Los Sistemas Integrados de Gestión es un término queha surgido para dar una respuesta técnica y humana a la necesidad, cada vez más importante, que tienen lasorganizaciones de armonizar el cumplimiento de los distintos sistemas de gestión que han implantado. ElLaboratorio de Ecotoxicología y Servicios ambientales (LESA), perteneciente alCentro Nacional de Electromagnetismo Aplicado, es un laboratorio integrado de apoyo a la investigación que realiza análisis de laboratorio en el campo de la Ecotoxicología, las ciencias ambientales, biotecnológicas y agrícolas. El objetivode este trabajo es establecer una metodología para la implementación delSistema Integrado de Gestión en el laboratorio de Ecotoxicología y ServiciosAmbientales. La metodología que se  presenta  tiene  el  objetivo  de  facilitar  el  proceso  de  integración  de  las  NC  ISO 9001:2008, NC ISO 14001, NC 18001y la NC ISO 17025:2006.

The social economy and solidarity (ESS) is becoming a social economic order, although it is not new, it is gaining much prominence for some years. This system is being seen as a social good and an orientation to people, as well as an economic system, more democratic and an alternative to the capitalist systems of the world, which does not pursue the aims and profitability of traditional companies, but rather It is in charge of public welfare with all the members that have a company. However, concerns about scalability and integration with markets have become a need for a systematic evaluation of ESS companies. Therefore, this article is analyzed and ES companies are being successfully managed in terms of financial resources, accounting and human resources. The article examines successful initiatives and businesses of the ESS.

The article adjusted to the Reform‘s requirements, which since 2010 is applied to the educational system in Ecuador and where one of the fundamental bases is the reading-comprehension relationship. The purpose of this reform is a learning process aiming at the integration of cognitive and human formation. These elements are not yet solved in the Lay University Eloy Alfaro of Manabí (Uleam in Spanish); therefore the study’s objective focused on the reading comprehension diagnostic assessment in a student group from the mentioned university. The analysis-synthesis method guided the reading comprehension and communication theoretical study and favored the definition the dimensions and indicators for the diagnosis. It was implemented starting from methods such as observation, both direct and participant, diagnostic tests, interviews and documents review. The achieved results showed the pertinence of the reading comprehension diagnosis in the Uleam. It revealed educative and didactic needs related to reading which

The investigation is of a descriptive-explanatory type. It was designed an empiric study firstly, in which different methods and technics of educational investigation were applied, such as theoretical systematizing, observation, interviews, surveys, acting tests, and others, in different pattern units (78 provincial methodological advisors, 9 national methodological advisors, 14 principals and 14 head of staff of senior high schools of the country) and the regularities could be determined that characterized the work of this figure in the Ministry of Education. It is concluded that there is lack of wholeness in the performing of the professional functions of the methodological advisor and an insufficient development of abilities and capacities which are necessary to transform the performance scenarios. Therefore, it was determined as objective to offer a professional profile of the provincial methodological advisor of senior high education that, based on solid theoretical-methodological foundations, may help them determining what they need to know, to know-do and to be, starting from configuring their functions, roles and concrete tasks within the senior high education.

The mobile application is the result of the research actions carried out at the University of Holguín, with the aim of forming a political culture in the new generations, based on the revolutionary work of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution. The content of the application is the result of the analysis of 962 documents published from 1983 to 2016, including letters, appearances, speeches, statements, interviews, interventions, messages, notes, responses, conferences, editorials, words, conclusions, reports and reflections. From these, 2073 terms, 12027 thoughts and 804 contextualized terms were derived, accompanied by 683 images. The application is composed of a dictionary of terms arranged alphabetically, a section of favorite terms, a glossary and a photo gallery. As a part of the results obtained, the tools used and the editor developed for the processing of the application information are presented. Similarly, an index of the contents of the application by subject is presented an intended to be used in guidance situations, according to the educational space. Fidel Castro Ruz's Ideology of Thought constitutes a practical solution, from the context of the university community, to the integral formation of children, youth, adolescents and in-training professionals.

The article constitutes an approach to the essential characteristics of the migrant processes, of these the relating to the Chinese presence, and specifically on his peculiarities at Holguín's province. Departing from the historic and cultural background of the Chinese migration in Holguín that propitiated the creation of the Chinese Colony in 1933 and from the premise of presented investigation, sociocultural projection of Descendant’s Association of the Chinese Cologne at Holguín's city concretizes the objective of the same itself in appraising the projection from his referent patrimonial and self-defining. The article, a result of the Center for Management and Development Study of Laboral and Scientific Intership (CEMDSLSI) research project, provided the pedagogical experience developed in the third year in the English Language Major at the Holguin University during the academic year 2018-2019. Theoretical foundations on researched work training as a process that promotes the independence, creativity, responsibility, industriousness and integrity of students in training were presented. Besides results of a diagnosis carried out, emphasizing that such a process is based on the formation of skilled students in the use of language as an instrument that guarantees the laboral and scientific performance was presented. The theoretical methods used were the analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. For the empirical analysis, thorough reviews of the documentary and observation of the participants were done. The authors´ experience also complemented the theoretical generalizations.

The current article is the result of an investigation that is being carried out with the precise intention of being defended as a master´s degree at the University of Holguin in Cuba. The main purpose of the research is to characterize the evolution in the formation process of workers in the community of Kichwa Añangu in Ecuadorian Amazon. In its elaboration the analysis-synthesis, revision of documents and the historic-logical methods were applied. The research is also a contribution to the comprehension of the scientific character of Professional Pedagogy as an important branch of the General Pedagogy while deepening on its object of study from the particular conditions of the community of Kichwa Añangu in Ecuadorian Amazon. This result has been socialized in the course of the basics and current problems of Professional Pedagogy in the master´s degree mentioned before.

In this article offers a brief theoretical analysis of the most current criteria for the construction of written texts and their application to the teaching of this functional component of the Integral Practice of the Spanish Language, in the first year in the major degree of Labor Education-Computing. In turn, methodological suggestions for working with this component are presented from the perspective of different subjects within the curriculum. For the preparation of the article, methods such as the historical-logical, the analytical-synthetic, the inductive-deductive and the system approach, the document review, the survey, the interview and pedagogical tests were applied.

This study makes an assessment of the skill of formulating problems as a part of the process directed to their solution. The importance of the investigation resides in that the development of that skill is a current issue in the school, it plays a fundamental role in the success-failure of this process, and its development is essential in the school activity, in the daily life and in the professional performance. Based on the analytic-synthetic method for the theoretical systematizing, a system of operations is identified that provides help to the student in the understanding of problems of Physics and Mathematics, conducting the process of search of the solution to a defined objective. The declared operations can be adapted to the different types of problems that are developed in those disciplines, and also can be used as a flexible guide for the professors.
