An efficient administrative management is synonymous that the companies acquire and use their resources to meet their organizational objectives and therefore obtain benefits; thus, in the present study the research objective was to characterize the administrative management in the catering services companies of Portoviejo canton. The methodology used was the quantitative research approach, non-experimental descriptive design, the survey technique was applied through a questionnaire designed according to four categories, administration, human resources, work environment and competitiveness, which was measured through the Likert scale, whose sample was intentional by convenience, with 29 catering service companies. It was obtained as results that most of the surveyed sample reported to be very much in agreement with the administrative management carried out by the catering companies in the city of Portoviejo, appreciated in its four dimensions, which undoubtedly contributes to the socioeconomic development of the canton, the province and the country. Conclusions were reached about the fact that the administrative management of these companies prioritizes the human factor which is key and decisive within any organization, thanks to which it is possible to achieve the goals set, through goodwill, capacity and talent required to transform, build and contribute to development from any function assigned to the worker within the company. The purpose of the research was to carry out an analysis of food handling as a safety factor and the quality of service in the MQ event center in the city of Manta. As a methodology, the mixed approach was used, surveys, interviews and observation sheets were used as instruments. The survey was applied to 70 clients to estimate the degree of satisfaction in relation to food safety, the interview with the owner of the establishment to learn about customer service and local certifications and the observation sheet was applied to the local infrastructure and operating procedures. The results obtained through the application of instruments in the survey, the perception of customers about safety at the time of serving food, 75.71% answered affirmatively, while 24.29% consider that the handling is not adequate. According to the results of the interview, the existence of everything necessary to satisfy the demand for services was stated, although it was recognized that there are still no regulations that certify the quality of services offered. As a result of the observation sheet, it was shown that of the 45 items evaluated in situ, 28.89% were very satisfactory and 15.56% were unsatisfactory. With the investigation, it was shown that some processes such as the handling, transformation and serving of food lack standardization, which results in an inappropriate service. This research work details an in-depth analysis of bibliographical indexed sources based on gamification as a teaching strategy in a South American context, understood as the use of mainly digital didactic games to improve the levels of learning and teaching in students, granting quality education. To conceive the idea that South America has these methodologies, this research was based on a systematic review applying the PRISMA 2020 model to indexed databases such as Scielo, Redalyc and Latindex,, which allowed to guarantee the use of the necessary content for the analysis, for which it was evidenced that specifically in Latin America, only Brazil and Chile highlighted the relationship they have on this research in 66%. On the other hand, there is a limited study on the application of this methodology in other countries of the region. It is noteworthy to highlight that education is the warranty of development for every country, even more when strategies are implemented or used to establish it at a high quality standard, which is why the emphasis on educational institutions must worry more about applying new teaching methods that allow adapting to the new changes in today's world. The design of a Balanced Scorecard (CMI) model is proposed in the investigation to improve internal management in hardware stores in the city of Manta, whose essential problem is the lack of financial administration, which is handled empirically, without the establishment of financial and management indicators, feasible for decision making. They applied various investigative methods such as inductive-deductive, bibliographic, analytical-synthetic and participatory action, which involved the application of data collection techniques such as: interviews and surveys. The population consisted of 68 hardware stores, using the non-probabilistic sampling technique, where three hardware stores were selected as a case study. The indicators and action plans described in the CMI were applied as a reference; the establishment of management indicators in the four perspectives will provide benefits to the business; as well as it will motivate all employees of the company to achieve efficiency. At present, accounting management plays an important role for the operation of companies, through the development of collection techniques, analysis, control and registration of operations related to income and expenses, in turn allows to know the financial situation of the business. The objective of this document is to analyze the implementation of accounting management and its influence on the business growth of Cable Hogar in the Junín canton, period 2019-2020. To do this, this mixed-focus research first collects information from primary and secondary sources related to the study variables. On the other hand, a structured interview has been carried out with company collaborators, which allowed them to learn about the accounting management and growth of Cable Hogar. The main results indicate the importance of an accounting system with adequate integrated modules, and a manual of management procedures. Finally, it is concluded that the organizational evaluation facilitates the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen accounting management and business growth. The present study was carried out with the objective of knowing the effectiveness of the drugs and which of these is most recommended by the veterinarians for the control of ixodea in dogs, the study was carried out in the city of Calceta, Cantón Bolívar in collaboration with the Clínica Veterinary, the research was descriptive and the technique used was the survey presenting in results that there are different types of drugs used by veterinarians, of which Nexgard, Simparica, Bravecto, Adventix stand out in accordance with Amitraz, Cypermethrin. Amitraz and Cypermethrin are also used as tick-killing baths, but they are not very efficient because the environment where they live is not disinfected. According to the results obtained, the most effective drug is Nexgard for the control and treatment of ixodea, but with a non-optimal duration. Keywords: Ixodea, Drug, Veterinary, cypermethrin.

The objective of this article was to design a pedagogical proposal as an innovative learning resource in the area of Language and Literature with the application of digital tools. A mixed, descriptive, field and documentary approach methodology was applied. The techniques used were the observation of students, interviews with teachers and survey of parents, as instruments the observation sheet and questionnaire of questions. The population 421 students and 19 teachers, the intentional non-probabilistic type sample made up of 37 students, 37 parents and 2 teachers of the third basic year. The results showed that the application of digital tools is limited by teachers, therefore, children show low performance in Language and Literature. It is concluded that there is a need in the application of a pedagogical proposal as an innovative learning resource in the area of Language and Literature using digital tools. Defining models that allow interpreting agricultural activity is practically non-existent in Ecuador; For this reason, the objective was to interpret the agricultural activity supported by the training and adequate practices of the producers of the province of Manabí, taking advantage of the information offered by the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) through the Surface Survey and Continuous Agricultural Production (ESPAC) of the year 2021, which is the calculation basis for the elaboration of indicators related to the training and adequate practices of agricultural producers; With these indicators, the interpretation methodology is developed, in order to delimit the agricultural activity by cantons. The methodology includes multivariate statistical analysis, where the factorial analysis of principal components with varimax rotation is first carried out in order to reduce the variables to a smaller number and that are not related; Subsequently, the k-means analysis (Cluster) is used for the interpretation of the agricultural activity supported by the adequate practices of the producers, that is, the groupings between the cantons that have similarities are sought, finally the discriminant analysis is used to validate interpretation. The result of the interpretation allows us to know how the agricultural activity behaves based on training and adequate practices, identifying groups of cantons with particularities in order to establish action measures that help strengthen training and adequate practices of agricultural activity. The digital age and the information society are changing the way we share and access cultural heritage. The diffusion of culture is no longer limited to traditional devices and face-to-face existence but is advancing towards a digital communication that transcends the limitations of space and time. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to analyze the communication strategies in the diffusion of the cultural centers of the Salinas canton. To this end, this document responded to the design of non-experimental and horizontal descriptive studies based on research cases and observation methods used and studied the most important communication strategies in the exchange of cultural centers. The study population corresponds to 10 employees who work in cultural centers in Salinas, who have undergone a study aimed at determining the importance of implementing communication strategies in the communication of cultural centers. The main results show that communication is a key element of any cultural event and, in particular, the way it is transmitted is important to attract the right audience and ensure effective dissemination. Public policies, entrepreneurship and innovation are essential aspects for the development and improvement of higher education, since these factors are important to guarantee that educational institutions can achieve their objective of producing citizens who can face the challenges of today's society. However, they also face several challenges that can limit their effectiveness and success. Responding to these challenges requires effective solutions to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in education, thus, the formation of an alliance between educational institutions and companies can strengthen cooperation and the exchange of resources and knowledge. Under this premise, strategic alliances between global multinational corporations and higher education institutions have increased dramatically in recent years to solve complex industrial problems of great commercial or social importance through cooperative associations. It is also important that public policy focus on investing in state-of-the-art technology and training teachers to adapt to changes in labor and education markets, so generally speaking, a widely recognized strategic and collaborative approach can overcome the complexities and challenges of educational planning and achieve sustainable improvements in the quality of education.
