Resumen
The main objective of the research was to evaluate the effectiveness of biochar and biofertilizers in the growth and quality of cocoa seedlings in the nursery. The work was developed from January to April 2020, in the cultivation house of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Calazacón in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Ecuador. The evaluated treatments were T1: Biochar, T2: biochar + biofertilizer, T3: biofertilizer, T4: compound fertilizer and T5: control treatment. The biochar was applied in doses of 20 g kg-1 of substrate. The biofertilizer was made up of a commercial microbial consortium made up of strains of fungi, bacteria, mycorrhizae and yeasts. A completely randomized design with four replicates was used. The experimental unit was made up of 20 CCN-51 cocoa seedlings. The main variables recorded were plant dry mass (g), leaf area (cm2) and Dickson's quality index. The results showed significant statistical differences (p < 0.05) between the evaluated treatments, highlighting the biochar + biofertilizer treatment with the highest growth rate in dry mass, foliar area and Dickson's quality index with 8.23 g, 497.82 cm2 and 5.45, respectively., in relation to the other treatments evaluated. A significant (p < 0.05) and positive correlation was found between the Dickson quality index and the growth variables analyzed. The combined application of biochar and biofertilizers on the substrates can enhance the growth and quality of cocoa seedlings in the nursery.

Resumen
The objective of the present investigation was to determine the “Bacteriological Quality of Raw Milk from two Milking Systems in Bovine Farms in the Maturín city, Monagas State”. The trial lasted six weeks and were quantified the populations of total coliforms (CT), faecal coliforms (CF) and Escherichia coli present in the sample; The data were processed following a distribution in random blocks with factorial arrangement (2x2) whose factor A represented the milking system: manual and mechanical, and the factor B was the application and omission of manual drying of teats for each animal prior to milking. The variable was examined by analysis of variance and its mean values compared by Tukey test at 5% of probability. In Factor A, were detected significant differences (p≤0,05) in the CT count, corresponding to the manual system, the lowest count with 5.76 Log10 NMP.mL-1. For Factor B, highly significant differences (p≤0.001) were found in the CT population, in this case the practice of drying the teat, obtained the lowest count with 5.60 Log10 NMP.mL-1. The populations of CF and E. coli decreased with the application of drying. The methods implemented during the milking routine directly influence the bacteriological quality of raw milk.

Resumen
The objective of the research was to evaluate the effect of the addition of three types of commercial yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Saccharomyces exiguus and Candida utilis, using molasses solution. The stages of the experiment consisted of yeast activation and fermentation for ethanol production through simple distillation; determining the most optimal ethanol production of the experiment, with different concentrations of sucrose (19°Bx, 23°Bx and 27°Bx) and different environmental conditions (27°C, 30°C and 33°C). A Latin-square design was applied using Microsoft Excel, taking as a factor of interest the types of yeasts and secondary factors the soluble solids (°Bx) and storage temperatures (°C). Nine treatments (T) were formulated, of which significant differences (p<0.05) were observed between the soluble solids (°Bx) and (p>0.05) for the types of yeast studied and the storage temperatures. During ethanol production from sugar cane molasses solution. The best treatment was T8, using Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast at 27°Bx, with a temperature of 30°C.

Resumen
The research explores the representations of the students on the modalities and evaluative practices used in the subject of History and Geography, of public, vulnerable establishments of a border region. The study is qualitative, employing interpretive techniques in order to explore the representations around the evaluative practices. Information gathering was established through in-depth interviews. The results reported that the main issues identified were a dynamic conception of learning, a complex look at evaluation that includes attitudinal values and a representation of the teacher as an agent that makes institutional evaluation criteria more flexible in response to learning objectives.

Resumen
The objective of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-regulation of learning in students of the medical technology career of the Private University of Tacna. The population consisted of all the students of the medical technology school of which only 92 decided to participate. The Inventory of Academic Self-Efficacy Expectations and the Self-Regulated Learning Inventory were used. Results: 57% academic self-efficacy feels safe, while in self-regulated learning the highest percentage is concentrated at an average level with 50%. Conclusion: when performing Spearman's correlation it was found that there is a positive and moderate correlation between self-efficacy academic and self-regulated learning in the students of the School of Medical Technology of the Private University of Tacna in 2018 (Rho de Spearman, 479 (p value 0.01)); By correlating academic self-efficacy with the dimensions of self-regulation of learning, the following conclusions were reached; academic self-efficacy with self-regulation of the executive strategy showed a positive and moderate correlation (sig. Bilateral 0.01 and correlation coefficient, 449), when related to self-regulation of cognition showed a positive and low correlation (sig. Bilateral 0.01 and correlation coefficient, 325), when relating it to self-regulation of motivation and affection, it showed a positive and low correlation (sig. Bilateral 0.01 and correlation coefficient, 398) and when relating it to self-regulation of the control of the environment, it showed a positive and low correlation (sig. Bilateral 0.01 and correlation coefficient, 385).

The objective of this study was to determine whether the implementation of an activity-based costing method has an impact on price setting in agro-industrial wine companies in Tacna province. In order to implement this method, the winemaking process was broken down into activities, and cost drivers were determined, which were assigned according to the level of resource use per activity. The implementation of this method showed greater accuracy and efficiency in the allocation of production costs, by identifying the most expensive and the most economical variety of wine, favoring the reduction of costs, was effective and personalized to determine the profit margin by variety of wine, consequently, influenced the setting of the price as it was more competitive, real and differentiated by product. In contrast to the traditional system, which provided distorted results, by making an erroneous distribution of the cost based on the volume of production, it was inaccurate in processes with different varieties of wine, which generated considerable differences in costs
