Managing organizations as complex units presupposes structural changes in the existing types of management. These progressive processes find in management (coordination, execution, and control of decisions and efforts to fulfill the raison d'être) a bridge to intervene between what is desired to be and what is achieved as performance through progressive effort. To subsist through the desired performance, it is necessary to glimpse in the management the participation of the elements or agents that intervene in the organizational part, that is why it is necessary to explore to conceive a new model of organizational management. Therefore, leadership and ethics present a different alternative, focused on participation and cooperation, in the construction of institutional social relevance. This study makes a theoretical approach to leadership and ethics, as a support for strategic management in law firms, in order to establish the important aspects that affect the performance of this type of organizations.

We are at a juncture where social responsibility is perceived as a new way of doing citizenship and working for development, which generates interest in various groups of civil society, including universities, to strengthen its relevance in society. The objective of this paper is to analyze social responsibility as a strategy in university management. It is a descriptive documentary study, based on a systematic review of articles and texts selected with clearly defined criteria. The results indicate that social responsibility forces to restructure and rethink the university tasks in the 21st century, so that it can be at the forefront of the processes of transformation and change with scientific, technological, social and cultural orientation. It is concluded that under the strategy of university social responsibility it is possible to perceive the social, economic, political and welfare needs that are poorly met and require solutions, managing to articulate teaching, research and extension, with a view to strengthening the university-environment linkage.

This paper focuses on media tourism - people travelling to places associated with film, TV-series, games or other forms of popular culture. In order to investigate the roles and impacts of the multiple stakeholders that are involved in this booming phenomenon, the concept ‘imaginative heritage’ is introduced. In particular, we refer to the multitude of popular, fictional narratives that have been projected upon or appropriated by specific sites throughout time and that together make up an important part of local place identity. As is argued here, imaginative heritage results from an active involvement of not only locals, fans and tourists, but also the media industries, the tourism industries and the local governments. By applying this concept to cases of crime fiction tourism and addressing the power configurations behind these heritage and tourism practices, this paper aims to contribute to a more holistic understanding of media tourism and, more in particular, the reciprocal nature of the relation between popular crime fiction, heritage and place.

The main objective of this paper is to analyze some problematic issues related to freedom of expression in the electoral process, and it is that, based on a statement made by a Peruvian presidential candidate in a media outlet, in which he questioned the effectiveness of a type of vaccine acquired to control the infection and death due to the Covid19 pandemic, thus affecting the vaccination process established by the Peruvian government, led us to question whether in a context like this, freedom of expression should be limited or whether it is a matter of self-limitation, thus affecting the vaccination process established by the Peruvian Government, led us to question whether in a context such as this, freedom of expression should be limited or whether it is a matter of self-limitation, especially if it is a public person who intends to occupy the highest position in the State. This leads us to a weighing of fundamental rights and collective constitutional purposes such as national security and public order, which will explain the need to adopt limiting measures to guarantee peace and social tranquility in a democratic State under the rule of law.

Ecuadorian SMEs are a factor that contribute greatly to the generation of wealth as well as employment, influencing the country's economy, which translates into an impact on economic growth, which shows the need for them to respond to the challenges posed in the national and international contexts with innovative proposals that allow them to develop competitive advantages. It should be noted that most of these companies are small companies and belong to the wholesale and retail trade sector; therefore, they are only directed to the domestic market (national), so the business model is focused on the ethics, culture and organizational climate that prevail in these companies. Therefore, a descriptive research and non-experimental design was carried out with the application of a questionnaire that allows to know relevant data on ethics, culture and climate within these organizations. The findings indicate that the efforts made by the management of SMEs identify a set of standards and moral obligations that contribute to strengthen the profession by promoting an ethical professional practice.

The purpose of this research is to study the impact of didactic materials capable of allowing students to approach the theoretical foundations for the conceptualization of abstract topics of Quantum Mechanics such as wave-particle duality. For the development of this research, a qualitative and applied methodology was used to collect data. The population consisted of 25 students of the 8th Semester of the Pedagogy of Experimental Sciences in Mathematics and Physics of the University of Guayaquil, who took a test to evaluate their knowledge about the Wave-Particle Duality topic, before and after using didactic materials in their teaching for their learning. They concluded that there was evidence of favorable changes at the moment of using didactic materials on the conceptualization of the wave-particle duality.

According to some texts analyzed and researched, it was possible to determine that not all scholars and specialists on the subject agree with the same concepts regarding the classification of the types of research, after much research and exploration it was concluded that this type of research will be carried out in a consensual way in a descriptive and explanatory way.
