Resumen
The poetic project of Puerto Rican Joserramón Melendes (1952) proposes an alternative orthographyaimed at reproducing the spoken language. This practice of a simplified phonetic writing ofSpanish is justified as a diction that is closer to popular speech, which installs Melendes’s aestheticsin a political field. This article advances an analysis of La casa de la forma (1986) centered in languageseen as a form of subversion. As will be seen, Melendes’s phonetic writing ends up trappedwithin its own limits.

Resumen
The climate changes demand the redefinition of the patterns of consumption from the human beings. Nevertheless, the postmodern era and its ways of life promote and induce the acquisition of goods in a rampant way. The new urban geographies contribute to this postmodern ideal and the architecture is an essential key in order to satisfy the aesthetic requirements of a consumer society. For the architect, the dilemma comes from contributing with this predominant scheme or from innovating with precise and simple alternatives of design, which reduces the impact of their work in the environment.

Resumen
In the Hispanic Caribbean there has been a marked tendency to create literary narratives, based on events documented by history, at different stages of the development of nations. Undoubtedlythis shows the interest of various writers in examining the past to project to the publiccomplementary visions and particular points of view of the events and to prop up the identityfeatures of the cultures of their peoples. At the same time, when they are published, some worksusually provoke controversies and questions on the part of those who try to find in the narrativesreliable manifestations of past events, a claim that is opposed to some of the purposes of literarycreation.

Resumen
The present comparative study has been conducted for the purpose of evaluating and comparing, the potential stigma that may exist between these two groups towards people suffering from schizophrenia. It was of transversal nature and comprised a universe of 521 students, of which 178 were chosen to form part of the sample group. Analyzing the results of the study, it was found that most of the examined students did not know what schizophrenia is, nor the implications of having it. Poor knowledge or lack thereof can lead to erroneous beliefs towards something or someone. As a tool to fight the stigma towards these patients, the program “Schizophrenia without Stigma” (*ESE, for its initials in Spanish) was created, whose main objective is to offer techniques and tools based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, in order to reduce the stigma and /or stereotypes that people suffering from schizophrenia experience every day.

Resumen
The purpose of the article is to reflect on a Latin American and Caribbean epistemology, considering that almost all thought throughout history has been characterized by Euro-American hegemony. In this sense, a documentary hermeneusis of some of the main productions that have been made from and for the region was made, in the first place to demonstrate that despite this primacy valuable approaches have been made, which have common elements with each other and with the author's position, which is part of a network of researchers from which it is, a trans-complex epistemology is proposed, whose fundamental characteristic is the complementarity of ideas, authors, paradigms, theories and approaches, among others, that allow us to understand, explain and transform this complex and diverse reality.

Resumen
In times when virtual applications threat to weak the tactile reality of Architecture, the univocal fact of Architecture must be established based on its capacity to define tangible places. Although the process of Architecture is intellectual, it remains objectual, for the results aremodeled or built with the historical ability to overcome established theories. The objective of this article is to establish the univocal fact of Architecture as a significant vision to conceptualize and practice. The analysis method is based on how new concepts as ideospacio, objetospacio, dataspacio and luminospacio converge in the tangible field. As a result, it is found that the univocal fact of architecture is the baseline to strengthen new lines of architectural thought for the XXI century.

Resumen
Despite the undeniable importance that knowledge on emigration and diasporas have had for the Dominican Republic, traditionally researchers and decision makers have been mostly focused on the immigration perspectives. However, for an optimal creation and monitoring of actions and public policies focused on migrants and/or diasporas residing in certain countries, it is essential to know and characterize the phenomenon and its dynamics by itself. The main products and efforts identified in this regard arise both from public and private entities —from the Dominican Republic but also from the most common destinations of its diaspora— as well as from International Organizations, educative institutions and think tanks, but so far there is no inventory dedicated to account for all these knowledge products. This paper contribution aims to alleviate this absence by systematizing the various sources of data, studies and other published items dedicated to this academic field, so that the state of the art is evidenced, thus facilitating subsequent research initiatives

Resumen
Venezuelan emigration to Latin America and the Caribbean constitutes the most important and voluminous migratory phenomenon in the last six decades. To do this, we approach its analysis with the most recent data, noting its evolution, its difficulties and the challenges it poses for the recipient countries of the great Latin America region. We indicate the countries that have received this immigration, the reasons that determine this emigration, as well as the educational and work profile. We consider that the socio-economic needs are added as the circumstances of lack of freedom, so for many it is an exile. Many emigrants from different Latin American countries from different times are grateful for the welcome they had at the time from Venezuela. Now the recipient countries are trying to return that generous gesture: but the situation has been changing in the last five years. To what was at first a welcome without major limitations, lately restrictions have been imposed. In addition, scenes of rejection close to xenophobia that have emerged in recent years are identified both at an institutional and political level, as well as in daily coexistence. However, in the end, a significant reception effort seems to prevail on the part of the receiving countries and integration on the part of these immigrants.

Resumen
Express deportations in Melilla, a Spanish city on the border of Europe with the Northern African country of Morocco, violate European regulations for protection of Human Rights. The practice of deporting migrants on site does not make provision for identifying the migrant that climbs the borderland fence between both countries, which prevents the appeal of such an administrative decision. Therefore, the migrant is denied the right to effective judicial protection, enshrined in the Spanish Constitution. Nor is he allowed to seek asylum, interpreter services or legal assistance at the border and he is returned by unlawful conduct to a country (Morocco) where being an irregular migrant is a crime. Thus, the principle of non-return to an unsafe place is ignored by the authorities and, in most cases, by passing the prohibition on mass deportation.
This article studies the legal framework of express deportations prior to the decision of the European Court on Human Rights in February 2020 that overlooked the responsibilities of Spain, by favoring national security concerns of the state above human rights.
