Based on quantitative and qualitative data on sentences issued by popular juries between 2005-2018 in the province of Córdoba (Argentina), the impact of the criminal reform (femicide) was analyzed from a feminist socio-legal perspective. On the one hand, greater judicialization was observed in the criminal prosecution of homicide against women, and on the other, the growing construction of a discourse that addresses the social conditions of oppression towards women and questions the restrictive interpretations of femicide. These aspects put a strain on perspectives based on gender stereotypes that have an impact on the continuity and reproduction of this type of inequality.

La violencia familiar es un problema que se ha agudizado en México en los últimos años, en particular cuando el receptor de la violencia es madre adolescente. La víctima tiene derecho a demandar al generador de la violencia ante los tribunales, con la finalidad de obtener una sentencia para restablecer la paz y el orden familiar, y en su caso obtener la reparación del daño. Sin embargo, el número de denuncias es muy bajo, razón que por lo cual se plantea como problema analizar si las formalidades del procedimiento por violencia familiar son eficaces para garantizar el derecho de acceso a la jurisdicción de las madres adolescentes que son víctimas de violencia familiar. Mediante una investigación documental en la que se aplica la teoría garantista de los derechos fundamentales, se concluye que es un grupo vulnerable con características únicas que procesalmente requiere de garantías adicionales a las que ya le pertenecen por ser menor de edad y ser mujer.

El arbitraje es el procedimiento idóneo para la resolución de controversias que se suscitan en las relaciones comerciales.  Su aceptación en México es cada vez mayor, principalmente en procedimientos arbitrales internacionales. Sin embargo, no sucede lo mismo en el ámbito interno a pesar de ser una figura que está debidamente  regulada en el Código de Comercio. Por otra parte, el sector financiero es el sector en el que resulta más evidente su carencia de efectividad. De acuerdo con los datos obtenidos de la Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros, en 19 años de vida institucional únicamente ha conocido 73 procedimientos de arbitraje.  Esto evidencia que existe un serio problema de aplicación de procedimientos arbitrales en el sector financiero. El objetivo central de esta investigación es analizar las posibles causas de esa problemática: (i) la pertinencia del arbitraje para resolver asuntos de índole financiero; (ii) la conveniencia de que un organismo del Estado que funja como árbitro en procedimientos arbitrales de índole privado y, (iii) realizar un estudio sobre si es adecuada la regulación del procedimiento arbitral en la Ley de Protección y Defensa al Usuario de Servicios Financieros. Todo lo anterior con la finalidad de sentar las bases para una reforma integral del procedimiento arbitral en el ámbito financiero.

Se analizó el marco jurídico en que descansan las reformas energéticas del 2008 y del 2013 en México con el propósito de encontrar el concepto de SE, su origen o fuente, su utilización para el diseño de política energética. El concepto merece poca importancia como instrumento de planeación energética. Su valor deriva de que la SE en México es más bien una extensión del esquema de SE de los EUA siguiendo las pautas del proyecto de competitividad de América del Norte. En este sentido, la SE es más que una noción, es un modelo de integración que puede ser reinterpretado en favor de una mayor SE para México.

Objective. To determine the relationship between corporate image and internal communication in teachers of licensed universities in the province of Huancayo. Methods. A descriptive study was carried out with 90 teachers from the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Peru (UNCP), Unversidad Continental (UC) and Universidad Privada Franklin Roosevelt de Huancayo (UFR) during the year 2020. In the data collection it was used as instrument the internal communication questionnaire (Nuñez, 2016) and the questionnaire on corporate image (Diaz, 2015). Spearman's rho was used for inferential analysis. Results. Findings showed that the correlation coefficient between the two variables is rho = 0.140. It represents a rare relationship; the p value is 0.189 greater than alfa = 0.05; so the null hypothesis is accepted and the alternate hypothesis is denied. Conclusion. The main finding shows in table 1 that 45.6% of the teachers surveyed express that there is a good corporate image in these higher education institutions. In addition, according to table 2, 23.3% state that there is no good internal communication within of these higher education institutions. Therefore, it is concluded that the corporate image does not depend on internal communication in licensed universities of Huancayo.

This paper is an analysis of the complex situation in which our millennial language is located: Qichwa, at the two hundred years of Republic. In this moment of revaluation of identities, the objective is none other than to contribute with the vindication of our first national language. The applied methodology has been observational, descriptive and analytical. After consulting studies from the times of the Spanish invasion, such as the treatise Arte, y Vocabulario EN LA LENGUA General del Perv, llamada Quichua, y en la lengua Española, by Fray Domingo de S. Thomas (1560), to the various current linguistic and pedagogical studies, we came to the conclusion that, in this region, the Qichwa language has suffered interference from Spanish in a distorting and discriminating manner, as in Peruvian society itself. As a conclusion, our language is devalued, distorted and greatly affected in its structure, morphology, phonetics and, mainly, in its senses and meanings.

Objective. To determine the level of burnout syndrome presented by university teachers during virtual classes. Methods. A simple descriptive design was used, the burnout syndrome was determined based on three dimensions: emotional fatigue, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. The population was made up of all the teachers of Universidad de Huánuco, 531 teachers during the 2020-II period. The instrument for collecting these data was based on the transparency section of the official website of Universidad de Huánuco. The sample was determined probabilistically by strata, resulting in a total of 223 teachers. Statistics used were descriptive, where summary measures were considered. Results. Regarding the emotional fatigue dimension, it was obtained that 46.3% of teachers presented low emotional fatigue and only 35.2% of teachers obtained a high level of emotional fatigue, in relation to the delivery of virtual classes. Regarding depersonalization dimension. Mixed results were obtained, since 40.1% of the teachers obtained a high level of depersonalization, while 44.1% had a low level, and the remaining a medium level. In personal fulfillment dimension, 59% of the teachers obtained a low level. Conclusion. Teachers presented the burnout syndrome at a low level, specifically in the dimension of emotional exhaustion in the context of virtual classes, reflected in 46.3% of the cases.

Objective. To determine the relationship between self-esteem and satisfaction towards the chosen profession in Advertising Graphic Design students at the Instituto Superior Continental de Huancayo. Method. A study of basic type, correlational level and non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive correlational design, had a sample of 90 students to whom Coopersmith's self-esteem inventory (1997) and Vildoso's inventory of satisfaction with the chosen profession (2002) were applied. Results. It was found that self-esteem (v1 = 0.64) and satisfaction with the chosen profession (v2 = 3.51) are above the ideal average; the correlation between the study variables was direct, high (r = 0.61) and the significance was equally high (p = 0.00), so it was inferred that, greater self-esteem greater satisfaction with the chosen profession. Conclusion. There was a direct, high and high significance relationship between self-esteem and satisfaction towards the chosen profession in Advertising Graphic Design students at the Instituto Superior Continental de Huancayo.

Objective. To determine the relationship between learning styles and burnout syndrome in students of the Master’s Degree of Teaching and Health Research at UNMSM, 2018. Methods. It was descriptive, correlational, prospective, cross-sectional. A simple random probability sampling was carried out, resulting in a sample of 95 students to whom a survey was applied through a questionnaire. Results. The learning style of the students from highest to lowest appearance. Reflective (55.8%), pragmatic (21.1%), active (15.8%) and theoretical (7.4%). The majority of the prevalence of academic burnout syndrome was “mild” (58.9%), followed by “moderate” (28%) and “no burnout” (12.6%). Conclusion. There is no relationship between the learning styles and the academic burnout syndrome of students. The predominant learning style being reflective and presenting mild academic burnout

Objective. Knowing the buying attitude through social networks of generation Z. Method. Under the quantitative approach, a sample of 401 young people from the south of Lima responded to a survey on the use they make of social networks and their buying attitude through them, for this a statistical analysis of the trend measures was applied. central such as the mean, median, and mode. Results. The analysis of the data positions WhatsApp as the application that leads in use with 41% followed by Facebook with 28%. 80% of this generation enter their social networks through the use of a mobile phone or smartphone, only 11.7% use a laptop. 30.2% stay on social media for 2 to 4 hours and 26% for 6 to 8 hours. However, 51.1% of generation Z are occasionally influenced by this social network when making their purchases. Conclusion. Generation Z is the sector where there is a massive use of social networks, however, these networks do not significantly influence their purchasing behavior.
