Resumen
As never before, individuals can be exposed to an infinite amount of information and we can look and be looked at, where voyeurism stands as a fundamental part of modern socio-digital relationships that end up having a substantial influence beyond the digital world and transcend the sphere of the real. How much is this voyeuristic behavior becoming accentuated in the academy? How voyeuristic are we when we decide to "study, diagnose and analyze" rural environments and their problems and not go beyond that point? How aware are we being of it? And what repercussions does this position bring?
Although it is not intended to give a definitive answer to any of these questions, the objective of this work is to make a self-criticism, highlighting the contradictions and processes facing the capitalocene that we are experiencing in our exercise as rural scholars. Making, in the first instance, a reflection on the voyeuristic culture in which we usually fall when seeking to be seen and recognized by our peers, and continuing with the analysis of our voyeuristic behavior in which we fall when trying to speak for and on behalf of the subjects study that we become objects by reifying them in our desktop analyses. Concluding that although this criticism is not new and generalizations are limiting, the mere fact that the phenomenon exists should motivate us to pause on the road and start questioning its direction.

Resumen
The present text proposes to retake a classic concept of anthropology, the liminal or margin state, as a theoretical framework to analyze a contemporary scenario of the urbanity of the city of Lima: a rapid transit, urban, public and modern bus system, the Metropolitan. In this sense, this transport system will be understood as a stage of passage, bridge and transit that brings together various anonymous users who seek to reach their destination while interacting under collective pressure -such as neophytes or communitas who They seek to cross the threshold. For this, the analysis of various interaction scenarios that were registered will be used, the study of the two morphologies of the Metropolitan, as well as the results and analysis of 137 forms that were intended to support this text. In short, it will seek to understand the Metropolitan as a constant scenario of liminality of urbanity, reaffirming the non-decontextualization of rites of passage as a framework of analysis in contemporary urban places.

Resumen
This research aims to adapt the Organizational Identity Scale of Orellana et al. (2011) and diagnose the perception of Organizational Identity in 66 administrative workers of a public university. The scale was adapted for this population with an empirical validity subtest-test (Pearson's r Corrected greater than .20) and moderate reliability with Cronbach's alpha ( .65). It was found that the perception of Organizational Identity is neutral and only in the corporate dimension was it favorable. Males, older adults, and those named are those who perceive the Organizational Identity of the university the best. This requires an emphasis on involving the organization to the hired managers and stimulating the dimensions of Personal and Social Identity

Resumen
The objective of the study was to identify the differences between studies conducted on internal organizational communication in the European, American and Latin American contexts; the literature review research analyzed 17 scientific articles published in high-impact databases. As a result, it was found that internal organizational communication is studied from a multidisciplinary approach, and the main approach used by Europe and the United States is the interpretative one, through the Symmetric Theory, which allows relating the concept of internal communication with new study variables. In conclusion, it was identified that the differences between the studies carried out on internal organizational communication in the European, American and Latin American contexts are mainly in the theoretical approach, with the interpretative paradigm predominating in the United States and Europe, while in Latin America the study is based on the functionalist paradigm. On the other hand, in the unit of analysis, research in the U.S. and European context integrates several organizations in the same investigation, in contrast to the Latin American context, in which the individual and isolated study of an organization predominates.

Resumen
The objective of the research was to identify the foundations of the concept of political involvement according to Bruce Pinkleton. He worked on the term political involvement in fifteen (15) academic articles within the field of study of political communication. The qualitative study of phenomenological design had as unit of analysis Professor Bruce Pinkleton and the choice of (07) seven articles of his scientific production as author and co-author, as an instrument of information collection a semi-structured interview guide and a registration form were applied and for data processing an analysis matrix was applied. As a result, it was found that the term political involvement is conceptualized as the interest of a citizen in politics and the search for sources and information in traditional media such as TV, radio, newspapers and social networks that favor decision making and political participation.

The results found in the 30 articles consulted are: Adolescents who use new technologies more frequently, require the development of maladaptive behaviors associated with disorders such as anxiety and depression. However, some adolescents use time in these new technologies to study and create interpersonal relationships through virtual communities.

Introduction: COVID-19 was responsible for thousands of deaths in Brazil and worldwide. In view of this, investigating social determinants and geographic location are strategies that can contribute to certain populations being less exposed to certain conditions, especially in a pandemic context. Objective: To analyze the municipalities with the highest incidence of deaths from COVID-19 in Brazil from April to August 2021. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional and analytical study of secondary data made available by the Diagnostics of America S.A (DASA) - DASA ANALYTICS (dadoscoronavirus.dasa.com.br). The 15 medium- and large-sized municipalities throughout the national territory with the highest death rates from COVID-19 at the end of each month in the period from April to August 2021 were selected. of municipal human development (HDI-M). Results and discussion: The region of the country that had the most municipalities with the highest rates of deaths from COVID-19 is located in the Northeast, North and Southeast, mainly capital cities and nearby cities. During the investigated period, no municipality in the South region was ranked. No association was found between low HDI-M and higher death rates in any of the regions. Conclusion: Considering the reality of large cities, it is believed that the high numbers of deaths from the infection are related to demographic density, since it makes access and care to health services difficult. The expanded discussion regarding the variables that interfered in the mortality rates due to COVID-19 allows for a greater understanding of the territorial characteristics and contributes to the elaboration of intervention strategies and the adoption of security measures and containment of the virus.
