This trial aims to expose and analyse the situation experienced by the school population - middle range - which has unconventional learning characteristics, i.e. characteristics not in line with the categorization of disability or regularity. Indeed, in setting assessment standards, countries define, through State policies set out in educational legislation, learning expectations based on a prospectus defined as regular; on the other side of the balance is the population defined as SEN (Special Educational Needs) which presents difficulties generated by their disability. However, among the regular population and the population with disabilities, there is a population not recognized in public policy, with a wide range of styles and learning characteristics, a range which in this document is recognized as a middle range with unconventional learning characteristics. Given the zozobra that means for a person to be evaluated with a reference pattern distant from the personal possibility of response, by exposing this population and analyzing its particular circumstances, in the face of public policies and school daily life, it is concluded that the State has not been able to particularize the curriculum to meet the unique learning conditions of this population. Consequently, it is based on the review of different contributions of related research, in order to deepen the knowledge of this problem and propose some guidelines applicable to the methodology used for the adequacy of the curriculum, whose evaluation component is consequential and to particularize the conditions of the children subject to this approach.

The big technological development that the currently society is facing up has huge implications in many different fields, one of them, on the education system. That’s why, this research study aimed to identify the opinion that university student sector have regarding the use and contribution of technology in the teaching-learning process. This descriptive study used a quantitative approach with support of cross-field research and documentary. The population included: 122 students enrolled in the second semester during the period 2019-2019. The instrument for data collection was subjected to validation and calculation of statistical reliability, prior to its application. The information collected was processed by descriptive statistics. This study showed that students estimate the use of new technologies in their learning. Also, the new technologies like searching tools, digital access of information, connectivity and slides/presentation software are elements that must be pedagogically incorporated in the teaching learning process. These technologies will allow the students to reach the maximum capacities and abilities in a setting with a good student-teacher relationship. At the same time, giving the students the autonomy and self-reflection they need for the development of their own learning.

The changes that the school system must face in coherence with the challenges of contemporary society make it necessary for teachers to reflect critically on pedagogical practices. This article presents the results of a study carried out on the development of Orientation programs in the province of Concepción - Chile from the perception of the students who carry out their pedagogical practice in educational centers. The general objective of this research is to know how pedagogy students perceive the development and implementation of orientation plans and programs in professional practice centers during the last year of academic training. The research is framed in a quantitative approach and consists of a descriptive study that analyzes four dimensions. For data collection, a Likert-type survey was used, which included an open-ended question. The instrument was applied to students of 12 careers of pedagogy, distributed in 98 professional practice centers, during the year 2017. The results obtained show that the best evaluated dimensions were knowledge and methodological strategies. However, there is a negative perception regarding the dimensions of counseling, training, and effectiveness of classroom orientation programs

This essay presents a brief historical analysis of the characteristics of the first contacts between North American psychology and Soviet psychology. In this way, some aspects that permeated the consolidation of this relationship and its possible unfolding in the interpretation of Vygotsky's postulates are discussed, taking into account the concretization of Historical-Cultural Psychology and its influence in the Brazilian academic context. From this perspective, the objective of the following work is framed in the analysis of some research carried out in Brazil through hegemonic visions that base the understanding of Vygotskian concepts and their insertion in educational practices. By way of conclusion, some reflections are exposed that contribute to continue thinking about the importance of Vygotsky's legacy, considering that this is not a finished work but a process of permanent search for new readings and approaches in the contemporary scientific scenario.

This scientific essay examines the reframing of instructors' mental schemas while integrates technology through executive education. While still dominant in executive education, “blackboard and chalk” delivery is increasingly being complemented by technology. Executive instructors have more technological resources at their disposal, but they face the challenge of communicating the same amount of content in less time. The objective of this research is to understand how instructors develop their technical skills to create more effective and memorable learning experiences. This essay answers the question: How do executive instructors learn to integrate technology? Technology integration is the way the technology’s enablements and constraints are embedded into a practice. After exploring various theories on both adult and experience learning and reflective practitioners, it was found that instructors must reframe their mental schemas to learn how to integrate technology properly. It is concluded that the promotion of self-awareness in the midst of teaching action can enable this integration. Future research should address the use of technology integration models within executive instructors.

Results of the institutional program are presented at the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco (UJAT), called Research Summer Program. The purpose of the study was to identify the perception that students and researchers had about themselves and each other as collaborators in the program and from there, enrich their strategies and mechanisms. The study design was descriptive where a survey was applied as an instrument for data collection. The survey consisted of 9 items for the researcher and 6 for the students. The participants were 1581 researchers (M= 851 W= 730) and 3,046 students (M= 1194 W= 1852) from the 12 academic divisions, who participated in the Research Summer Program from 2016 to 2020. The results showed a positive evaluation of the program, the role of researcher in general, as well as women’s preponderant participation, however, it was concluded to make a proposal to the corresponding instances to create a profile of the researcher, as well as to reformulate methodologies, evaluation instruments that yield data that allow to improve the traceability of the scientific training that is offered to students in that institution.

Alliances are a strategy to access resources mainly based on specific knowledge, developed by the participants in the agreement. Through their use, companies have more key assets to compete and adapt to the conditions of dynamic environments. This paper addresses the analysis of the alliances established between technology-based companies in the software industry in Jalisco, as an example of technology-based activities in Mexico. From a sample of 116 companies in the industry, the established strategic alliances were identified aiming to observe the structure of the network that represents the situation of alliances of the industry. The capacity for innovation through the number of patents is also analyzed. The study allowed to verify that the software companies in Jalisco use alliance strategies to obtain resources; however, they are not contributing significantly to innovation.
