Resumen
In this article the main frequency of vibration obtained in 31 spans of steel beam bridges are presented, and studied together with other 25 steel beam bridges vibration frequencies presented in previous studies. An equation that estimates the main period of vibration as a function of the span length of these bridges is presented. Additionally, matching of frequency of vibration in adjacent spans with different lengths was observed in some non-continuous-beam multi-span bridges; this phenomena is considered to be related to forced vibration in the shorter spans caused by the natural vibration of the longest spans. In addition, an equation to estimate an upper bound period of vibration as a reference to identify atypical bridges, whose vibration periods are considerably far from the trend.

Resumen
Ransomware is one of the new threats to which we are exposed, focusing mainly on Windows operating systems, without neglecting mobile devices and microcomputers that are also exposed in the same way to theft, Information and data hijacking, putting personal security at risk. Ransomware has evolved through the implementation of cryptographic techniques that use asymmetric encryption algorithms. In addition, it uses social engineering as the main method of propagating malware, in this paper is presented ransomware hidden tear analysis, detection and prevention guidelines, as well as best practices and recommendations.

Resumen
Robotics has experienced a great evolution due to technological advances. One of its fields of study and development is the control of its movements. This research work is an important part for the contribution and industrial technological development and proposes the control of a parallel portable robot with three degrees of freedom to perform the task of metal shaping at sea using heat lines "Line Heating", so decrease process costs and service times. The Robot must comply with the high performance requirements imposed by the task; a robust controller against external disturbances. Sliding mode control SMC "Sliding Mode Control" is implemented for positioning the tool in a parallel robot, RPS (Revolute-Prismatic-Spherical) type. The control method requires the use of system dynamics and its solution in real-time. This work presents, the dynamics that model the behavior of the system, performed by the Virtual Works method that provides less computational time, compared to usual dynamic formulations, due to more compact equations and the lower number of arithmetic operations.

Resumen
This article proposes an analysis of the geometry of the transmission lines, based on comparisons of different geometries, which are proposed to analyze which system is the most optimal for its possible implementation, which allows to introduce construction criteria and appropriate designs in the transmission lines, depending on the caliber of the conductors and the distances between the lines, based on the St.Clair chargeability curves, which makes available a simple way to visualize the energy transfer capacity of the power lines. transmission. There are a number of agents or components that condition the capacity of transmission lines, some of these are discussed from a practical point of view, such as stability for lines of more than 80 km, there are several publications that refer to this issue, which analyzes all aspects of the stability problem in the transmission lines, which means in practice that the transmission line is essentially a reactance, a reference point that has been structured for this type of analysis of an increase impedance ( SIL) of one, for a conventional line of 480 km, operating at a frequency of 60 Hz

Resumen
Power systems are threatened by various factors that affect the continuity in the supply of electricity, the economy and people; extreme events, derived from climate change or from natural disasters, identified as low probability but high impact risks have caused major blackouts worldwide. Resilience is an aspect that defines the ability of energy systems to recover from short or long-term disturbances. The switching of transmission lines is addressed to increase the resilience of the system and reduce total costs in the context of the economic dispatch.
It highlights the aspects considered in the publications that cover the theme of resilience in the power systems, the transmission lines switching under scenarios of contingency evaluation N-1, and, transmission expansion planning including the approaches of different authors and their conclusions. In the revised technical literature, the scopes of their results are highlighted to direct them for the study of the Optimal Restoration of the Power Systems Operation by means of Transmission Lines Switching. From which it is determined that the starting point is the Dc optimal power flow (DCOPF), finding the best solution and the minimization of the total costs of dispatch.

Resumen
The usefulness of measuring project complexity is raised, and a comparative analysis between a project’s complexity, measured using the project schedules, vs a project´s performance is provided. The use of nodes and arcs of the work schedule of a project to assess its complexity is explained, adopting the methodology and formulas proposed by several researchers, producing their respective complexity indexes. In turn, earned value method to measure the performance of a project (performance index) is explained and finally its comparison is made using the Pearson correlation coefficient.

Resumen
Since the success of developing more energy efficient buildings has a surgical dependence on the occupants' behavior and systems usage, the necessity of accounting for their correct behavior in the simulation of the early-stage buildings' design and energy consumption evaluation, is increasing rapidly. To board this necessity, a technique called sensor-fusion is being widely implemented in the building domain, to first develop accurate descriptive models for occupancy profiles, and ultimately, to be able to predict typical profiles. In this context, an office is instrumented to monitor the indoor air quality, the power consumption, and the use of the window, and air conditioning unit. The real occupancy state was monitored manually. The data analysis allowed to highlight the most relevant parameters associated with the occupancy state, based on the Spearman's correlation coefficient. The use of histograms allowed to identify an optimal sensor combination for detecting the occupancy state of the office room. The identified optimal combination groups the CO2, power, and window state sensors, which detected the occupancy with 91.5% of accuracy.

Resumen
The micro networks of commercial buildings will play an important role for an intelligent city, since having electric vehicle charging (EV) activities can cause performance degradation and overloads in the distribution system. It is proposed to minimize the costs in the consumption of electric energy of a commercial type building when the recharging of electric vehicles is carried out, it will be carried out by means of installation of photovoltaic panels for which in the study the opening hours of the building will be taken fulfilling the need of the demand, for the optimization process it will be done through a dispatch through allocation of resources. An integral result obtained from the simulation tests showed that the proposed strategy has satisfactory results and high efficiency.

Resumen
In this article, three optimization schemes are proposed for a response of sample non-conforming fraction type in a manufacturing process. The design of experiments is a statistical technique that is applied to improve the quality of the final product. The use of logistic regression models is recommended when analyzing the sample non-conforming fraction as a quality parameter. From the results of the experiment a mathematical model is constructed in order to optimize the process parameters. The proposed methodology was applied to the vulcanization process in the manufacture of rubber soles. A comparative analysis of three optimization methodologies is performed to evaluate the best result. The levels obtained in two procedures were the same and in the third one a less efficient solution was verified. The best solution was applied to the process with a significant improvement in the level of product quality.
