Resumen
The article studies a network of festive exchanges between authorities representing about twenty Mixtec communities in Oaxaca, Mexico. Divided into three parts, the first deals with the nature and history of these intercommunity exchanges; in the second, the donation and reception of these exchanges is ethnographically reconstructed; finally, the third part establishes some lines of reflection derived from this complex and multidimensional phenomenon. Thus, with this ethnographic work, we intend to contribute to the updating of the anthropological debate on the forms of exchange and reciprocity.

Resumen
The pictorial representation of social movements in Mexico has a long history that, as social protest is accentuated, is constantly updated. The creators of rebel symbols or emblems are often anonymous, but sometimes they are clearly identifiable. Gustavo Chávez Pavón's work has been embodied in multiple geographies: whether it is the Zapatista territory, northern Europe, southern America or Palestine. He has been the 'creator' of symbols (the Zapatistas virgins, for example) and his plastic is widely recognized. Here he tells his trajectory, collective technique and experiences within social movements.

Resumen
This contribution analyzes the effects of extreme austerity on cultural policies during Mauricio Macri’s presidency. Based on Albert Hirschman’s 1970-developed theoretical framework and Bajoie’s 1988 amendments, this article discusses the different types of behavior that were observed during several-months-long participant observation in an Argentine Ministry of Culture program which had its funding gradually taken away. “Loyalty” is the preferred option of those actors who believe they have significant power to change the course of the organization they are in, “apathy” is the one chosen by those who think they don’t have that power and cannot leave the organization, “voice” or protest by those who think the course can be changed by alerting sectors outside the organization, finally “exit” by those who believe they can no longer change the course they disagree with.

Resumen
Bawinokachi Indigenous Mission (mib) was founded in 1952 by Ana García Narro in the Sierra Tarahumara, with the desire to evangelize and educate the rarámuri. The legacy of “Anita” continues with missionaries influencing life in different areas of the community: social, political, cultural, personal and individual. This article will analyze generational changes in marriage (arrejuntamientos) through the three bodies theoretical perspective (Scheper-Hughes and Lock, 1987). The text presents marriages through three rarámuri generations, historically interconnected by different contexts such as sowing, grazing, sawmills, seasonal migration and drug trafficking. The social body and the normativity of the political body mediate the first two generations; whereas the individual body does so in the last one. The three bodies interrelate and dialogue with each other.

Resumen
This article explores the relationship between ethnographic work and the culture of those societies from which anthropologists come from. Specifically, the text delves into the way in which neoliberal thinking and politics during Margaret Thatcher’s era influenced ways of thinking and practicing anthropology in Great Britain by disturbing the foundations of functionalism as well as other classic anthropological theories. At the same time, the article describes the way in which Marilyn Strathern’s thought challenges the theoretical crisisopened by neoliberalism, by means of an ethnographic critique of central Western concepts such as society or individual.

Resumen
This paper aims to analyze the way women who embody diverse inequalities –gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity religion– produced an intersectional techno-feminism to position themselves against the post-fascism promoted by Jair Bolsonaro.During his 2018 presidential campaign, intersectional technofeminism made evident Jair Bolsonaro’s post-fascist alliances with a predominantly pentecostal and neopentecostal evangelical sector, as well as its affinities with a neoliberal model. For this demonstration, it was used a methodological strategy based on digital ethnography, through which the technopolitical tactics –that is, between the internet and the street– that the Facebook group Women United Against Bolsonaro articulated.

Resumen
The text seeks to analyze the political-cultural performance of Messias Bolsonaro’s management (2019-2020). The procedures used for the text’s construction were: bibliographic research and research in newspapers, social networks, magazines and websites. The analysis of ongoing events is always laden with difficulties, either due to the small amount of pre-existing studies on the theme, or because the developments of events have not yet fully surfaced giving whole meaning to what has happened. Such risks and the confrontation of said risks give value and originality to this text, opening the way for new reflections on the subject. The article’s main conclusion is that Messias Bolsonaro’s brutal and destructive political-cultural performance has so far not been able to shape effective cultural policies inthe extreme right, given the democratic struggle, includingthe majority resistance of the cultural field to theonslaught of presidential management.
