Resumen
Third molars have an unusual eruption pattern. Studies suggest that, due to the position and angulation of these, various pathologies could occur in the adjacent molars, such as periodontal problems and the appearance of distal caries. The objective of this work is to describe the periodontal status of mandibular second molars adjacent to mandibular third molars. For this, a descriptive transversal study was carried out. We worked with a sample of 277 patients that went to the Dental UCSG Clinic to have their third molars extracted in the period A-2018. An intraoral clinical examination was performed, and the following variables were observed: probing depth, gingival state, and presence of caries in mandibular second molars. In addition, panoramic x-rays of the patients were reviewed to determine the position of the third mandibular molar and the level of the distal bone crest of the second molars. The results showed that the depth of distal probing of the mandibular second molars were normal (from 1 to 3mm) in 31% of the cases, while in 69% depths greater than 3mm were found. Regarding the presence of bone loss, in 43% of the cases there was no loss, in 35% of the cases there was a slight loss, 22% presented moderate loss and only 1% had severe loss. The presence of mandibular third molars significantly affects the periodontal status of the adjacent second molar, which can lead to periodontal pockets, bone lossand caries in their distal area.

Resumen
This work aims to describe the profile of scientific production referring to ankyloglossia. For this an investigation was carried out by searching for scientific articles indexed in the electronic databases LILACS and PUBMED. For the bibliometric review, the data referring to the year of publication, type of study and level of evidence were examined and tabulated. The data were discussed on the quantitative and representative values optics. The first results allowed to analyzic 651 published studies were analyzed. Most of the research on tongue tie found correspond to descriptive studies and case series (49.31%), followed by case reports, in vitro research, in animals and literature review (24.27%), cohort and cases and controls (11.98%), specialist opinion (11.68%), randomized clinical trials (1.54%) and systematic reviews (1.22%). Few studies addressed complications during or after lingual frenulum release surgery. In conclusion Scientific production on ankyloglossia has shown an increasing increase in the last 28 years, with studies with evidence levels 1, 2 and 3 being published, whose main focus was the performance of surgery to release the lingual frenulum.

Emotional dependency is considered as a need for affection from an external person to feel valued, sometimes becoming a maladaptive pattern. On the other hand, it is also linked to violence during a relationship. Objective. To review descriptive literature on emotional dependence with physical violence, psychological and sexual violence, and the psychodynamics of couples through a descriptive literature review. Method. It was a qualitative study of descriptive review of the literature. A search was made in three electronic databases, ScienceDirect, SciELO, Directory of Open Access Journals, and a total of 15 original scientific articles were worked on. Results. Literature indicates that there is significance among people who are emotionally dependent on their partner with the presence of physical violence, psychological or sexual violence within a relationship. Therefore, the affected person takes it as normal, minimizing the abuse suffered and justifying itself as part of a "normal" behavior of the couple. The authors also concluded that, within a relationship, emotional dependence has a higher incidence with psychological violence with verbal abuse that was not considered as an offense and, on many occasions, this type of violence is not considered as such. Conclusion. Studies agree that there is a significant relationship between emotional dependence and violence. Likewise, it is appreciated that emotional dependence is more prevalent in women than in men, and among the types of violence, psychological violence is one of the most practiced.

Resumen
Objective. To Identify the level of pedagogical competencies of university teachers perceived by students of Universidad de Huánuco (UDH), 2020. Methods. It was a cross-sectional, observational and descriptive study. Population comprised 7853 students, with a sample of 350 students selected by probabilistic, random and strata sampling. The measurement instruments were a survey guide of demographic and academic characteristics of the sample, and a scale of the pedagogical competences of teachers, according to student’s perception. This last instrument was previously validated at a qualitative and quantitative level. For the inferential analysis, chi-square test was used for one sample. Results. According to university students, the level of pedagogical competences of university teachers were perceived in the majority (72.9%) at a low level. According to dimensions, 72.6% had low basic competences, 82.6% showed low specific competences and 85.4% indicated low transversal competences. On the other hand, there were statistically significant differences, depending on the level of pedagogical competences (high, moderate, low), with p <= 0.000. Conclusion. The level of pedagogical competences of university teachers according to the perception of students in a greater proportion is perceived at a low level.

Resumen
In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, economies are shutting down and paralyzed, and societies are facing rigid health measures such as social isolation, with its own effects, e.g., the suspension of face-to-face classes (which is a necessary protective measure for all students and teachers). We are living in uncertain times and we do not have an answer for everything, but the acceleration of virtualization is evident. This phenomenon has made it possible to sustain personal communications, entertainment activities at home and, in education, infodemia is expanding, with a heterogeneity of information through virtual and technological resources available for the teaching-learning process; however, unequal access has revealed the deep inequality that exists among students (Gallo, 2020), with a high digital gap between the richest and poorest quintiles.

Resumen
The concept of reproductive cloning refers to the possibility of being able to have offspring through the use oftechnology, with the exception that it is our own genes that are used to carry it out.The problem faced by this typeof assisted reproduction technique is that of morality or immorality. In order to better elucidate whether it is viableor not, a general analysis will be made from the utilitarian perspective. In this paper it will be proposed that themorality around the technique of reproductive cloning does not violate the foundations of human dignity. Thetheme of Arrow's Paradox will be addressed and the concept of Domain Restriction will be proposed as atheoretical framework for the solution of said paradox

Resumen
Design of a measurement instrument is a multidisciplinary task. To measure some trait without major implications - depending on the application you are given- it will be needed specialists in construct, statistical analysts, test designers, and language specialists. In fact, specialized knowledge is required for the design or adaptation of instruments that have broad repercussions, such as, validating a medical diagnostic instrument. Metric characteristics of an instrument are its validity and reliability. Validity refers to the accuracy of physical instruments and the reliability of measurement precision. In addition, validities that are representative of this characteristic are content, construct and criterion validity, while reliability of the instrument increases when errors are identified and these can be controlled.
