Resumen
This paper aims to understand the processes of rupture of the Therapeutic Alliance (TA) of a case of interrupted psychoanalytic psychotherapy (PP) with a patient with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). This is a systematic case study that comprises 15 sessions of PP, one patient with complaints of impulsiveness and difficulties in interpersonal relationships, and his female therapist. The sessions were videotaped and transcribed. The identification of ruptures was made by the Rupture Resolution Rating System (3R's). There were 100 ruptures of AT, of these 69% were withdrawal ruptures and 31% of confrontation. We found 30 contributions from therapist to ruptures. The withdrawal ruptures are more subtle and difficult to identify, occurring more frequently than those of confrontation in the treatment. In the case of patients with BPD, therapists should develop skills to make interventions focused on TA. The need for other studies that seek to replicate the research in other cases of success and therapeutic failure is highlighted.

Resumen
Attachment refers to affective-emotional bonds developed early between child and caretaker, and to its consequences throughout life. This study aimed at constructing a measure to assess adult attachment in workplace relationships. The sample of the study consisted of 450 adult participants (62.2% female; M= 24 years old, SD= 6.69%) included in the labor market. The results of an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis indicated a three-dimensional structure that evaluated aspects of security, anxiety and avoidance of attachment in workplace situations, explaining 55% of the total variance. In addition, dimensions in both analyses showed omega coefficients high than .80. The measure presented expected correlations with close attachment, career success, satisfaction with life and self-efficacy dimensions. In conclusion, this study offers a validated measure: The Workplace Attachment Scale (WAtS), in Brazilian Portuguese that enables the investigation of attachment relationships in the workplace.

Resumen
The aim of the present study was to analyze the psychometric properties of the Coping Strategy Inventory (CCI), through validity evidence based on the internal structure and relationship with other variables (character strengths). Participants were 927 college students, with an average age of 26 years (SD= 7.7) and most of them female. All responded to the Coping Strategies Inventory and the Character Strengths Scale (CSE). After analyzing the data, a new factorial organization with four factors, from the initial eight, is suggested. The factors are: Positive Reappraisal (α= .79), Distancing and Acceptance (α= .79), Social Support (α= .67) and Confrontation and Problem Solving (α= .86). The CCI scores correlated with the CSE scores, showing that the new factorial structure found presents validity evidence based on relationships with other variables. The results are discussed in the light of the literature.

Resumen
Violent behaviors against women can be learned, among other forms, through rules. The present study evaluated the level of agreement with descriptive rules related to gender conceptions and violence against women in a sample of 49 social work and public safety professionals divided in two groups: with and without training on domestic violence. Questionnaires were applied, in which the participant evaluated their level of agreement regarding 35 statements. The "training" variable showed significant differences only in category 12, regarding the relationship between the professional and the victim, in which the group with training presented less agreement and greater disagreement. Training can change gender conceptions, but further investigations are necessary since this change occurred only in the category related to professional performance. One limitation of the study was not to evaluate other variables such as training type and instruction level.

Resumen
Since 1998, the relationship between Peru and Ecuador has experienced a positive change. After decades of conflict, the bilateral approach has manifested itself through an intense cooperation dynamic in different areas, both political and economic. Thus, 20 years after the Peace Agreement, this article seeks to highlight the importance of solving the border problem for the achievement of these advances. So, emphasizing on the construction of interdependence and institutionality (concepts of the IR liberal tradition), we are going to demonstrate that the peace achieved laid the foundations for all the developments of the recent years, transforming the foreign policy of both countries. Unlike what it happened in the past, the perception that currently exists among Peruvians and Ecuadorians is different, and although there may always be problems between neighboring countries, the Peace Agreement has not only eliminated any potential war scenario, but it has also generated opportunities for joint development between Peru and Ecuador.

Resumen
25, 2018, most Latin American countries started into a process to reform and create new data protection laws that meet the requirements of the GDPR. However, there are some big challenges considering the technical nature of the GDPR based on a risk-based approach and impact assessments. The need to comply with the new GDPR is essential due to the integration processes and trade agreements between both regions. Most Latin American countries have followed the European vision on the protection of personal data, in contrast to other world powers with lower privacy protection standards. This influence of the European Union in Latin America means that cooperation between the two regions is a must and it will help us to achieve a strategic alliance towards the fourth industrial revolution.

Resumen
This paper aims to build a theoretical model to analyze, from a historical perspective, the current transmission of the United States hegemony to China and its effects on Latin America. The model of analysis constructed shows that, historically, the end of the supremacy of a hegemonic center is produced by a systemic crisis of over-accumulation of capital that requires capitalism to expand. Thus, the historical constant has been that the capitalist system overcomes its crisis by expanding with a cycle of overexploitation of labor and raw materials that industrializes the emerging economies and decapitalizes the peripheries, making emerging centers such as China candidates to become a hegemonic center, while peripheries such as Latin America deepen and perpetuate their condition of underdevelopment.
