Resumen
The documentation available in the Department of Political and Social Order of the State of São Paulo makes it possible to reconstruct the history of women classified as "out of bounds" by the authoritarian regime of Getúlio Vargas. This article brings to light the actions of a group of women who subverted the order through rhymes and critical writings, a "weapon" loaded with subtleties that touch minds and hearts.

Resumen
This article analyzes the historical aspects of the formulation and regulation from archives systems to records management, reflecting on the institutionalization of archival public policies of the states’ Executive Power in Brazil. As a result, it presents an overview of the regulation of these public records management policies that impact on fostering access to information.

Resumen
This research sought to identify the interest caused by the archives of private organizations in the journal Arquivo & Administração (1972-2014). By means of a historical approach, copies of this journal were analyzed, as well as other publications that deal with the subject. We seek to explore how private archives’ theme has emerged since the 1970s in the theoretical field of archival science in Brazil.

The Heritage Education Program (PEP) is the result of a successful partnership between the History Department of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Ufrgs) and the Public Archive of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (Apers). The initiative started in 2008, from an extension project that started to incorporate several actions related to heritage education. In addition to promoting archival diffusion through workshops for basic education students, PEP also trains history students and offers training courses for teachers on the possible uses of the archival institution's collection and its spaces for the production of knowledge. Based on raising awareness of the importance of archival cultural heritage and the debate on sensitive issues for Brazilian society, the initiative has already brought almost 16 thousand students to Apers. In this interview, we spoke with the program's conductors, professor Dr. Carla Simone Rodeghero, holder of Ufrgs, and historian Clarissa Sommer Alves, master in history and analyst in cultural matters at Apers.

Resumen
We work historically and conceptually with the development of practices related to diffusion and access to archives, building a comparison between Canadian and Brazilian reality from a theoretical point of view, systematizing the possible relations between these countries. It is concluded that access and diffusion are linked to State policies and their legal provisions.

Resumen
It presents an analysis of the program “Com a palavra, o usuário”, aiming to understand frequent user's perceptions about their research processes. It was verified that researchers improve the clearness of their questions throughout the course of their exploration of the documents and it concludes that the use of qualitative technique is indicative of user-oriented studies by Arquivo Nacional.
