Resumen
El Proyecto Gran Caribe constituye una estrategia para la conservación, el desarrollo y revitalización ambiental de Monumentos y Sitios de la región, que quiere integrar acciones en la que participen instituciones e individuos tanto a nivel privado como público. Este Proyecto es también una iniciativa que se propone crear una actitud comunitaria dispuesta a la búsqueda de soluciones donde el patrimonio construido en los centros históricos se convierta en un instrumento de desarrollo económico y social.
Estos recursos culturales, y su relación con expectativas vitales y la necesidad sentida del hombre, ensamblados a nivel de un plan territorial, adquieren una dimensión diferente desde una perspectiva regional.
El éxito o el fracaso de un programa relacionado con un centro histórico no depende de la cantidad de monumentos que se restauren. Tampoco es responsabilidad exclusiva de una generación. Entra en juego principalmente la capacidad y determinación consciente y responsable definida por grupos locales o por la comunidad municipal, nacional o internacional.

Resumen
En este texto exploramos la teatralidad y la performatividad como estrategias para pensar las representa-ciones del poder y los actos de la sociedad civil en el contexto cubano, acotado por el control represivo y los levantamientos sociales. Exploramos el concepto de totalitarismo para pensar la configuración del poder en Cuba. Desde la frase teatralidad totalitaria reflexionamos las estrategias representacionales interesadas en producir una performatividad punitiva capaz de someter mediante el terror, lo que es también un modo de necropolítica. Buscamos dar cuenta de la emergencia de performatividades subversivas en una sociedad que asume el riesgo de disentir, apuntando hacia un posible diálogo con otros gestos estéticos y artísticos en el contexto latinoamericano.

Resumen
En un mundo hiperconectado, el encuentro con la originalidad es raro. Usualmente, el éxito profesional obedece a fórmulas que ignoran la autenticidad. Las soluciones inmediatas producen resultados prácticos pero similares, y los avances tecnológicos prometen innovación aunque frecuentemente terminan siendo formulados. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo trazar el panorama de la originalidad como legado universal, y se escribe desde el contexto inconcluso antillano, visualizando lo auténtico a través de cuatro paisajes caribeños que escapan el status quo de los convencionalismos actuales: panorámico, oportuno, recurrente y abierto. Se espera que este ensayo inspire a la academia y a las prácticas profesionales a reencontrar en lo original un punto de partida incontestable.

Resumen
Este planteo se articula alrededor de la idea de que una danza que teoriza, es una danza que se transforma en objeto para el pensamiento. Al asumir la teoría de la danza como necesario vector en la confrontación del pensamiento y la práctica de la danza, se propone un camino circular entre “teoría” y “práctica”; favoreciendo la emergencia de operatorias más dinámicas en el campo interventor de los estudios danzológicos. El pensamiento de Arthur Danto, André Lepecki, Carlos Pérez Soto o Susana Tambutti, como amplificación actualizada de la renovación dieciochesca de Jean Georges Noverre, confirma que sí, en nuestro Caribe de danzas y corporalidades fragmentadas, la danza se piensa .

Resumen
This article It emphasizes the cultural and artistic production that speaks of a migrant visuality between Mexico and the United States based on the analysis from the decolonial point of view, of the Street art of the Tlacolulokos collective from Oaxaca. The methodology used is qualitative in nature with a grounded phenomenological perspective, which takes up the experiences and interpretations of the protagonists themselves of the phenomenon to be studied. This examination makes it possible to establish that these cultural productions such as street art, which arise from the invention of the everyday, from the experience of migration, the hybridization of culture and globalization, bear witness to the daily experience of migration, of the unfinished memory of this transition and of the system of exchanges of transnationalism.

Resumen
This paper analyze the changes in the volume, trends and sociodemographic and labor characteristics of skilled migrants who go to the Metropolitan Area of the Valley of Mexico (ZMVM) and the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey (ZMM) between 2000 and 2020.The source of information used was the microdata from the Population and Housing Census. The results of the analysis show that recent internal migration has decreased in the ZMVM but not in the ZMM, however, skilled migration has increased in recent decades in both. In comparative terms, it was found that the ZMVM receives a greater number of skilled immigrants than the ZMM. However, the migrants who go to each zone present important differences in terms of the area of vocational training and occupational insertion, which could be explained by the socioeconomic context and demand for skilled labor in each zone.

Resumen
El desplazamiento forzado es un fenómeno social que no debe pasar desapercibido, es necesario hacer conciencia y no subestimar la problemática que se vive en las distintas regiones alrededor del mundo. El objetivo de la investigación, es indagar en el estado del arte del tema del desplazamiento forzado por violencia y crimen publicados dentro de la plataforma Scopus. Como método, se utilizó un análisis bibliométrico de la literatura, logrando identificar un total de 667 trabajos de investigación entre los años 1998 y 2021 dentro de la plataforma. En los hallazgos, se observa de forma clara y concisa la evolución que ha tenido el tema en los últimos años, observando una tendencia creciente en las publicaciones sobre la temática de estudio, así como tendencias emergentes en la investigación.

Resumen
The objective of this work is to analyze discrimination against migrants during the COVID-19 pandemic in Coahuila. For this, the route of structural discrimination against migrants is visible, which has its foundations in the historical construction of the migrant in Coahuila and has been present to this day. Therefore, based on the 2017 National Survey on Discrimination, we approximate the magnitude of discrimination, from recognizing how and to what extent migrants are discriminated against; even to identify the characteristics of those who discriminate according to age, education and gender. The historical and social construction of the migrant person as “other” is observed as continuing latent through prejudices, stereotypes and stigmas, resulting in that structural discrimination worsens negatively in times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Resumen
Neoliberal policies in Mexico caused the impoverishment of small producers, who opted for emigration in order to obtain the means to continue reproducing their agroecosystems. The following research analyzed the impact of migration on the management of agroecosystems in Paso de Ovejas, Veracruz, Mexico. A survey and in-depth interviews were carried out. The data was analyzed descriptively and thematically. The results indicate that the migration of young producers in recent years and the aging of those who have been left in charge of agroecosystems has transformed and put their management into crisis. Consequently, there are no optimal conditions for generational replacement of producers, which puts agricultural work at risk as well as the local food supply and the way of life of those who carry it out.

Resumen
The critical reading of fictional texts on the border and migration of women and men, from the comparative perspective, makes visible situations that transcend writing. In the practice of migration, the presence of children has become increasingly evident, with the additional bur-den of vulnerability of their condition. Among other factors, violence against migrant minors, in their transit, in the origin of their travel and in their destination, is presented as something naturalized. In this con-text, reading recent literary texts from Mexico and the United States, about what it means to grow in migration or as a result of it allow us to visualize stories about the condition of childhood in liminary contexts.
