications of the sensors as part of mechanic or mechatronic systems. This advantage helps for programming possibilities by a microcontroller in order to execute adaptive algorithms and enhancing the physical measurement tasks.

The importance of public space as a catalyst for the development of cities, and the idea of university campuses like small cities within cities, are the main premises to start this research. This leads to the concept of university campus public space as a relevant factor for a better functioning of the university, and for the benefit of its students, teachers, and staff. However, like the urban public space, the university public space in many occasions does not have comprehensive planning for the development of all its potentialities. In Peru, the Ricardo Palma University is among the top 10 universities with the largest number of green areas on its campus. However, a comprehensive treatment of the university public space is not enough to maintain the green areas. It must be understood that the university public space also includes circulation spaces as well as living spaces. The sustainability approach has served to achieve this purpose. Universities located in Japan, the United States, Arabia, Mexico, Brazil among others; they have developed policies, programs, and projects to create a sustainable environment on their campus and promote sustainable living on and off campus. For these reasons a first question arises: How to conceptualize university public spaces under a sustainable approach? Therefore, this research aims to collect theoretical information on the state of the art on university public space and sustainable planning of these areas. To achieve this objective, information from master's and doctoral theses was compiled, as well scientific journal articles. The investigation begins with the definition and importance of urban sustainability, the definition of public space, its sustainable planning; then the definition of the university, the planning of its public space and finally includes a section of general conclusions. It is important to note that there is some bias towards African and Asian research, as the most relevant and predominant researches are currently being conducted. When studying university public space, most of the researches focus on its green areas, whether they are spaces for occupation, visual landscape spaces, or wildlife conservation. It is concluded that countries such as Latin America still require a greater effort to fully implement the issue of public space planning within the framework of sustainable management for the development of a sustainable campus.
