In this investigation all data related to Land surface temperature (LST) collected from  satellite Landsat 8 was compared to temperature data collected from surface stations located in Sabana de Bogotá, to identify urban heat islands. It was developed a crop in the study area of satellite image in order to processing spectrum bands 10, 4 and 5, using a Land surface Temperature algorithm to collect the satellite mapping of the surface temperature. At the same time, this data was analyzed as statistically as spatially considering the distance and elevation of the stations interpolating them with Cokriging’s method and the ArcGIS 10.3® Software, detecting spatially the geometry of the islands in high urbanization zones, getting the Pixel temperature and comparing it to surface station data finding differences between temperature in urban zones commonly with more vegetation and the two methods used for this study.

Our current political situation is characterized by a fragmented vote that has led to the weakening and, in some territories, the end of bipartisanship, as is the case of the Community of Madrid (CM). The PP and the PSOE's majority governments have given way to more diverse governments, where negotiating and reaching agreements has become indispensable. This paper analyses the reorganization and the political map's current situation, which has gone from being monochromatic to polychromatic in just eight years, with notable territorial differences. To do so, the 2011, 2015 and 2019 municipal electoral results held will be studied For this study, data provided by the Ministry of Interior and the Community of Madrid, as well as the Register of the National Statistics Institute.

Any public or private plan, project carried out on place must comply with a legal framework. This frame is modified in different ways over time. Depending on the regulations that legislate the use whether urban or territorial planning, environmental or thematic varies it. The reality is that public and private actors are exceeded by the legal relationships that come into play when taking a certain action on spatial location. IGEAR response with IDEARAGON 2D Viewer's Legal Regime of territory tool to help decision makers respond to legal limitations of different types in Aragon (Spain). The aim of this study is to analyse how PDO certification (Protected Designation of Origin) is being used to develop oenological tourism in rural areas in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia (Spain). We will also consider how marketing technologies can be applied to increment the value of the wine landscape, society and economy in rural and inland areas. A search for bibliographic information and field work was carried out in 4 specific regions. The expected results are: the confirmation of the increase in the creation of oenological routes in PDO regions; the diversification of places and monuments linked to the sector of the wine that originate new tourist products; the increase of the purchasing power of the inhabitants of the rural area to have income from other economic sectors; and, the value of the PDO brand to promote a product, a territory, a culture in an agrarian society.
