Resumen
Ecuador has a high export potential for toquilla straw hats, since their elaboration conforms to international quality margins, and they constitute an excellent product for foreign tourists who promote the product locally. The present article "Administrative Management and its impact on the profitability of the MontEcuadorHats Company of the Montecristi Canton", whose general objective was based on determining how administrative management affects the profitability of the sale of hats products toquilla straw, located in the province of Manabí. Whose specific objectives were raised to achieve compliance with the research with results that were obtained during the execution of direct observation and the survey technique. A qualitative and quantitative methodology was used, a deductive, inductive, descriptive, and bibliographic method. As a proposal for the research work, a scientific article was carried out with the help of the information obtained and provided by the survey technique carried out on the administrative staff as necessary and effective tests that contributed to the investigative study in correlation with the study variables. Administrative Management is responsible for employing strategies that contribute to managing activities or tasks of companies in the commercial world, acting effectively and efficiently to achieve the objectives set by a company. In the results, the findings found in the MontEcuadorHats Company in the Montecristi Canton were exposed, referring to the administrative management where it implies different measures in the planning, organization, direction and control of the resources or activities that the artisans carry out to make straw hats. toquilla, its efficient management guaranteed a better growth of the company through a good service provided to customers or users.

Resumen
Currently, the development of technological tools applied to education has grown exponentially, since the Covid-19 pandemic the need to apply technological evaluation processes has increased, because classes were given virtually, which led to incursions in other innovative methods. The objective of this research is to design a methodological strategy for the use of technological tools in the evaluation process of seventh-year students at the Simón Bolívar Educational Unit. For this, a mixed approach was applied, a type of descriptive study, theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods. The study population corresponded to teachers, seventh-year students, and the director of the educational institution. The results of the diagnosis according to the survey of teachers, the majority indicated that they have not received training on technological tools, they do not use them in the student evaluation process. To solve the problem, a methodological strategy consisting of four stages was developed: awareness, projection, collaborative execution and evaluation. The activities that are proposed using Google Classroom, flipped class, strategies to apply the flipped classroom, learning through projects, gamification and union of superheroes. In addition, continuous training is proposed for teachers on the application of technological tools.

Resumen
The urban historical zones, which show the valuable legacy built of the traditional centralities, reveal the need for the university-society link, to face the environmental challenges, generated by natural and anthropic risk factors, which can endanger even the condition heritage of these sites. For this reason, this article has the objective of exposing the potential of the careers that are studied in the Construction Faculty of the Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz University of Camagüey to contribute to the mitigation of environmental impacts in the historic center of Camagüey, with support in the transdisciplinarity. The main methodology used for the report is based on the documentary analysis of study plans and subjects that deal with environmental issues and careers, as well as the postgraduate plan. Information is offered that contributes to increasing the perception of risk and action to manage these problems, in order to preserve the historical-cultural heritage. The study carried out shows the decisive participation of teachers and students in solutions at a local scale, which constitute potentialities of careers in the environmental dimension on cultural heritage.

Resumen
The objective of this research was to propose pedagogical strategies that improve the academic performance of students at the propaedeutic level of the Manuel Félix López Higher Polytechnic School of Agriculture of Manabí. The type of research is analytical and descriptive; The sample was made up of all the students enrolled during the first academic period (April-September) of the year 2020. A diagnosis was made on the academic performance of the students and, subsequently, the strategies to be applied for the lower subject were identified. average taking into account: the role of teachers, evaluation elements and student motivation, through a Likert-type survey. It was found that the subject with the lowest score was mathematics; there are four careers that did not reach the minimum of seven points, for which the pedagogical strategies were proposed; Based on the survey applied, strategies are specified for each factor analyzed, such as: application of the flipped classroom model in class planning, updating of teacher knowledge in mathematics, application of tutorials on more complex topics. In conclusion, the challenges faced by higher education constitute an opportunity to improve teaching-learning practices.

Resumen
The aim of the research was to compile published studies on the nutritional fortification of cereal flours with Pleurotus ostreatus and its importance in the production of consumer foods such as pasta, breads, biscuits, pizzas and sweets. Original and review articles published between 2000 and 2021 in Spanish and English were considered for the present theoretical underpinnings. The search was conducted in the SciELO and Google Scholar databases from September to November 2021. The content of 45 articles was analyzed, including 42 international and 03 national articles, of which 30 were retained, which met the following inclusion criteria: studies with proposals for foods made with P. ostreatus flour as an alternative for consumption and marketing in which its nutritional importance is highlighted and research studies in which P. ostreatus flour is incorporated into cereal flour with the aim of its fortification. It is concluded that published studies on the nutritional fortification of cereal flours with Pleurotus ostreatus were compiled, highlighting its importance as it has a large amount of nutrients, especially amino acids and vitamins, which consolidates the need to be used to enrich the flours of different cereals with the aim of increasing their nutritional value.

Resumen
Various are the studies carried out on the causes and consequences of climate change on the planet. With an almost annual regularity, climate experts and scientists present evidence and reports to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) at the United Nations (UN). However, the studies aimed at preventing and mitigating the consequences of climate change in the construction process are scarce, from the approaches of Environmental Safety. Being this a term that starts from the approaches of dangers, threats and vulnerabilities to International, regional and Caribbean Security. That is why this article aims to address the problem from epistemological conceptions, revealing its essence and correspondence with the model of the Civil Engineering career professional, which allows incorporating environmental content into study plans and programs. As well as intending in the modes of action the use of variables and indicators that allow modeling and evaluating in the graduate of the career, their performance in solving professional environmental problems, which are linked to the bilateral environmental impact of the construction process. The results obtained from the Environmental Safety studies are articulated in the integrating subjects and disciplines. Identifying a satisfaction in teachers, students and managers for using the results obtained in solving local problems.

Resumen
This research addresses creative interdisciplinary strategies to promote ecological awareness in Third Grade students. The objective was to assess the promotion of ecological awareness in students through interdisciplinary strategies. The applied methodology had a non-experimental, exploratory and descriptive quantitative approach. The tools used for the collection of information were interview, survey and observation rubric of ecological knowledge and skills in the class process, as well as reliable theoretical sources that are related to the study problem. The results show that the majority of teachers do not apply creative interdisciplinary strategies in their classes to make students aware of environmental care due to various factors such as ignorance, so students show limited interest on the subject. It is concluded that there is a deficient promotion of ecological awareness through flexible, interdisciplinary and creative learning, which demands that teachers be motivated to consider new techniques and teaching strategies that promote environmental care, such as discovery learning, learning problem-based, use of creative games, storytelling, interdisciplinary projects.

Resumen
Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) empowers people and invites them to change their way of thinking and acting, for a sustainable future. Propose methodological guidelines to teachers on how to implement the environmental curricular strategy, from the meeting class in the Biochemistry of Physical Exercise subject, constitutes the purpose of this work. The level of transformation that occurs in the environmental education management of the teacher and the self-management of the student's learning, which promotes the fulfillment of the objectives of the Professional Model, are aspects on which attention is focused. A descriptive methodology was used, based on a qualitative approach with an interpretive perspective focused on understanding the meaning of the actions. Analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive methods, documentary analysis and the system approach were used to establish the theoretical and methodological foundations in the elaboration of methodological guidelines, while unstructured observation, interviews and surveys aimed at teachers of the degree in Physical Culture in the Céspedes municipality, Camagüey province, allowed to identify insufficiencies in the incorporation of environmental education from the subjects of the curriculum, in order to ensure the care and protection of the environment. The application of the methodological orientations showed a good preparation of the professors from the environmental point of view for the treatment of the environmental curricular strategy, as well as a high degree of satisfaction that contributes to the improvement of the Biochemistry of Physical Exercise subject.

Resumen
This study exposed a sum up of the topic´s bibliographic revision as well as the synthesis of the characterization of the current status of the value Social Responsibility in the pre-service students of Primary Education in the Municipal University Center of Sibanicú, in Camaguey, Cuba. The close relation between the community and the University through the process of University Extension is assumed. For this reason, the purpose of this study consisted on laying the foundations of the value Social Responsibility on the pre-service students of Primary Education from the University Extension in the University Municipal Center. For this reason, the qualitative methodological process has been applied from a diagnosis to the students from the Sibanicú University Municipal Center. For this reason, it has been applied a qualitative methodological process on the basis of a diagnosis to a sample of pre-service students of the Municipal University Center in Sibanicú. It´s recognized as well, the required pertinence of the theme to achieve a committed student with the socioeconomic development in the territory. An analysis of the objective reality was presented as well as, the need of a society that demands a future in progress. It was, therefore, acknowledged the complexity of this process, its integrative character and the dialectic unit among its indicators. In the final considerations, the need of contributing to the formation of the Value Social Responsibility have been also presented from the potentialities that the process offered University Extension in the University Municipal Center.

Resumen
The investigative purpose was to compare by an analysis of the methodological strategies used for the teaching - learning of the Social Studies subject in the "Elías Cedeño Jerves" Educational Unit of the San Andrés de Canoa parish-San Vicente canton, specifically in the Higher Basic , through mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) theoretical and procedural constructs were analyzed through the review of dissimilar texts and webgraphs, through the field study a student population of 203 students in the upper basic and 3 teachers was identified who teach the subject of social studies at these levels, the sample was probabilistic of 135 students and a total of 3 teachers, 2 survey models were applied, one to each group respectively. They identified with the results in the student’s deficit of school performance and desire to find new forms of teaching-learning, in teachers the conception of decontextualized strategies without technological interference. Given these results, we seek to solve this limitation and Adobe Captive 8 Software is created to facilitate the management of content and activities, providing with this tool the facilities for the teaching work in the development of the subject, thus supplying the needs of the teaching-teaching process. learning directing new methodological strategies with the use of ICT in virtual teaching environments. It is important that teachers develop technological skills and transfer interactive content to students combined with expository content to create holistic conditions typical of 21st century educational praxis.
