Resumen
In the field of higher education, the requirements of the training of professionals demand the permanent improvement of teachers. In this endeavor, the essential role of the librarian is to ensure a specialized service in order to provide the guidance needed by the professor in order to access more effectively to information. This professional help will allow meeting the expectations imposed by current education to develop skills to “learn to learn”. However, the librarian does not always have the necessary tools to perform his or her guidance more effectively. To achieve this purpose, a preparation strategy is developed for this information professional, so that he may acquire the knowledge necessary to guide the work of professors in the complex information framework. The effectiveness and viability of the strategy is corroborated by expert criteria.

Resumen
The objective of the article was to characterize the impact of the continuous training process of professionals linked to aquaculture production on the organizational culture of the Camagüey Fishing Company (Pescacam) as a facilitating condition for the development of the entity. The methods used were documentary analysis, surveys, and interviews with professionals. The diagnostic evidence and the exercise of the analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods allowed specifying a holistic view of the current state of said process, which demonstrates a positive impact of the continuous training of professionals on the organizational culture of Pescacam; although certain shortcomings are perceived that limit the qualitative leap –of the knowledge generated or acquired– from the gnoseological to the managerial level to facilitate organizational development.

Resumen
Despite the importance that has been given to educational inclusion in Cuba and the existence of a great diversity within schools conceiving these as institutions open to plurality and with a developing character, it is still necessary the study of the preparation of teachers for a successful orientation to schoolchildren with intellectual disabilities. The insufficiencies in the aforesaid preparation, that limits the attention of schoolchildren with intellectual disabilities attended in Primary Education of the municipality of Báguanos, were investigated. To this goal, empirical methods such as observation, interview, survey, study of documents were applied. With the aim of solving this problem, the researchers developed an orientation program, helping teachers to achieve a proper attention to the problems detected in the schoolchildren.

Resumen
The article offers the reader a topic based on a doctoral investigation, developed by the head author. The study is located in the micro-curricular level: the subject History of Cuba. The investigation started from an analysis of the general theoretical foundations of the curricular upgrade in the pedagogic degree of Mechanization in the University of Holguín. The objective was directed to the determination of the theoretical and methodological foundations that justify the curricular upgrade of historical contents, in order to favor the renovation of the teaching-learning in the curriculum of History of Cuba of the referred degree, and in that way, to contribute to the improvement of the formation of the in-training professionals of Mechanization.

Resumen
This paper approaches the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the family orientation of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as a fundamental way of preparing the family, so that it stimulates the development of communication and socialization of children were addressed. The objective was to design counseling sessions to prepare the families of children diagnosed ASD in their first years of life, and to achieve communication and stimulate social development. Methods such as historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, modeling, observation and interview were used. Its application favored the preparation of the family and contributed to help it play a leading role in order to enhance communication and socialization.

It is assumed like objective offering theoretic considerations essential methodological that contribute to the educational attention to the students with intellectual light disability (ILD) from an inclusive conception at the rural elementary school in the article. This view generates specificities in the process, that implies the adoption of new forms to conceive it. Syntheses, the induction used methods of the theoretic level like analysis themselves deduction and the modelation, of the empiric level the observation and the revision of documents and like materials prevailed the written sources were used. Enter the findings the fact that the primary teacher, like fundamental user recognizes the importance of this for his work and they make reference to the need to direct this process once the requirements was adjusted of the rural context, the particularities of the student with ILD and the conception of inclusion presents itself.

Resumen
Deaf students at any level of education have learning difficulties, because their natural language is sign language. In the educational practice that takes place in the Ibero-American University Corporation of Colombia, it was found that deaf students who are trained as future professionals, present these difficulties independently at the service of interpreters that are provided, because in the performance of the tasks and the autonomous study, do not have this service. Therefore, this research was aimed at developing a techno-pedagogical tool in sign language, which facilitates learning the methodology of scientific research. Methods and techniques were used to characterize the level of learning and the main difficulties. Among the main methods were non-participant observation, document analysis, interviews, focus groups and electronic technological resources. The main result was the development of an electronic-based techno-pedagogical tool and using sign language, for learning the methodology of scientific research.

Resumen
The article deals with the development of the mode of professional acting within the scope of the communicative competence in students of the Special Education major degree. The objective was to offer a theoretical-methodological systematization of the development of the professional mode of action within the scope of the communicative competence. The main theoretical basis was the personological approach, which focuses on the structure and functioning of the personality, based on the categories activity and communication. Methods were applied, such as: observation, surveys and interviews, which resulted in detecting insufficiencies in the affective and communicational treatment between students in training and students carrying special educational needs. The actions were subject to expert criteria and were put into practice, and the results obtained showed their relevance, as positive transformations were revealed that in the mode of professional acting in the students of the Special Education major degree.

The results exposed in this article give continuity to the topic presented by this author in the number previous of this magazine. The study analyzes the contributions that he/she carries out José of the Luz and Gentleman in the titled document to the scientific theory of the education: Inform presented to the class of Education of the Real Economic Society on the education establishment been founded by Don Ramón Carpegna in San Juan from Puerto Rico, proposed June 11 1835. The fundamental objective of the study presented by the author, it was directed to the determination of the didactic, pedagogic contributions that the spirit transformer and creator of the project educational lucista reveal, in the referred document. The investigation demanded the application from the adjusted methods to the characteristics of the topic, being prioritized the work with the gathered sources whose data were generalized by means of the logical procedures of the scientific knowledge.

The exposed in this article enrich the study presented in previous issues of this Journal on the transforming and creative spirit of the educational project of the teacher José de la Luz y Caballero. The author reveals Luz´s contributions to the scientific education theory included in El Elenco de 1835. Likewise, it is stated the determination of his didactical and modeled teaching in the aforementioned document as main objective of this article. The knowledge and proposals and values in El Elenco de 1835, changed the existing vision about the needed contents to be included in the Philosophy of the Cuban Education courses. This research demanded the most appropriate methods to the topics characteristics, prioritizing the work with the sources gathered, which data were generalized through the logical procedures of the scientific knowledge.
