Resumen
The objective of this research work is to determine the effects of dumping on the competitiveness of garment apparel companies in the Gamarra Commercial Emporium that began operations in 2016 and determine how dumping affects the company’s growth, positioning and income. It was hypothesized that dumping negatively affects the competitiveness of clothing apparel companies; the deregulation on dumping and the inadequate control that may be exercised for the entry of this type of merchandise, were the causes for some importers to find the opportunity to enter merchandise with dumping prices. The research method was descriptive and explanatory based on the information obtained that allowed us to answer the questions posed. The results show that both variables have a close positive relationship, since a high risk of dumping will generate a low competitiveness. After the investigation it is concluded that the entry into Peru of goods with prices below the price of the similar product in the country of manufacture destined for consumption in the exporting country, negatively affects the business growth of the apparel sector, in the positioning of the internal and external market, as well as in the utility that the company can perceive; Obtaining as result the unemployment of the workers, the reduction in the productive capacity, reduction in the competitive capacity, bankruptcy of the garment companies, closing factories of the affected item, and all this generates an economic instability in our country; Therefore, a greater participation of the State in the regulation and control of this type of products is needed, in order to protect our national industry

To establish a basis for the current state of damage to arteries through pathological classification in post-mortem samples.
Objective: To observe and compare the structural changes in the aortic, cardiovascular carotid, and coronary and posterior basilar cerebral arteries, in corpses of people aged 15 to 35 years.
Method: Observational and analytical, prospective cross-sectional study in the field of public health. We worked with 24 bodies according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Arterial damage was classified according to the American Heart Association.
Results: In the aorta, the injuries were type I (45.8%), 8.3% had a type II, III, IV injury, respectively. In the 15-19 age group, 60% had type I injuries. In the carotid, 62.5% had a type I injury and 12.5% a type II injury. 100% of the group aged 15 to 19 had a type I carotid injury. In the coronary artery, 75% had type I injuries, 12.5% with type II injuries. In the group of 15 to 19 years, no coronary sample was healthy. In the basilar artery, 33.3% had type I lesions, being more frequent in the group of 20 to 29 years (44.4%). In general, type I lesions were observed more in the coronary (72%), type II coronary and carotid (12%), type III in the aorta (8%) and type IV in the aorta (8%).
Conclusion: Structural damage to arteries begins at an early age and differs according to arterial location.

Resumen
At the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th, positivism spread throughout Latin America, achieving a strong consolidation in Chile, where the political and social fluctuations had prepared the liberals to implant their ideas, consolidate their vision about the national state and complete the annexation of the indigenous territory. In this process, the arrival of several European intellectuals to the national territory was the starting point of the academic organization of the social sciences, being Ricardo Latcham undoubtedly one of the most important. His anthropological and archaeological work was the starting point of scientific social science in the country, generating an extensive bibliography of importance to this day. The following article seeks to describe the political and scientific context of the time and how Ricardo Latcham became one of the most important names in Chilean anthropology. This study was financed in part by the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - Brasil (CAPES) - Finance Code 001

The purpose of this research is to characterize the solid waste, to elaborate a microzonification of the places where the habitants improperly dispose the waste coming from the construction and demolition, as well as to propose an optimal design of a new truck route for the collection of garbage in the district of Ciudad Nueva. He study was carried out in the months of September and October of 2017, in which the procedure of the methodological guide was applied for the development of the municipal solid waste characterization study, in which a solid waste composition of 53.72% was obtained corresponding to organic waste, 5.89% cardboard, 5.44% paper, 5.39% bags and 3.64% PET plastic, among others. Ninety-seven disposal points for construction and demolition waste were micro-zoned by the sweeping method by the different sectors of the district with the help of the GPS (Global Position System) instrument. And finally, with the Autocad tool, a new solid waste collection route was designed for garbage compactor trucks, in which it was reduced from 124.710 km per day to 49.592 km optimizing fuel consumption from 20 gallons to 6.50 gallons per day, minimizing the emanation of greenhouse gases that is a contributor to climate change, in addition to economically generating savings in fuel costs. In this way, the present study will contribute to the improvement of environmental management, constituting the starting point for the future design of plans and strategies to be adopted by the Ciudad Nueva District Municipality.
