In this research work, the principle of professional honesty, based on the IEJ Code, is analyzed in its cognitive, behavioral and affective dimensions, as well as its scope and convergences with other ethical principles. This value is studied as an ethical principle and constitutional guarantee, which stands with supreme hierarchy, in search of the scope of sustainable justice, requiring judges and other operators of justice to conduct and actions that highlight their moral verticality, both in their public and private lives. This through accountability, the legitimization of their decisions with high intellectual honesty and impartial and independent action. The consequences of non-compliance with this principle are analysed and, finally, results are presented on the index of the perception of trust and credibility of society around the judiciary and the Office of the Attorney General, which is essential for the scope of peace and social harmony, the concordance of which materializes objective 16 of the UN 2030 Agenda: the construction of peaceful societies.

Resilience consists of a set of innate attributes or abilities to adequately cope with adverse situations, such as stressors and risky situations. In recent years, we discuss with interest the reaction capacity that some adolescents can develop when they are exposed to difficult situations or aggressions. Sometimes they manage to overcome resistance levels and end up with more protective energy than before exposure to adverse situations. The objective of the work is to offer a characterization of resilience in adolescents studying at the 10th grade level of basic education, influenced by behavior problems from a gender perspective, in public and private educational units of Portoviejo. This is based on a method that includes an extensive literature review aimed at the analysis of the resilience of adolescents of both sexes who face behavioral problems, through the application of a qualitative transversal research using the SV-RES scale created by doctors Eugenio Saavedra and Villalta Marcos, which offers the determinants of resilience in adolescents who study 10th grade in three institutions of the education system, namely the Cruz del Norte Private School, Manabí Technological Private School and Portoviejo Fiscal College. The work allows us to conclude that female adolescents are resilient than male adolescents, as well as the level of resilience shown by the surveyed students shows that they are in a position to reverse the behavioral problems they are facing.

This paper analyzes content marketing strategies through the use of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp for a target audience with the purpose of communicating and disseminating the service presented by commercial establishments in the Leonidas Plaza parish of the Sucre canton. The object of study allows to know the marketing strategies to verify its application, without forgetting that content marketing facilitates attracting and retaining customers with the constant creation of content with the intention of changing and improving consumer behavior in their favor. The research methods applied were descriptive, synthetic analytical, survey technique, interview, and observation, in addition to the Delphi method. The treatment of the information was carried out by means of the statistical tool of social sciences called SPSS, the results of the tool allow to conclude the deficient application of digital marketing strategies for the attraction of potential clients so it is necessary that the new ones be made known strategies that are currently being applied alongside technology such as social networks.

The low level of knowledge, the lack of attitudes and the scarce information on gestational diabetes and risk factors associated with the disease in women can cause various risks for the mother and the expected product (baby), was established as the main objective "Identify the risk factors associated with diabetes due to pregnancy in patients treated at the Jipijapa Health Center". The study was quantitative, descriptive and analytical with respect to knowledge, attitudes about risk factors associated with gestational diabetes. 75 women were studied in pregnancy between weeks 28 and 36 of pregnancy, a survey was used to assess the knowledge of pregnant women regarding gestational diabetes, the same survey was applied in order to identify pregnant women the main factors of pregnancy. Risk related to gestational diabetes. As a result, 81% of the surveyed population did not know what gestational diabetes is, 95% did not perform preconceptional counseling, that is, they are unplanned pregnancies and do not have preconceptional control where possible complications can be identified. present in the clutch and be able to prevent them previously, it was possible to identify as main risk factors: obesity, multiparity, family history related to diabetes and macrosomia in previous pregnancies. In conclusion, it was determined that the lack of preconceptional controls, the lack of knowledge related to gestational diabetes, the large number of risk factors in women in pregnancy that are served in the Jipijapa Health Center represent a problem of great proportion and it increases the risk of suffering gestational diabetes, besides the delay of attention at the beginning of pregnancy, non-periodic controls during pregnancy and lack of timely ultrasound do not allow a timely diagnosis of gestational diabetes.

The normal distribution is one of the most important in the teaching learning process of Biostatistics for the specialty of Medicine. However, the absence of a deductive approach in the introduction to the topic, makes difficult to understand its origin. From the starting point of the systems of continue distributions of probability, it is proposed an alternative way to introduce such distribution in general and standard form. Some epistemic gaps are identified in the treatment of the thematic, taking into account the analytic synthetic and documentary review methods. The essential objectives consist of the deduction the mathematical expression of such distribution as well as to value the possibility to introduce the basic elements of the used procedure, in the Program of the Medical Informatics II, emphasizing the notions of Differential Calculus in previous stage to the elements of Integral Calculus. The essential conclusion is associated to the contribution of the suggested approach to the rigor and harmony of mathematical statistic knowledge in the discipline, although some concepts of Differential Analysis are necessary which favour the understanding the practical applications in the career of Medicine and in other branches of the research in biomedical sciences.

Sustainable marketing strategies are powerful tools that can help to position a product in a sustainable way and much better if it is a tourist product. In recent decades, tourism has shown itself as a potential for economic growth in several countries. The objective of this study is to design sustainable marketing strategies to position the city of Portoviejo, and the Crucita Parish, Ecuador; as a tourist destination. To do this, it was necessary to identify the competitive advantage through the tourist products offered in this city, and there was a need to use the methodology: SWOT, PEST, EFI and EFE. In addition to a systematic exploratory review with a qualitative approach, a synthesized bibliographic review on the study variables was conducted, as well as the theoretical exposition of the variables and schematization of the information, the same one that was based mainly on the document: management model for the evaluation of sustainability and competitiveness in the tourist destination and Crucita beach. The results of the systemic review allow us to conclude that the before mentioned Parish is a potential tourist destination and attraction. Finally, a marketing strategy was developed for the tourist positioning in the sun and beach destination of the Crucita Parish.
