A pesar de haber sido publicada en una traducción del original griego al castellano hace 30 años, la Pasión de Cristo, una tragedia-centón atribuida en la tradición manuscrita a Gregorio de Nacianzo, ha recibido escasa atención por parte de la literatura científica hispanófona. En nuestro articulo deseamos proponer algunas reflexiones que puedan contribuir al largo debate relativo a una obra problemática en cuanto a la determinación de su autoría y datación, haciendo hincapié en algunos aspectos que evidencian su singularidad formal y de contenido, subrayando su lograda síntesis entre cultura clásica y sensibilidad cristiana.

Retirement as a process of learning and socialization, rather than as a break or departure from the work environment, favors its preparation by visualizing it as the start of a new life stage with different characteristics and role from those previously lived. The objective of this study is to acknowledge retirement’s preparation, the expected social support and the adjustment factors for retirement in workers with many years of work experience and close to retirement, also byidentifying, how they describe retirement, how should they face to old age and the affectation they would have with the change of role in retirement. The research is of qualitative nature, narrative design of topic, multi-case study research strategy through judgment sampling from employees close to their retirement from various companies using an interview data collection technique and a structured interview guide instrument. Results reveal that they do consider retirement preparation useful, that the social support they expect comes from the family and consider that stress is a mismatch factor when deciding to retire. 

Retirement socialization is the adaptation and learning process of individuals to retirement’s new role in work environment, from retirement patterns normatively accepted by a group, organization or society. With the objective of acknowledging retirement socialization in young adults with own business, their attitudes?, what’s necessary for a good aging?, when is “a good time” to retire?, to continue working or not, entrepreneuring?, how will they obtain their income and what’s next after retirement?, a qualitative research, narrative (interpretative perspective), of type cases and voluntary participants is developed, through in-depth interview technique and a  semi-structured interview guide instrument. Among the results of 6 participants, the findings show that almost all young microentrepreneurs interviewed are not ready for retirement, even though they  express concrete ideas about the other issues related to retirement, but from an outsider’s perspective since they don’t even consider it. New lines of approach of the subject are opened from the findings

The purpose of the research is to unveil the experiences of entrepreneurs in the framework of their entrepreneurship and business sustainability, in the context of a chocolate processing company and its derivatives in the state of Carabobo.The method responds to a qualitative investigation of descriptive character; with support in the technique of the interview. For this, the structuring of thematic units was used, highlighting the entrepreneurship from the exploitation of opportunities and strengthening of networks, economic, social and environmental sustainability, which were contrasted with theorists such as: Kantin (2004), Shapero (1984), Schumpeter (1961) among others. The findings show a successful entrepreneurship contributing to the local productive system, generator of well-being to its environment and balanced in a sustainable way.

The objective of this research is to make a proposal for a capitalization scheme for financing the Mexican SME and compare it with alternatives that exist in the banking system. To this end, the subject of the financial problems of the SME is first developed, to later propose the methodology of this work that was developed under a descriptive approach applying the case method. Afterwards, the capitalization scheme that will help the SME to obtain resources is explained in a detailed manner. Finally, the benefits of the model are shown through a practical and empirical application, which shows how, on the one hand, it allows the SME capitalize and, on the other, have access to a source of financing less expensive than that offered in the market through commercial banking. The main result is that the proposed scheme turns out to be the least expensive and most accessible alternative for the SME.

Al considerar a la investigación como un eje fundamental de la generación de conocimiento en el ser humano, se le otorga su esencial importancia en términos generales, conceptualizándola como ese proceso en donde encuentran convergencia e interrelación el sujeto cognoscente (aquel que conoce algún objeto de conocimiento) y un objeto de conocimiento (aquello que el sujeto cognoscente conoce).De ese proceso irrumpe como resultado irrefutable lo que se le conoce como conocimiento.

The present article approaches the German Dual Education System, its composition, implementation and results, by showing developed cases in other countries and its influence in the world´s educational systems. Education is a key factor for every country’s development, market productivity and economic growth, being the adequate design of their educational systems, from basic to higher levels, very important, providing functional vocational orientation before reaching professional formation. It is approached through an explicative non-experimental research, the Dual system´s development and impact in juvenile unemployment in its home country, as well in cases from Mexico and their results. This article responds to the Professional Formation adequation to labor market real needs, educating competent professionals for an active contribution in industry areas, public and private, bringing recommendations and conclusions about its future application in Mexico.

La competitividad de una empresa va íntimamente ligada a su nivel de creatividad e innovación, ya que ayudará a tener diferenciadores y lograr ventajas competitivas sobre su competencia. Estos factores deberán de verse reflejados en la cultura organizacional, desde la planeación hasta la ejecución de tareas por parte de los empleados, así como la manera de administrar su ambiente laboral y motivadores. El presente artículo aborda los conceptos generales sobre la PyME en Ciudad Juárez, dentro de un sentido familiar, sus ventajas y los factores de competitividad, creatividad e innovación. Se hizo un análisis sobre dichos factores en una empresa familiar del sector comercio, por medio de cuestionarios sobre la percepción de los trabajadores hacia la organización. Con el análisis se obtuvieron las correlaciones entre los factores de la empresa y con ellas una interpretación práctica hacia el funcionamiento de la empresa y cómo lograr ser competitiva.

La definición de “Profesionalizacion” a considerar para este trabajo de investigacion, es cambiar el pensamiento de los familiares comprometidos en una empresa hacia la visión empresarial. En otras palabras, someter el negocio inicial a un proceso de capacitación y modernización donde la empresa sea dirigida de manera independiente y profesional por los miembros de la familia. El objetivo principal del trabajo de investigación es determinar si la Profesionalización mejora la administración de la empresa familiar. Para lo cual se dio un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental con corte transversal y una muestra tomada de 184 empresarios del sector gráfico. Se utilizó la encuesta como instrumento y la prueba estadística de Friedman (Fr) para contrastar la hipótesis. Se llegó a la conclusión que la Profesionalización mejora significativamente en áreas de gestión y administración de las PyMEs familiares del sector gráfico.

This article is derived from the entailment between productive sector, academia and social organizations. The purpose was to present the technical and analytical necessary elements to document the academic experience, related to hotel security certification process in Ciudad Juarez during 2018. Following criteria stablished by C-TPAT (The Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), which are: physical security, access control, security procedures, security staff, education and capacity development. The used method was a systematization that holds concepts used as criteria for a hotel security audit with the purpose of certification that provide result analysis and offers revision suggestions if needed. It formulates pre-audit suggestions and propose required steps for the process; it stablish restrictions and address recommendations for successful audits.
