Resumen
Awareness Logic is an extension of epistemic logic that solves the problem of logical omniscience by incorporating an awareness operator that separates the explicit knowledge from the implicit one. This report collects the most prominent works regarding the beginnings of this logic, as well as its developments in the past three decades. Specifically, it reviews the approaches from Dynamic Epistemic Logic, from the ones that combine other logics with Awareness Logic and those from Game Theory.

Resumen
This paper aims to show that Bergson thinks duration it`s an alternative to the quantifying vision of intelligence about time. In that sense, philosophy and thermodynamics relate, because the two of them think there is a reinterpretation of time which has as characteristics creativity and irreversibility; this new way of understanding time helps us to break with the image of the world created by the common sense and the internet, in which the globe can be deducted by the establishment of a set of laws that determine the behavior of all it´s elements.

Resumen
The aim of this paper is to present the idea of virtue extended under three fundamental aspects of cognitive success (i) the dynamic nature of the collection and evaluation of evidence; (ii) the reliability of the prediction processes; (iii) the ability to deal with a given context, where extended capabilities are integrated with non-extended ones. In this sense, cognitive success is the product of a function between the collection of evidence and its cost in time and effort. The extended virtue is intended to reduce said cost.

Our central argument in this paper is that we need a decolonized perspective for Communication in Latin America. Thus, we propose points to discuss about other epistemologies and methodologies that emerge from original and autochthonous realities from concrete contexts that affect us, but which are not always observed by appropriate criteria to our history and our empirical reality. Therefore, we intend to emphasize the surrounding social processes over restricted bipolar perspectives that only recognize reception and/or production. In addition, we also make some theoretical approaches and confrontations about the construction of Western Thinking and its epistemologies and then discuss the constitution of Social Sciences and Communication as a field and its trajectory within Latin America. In the end, we also suggest an approximation from proposals to operationalize the mediations and the transmethodological perspective that constitute two powerful ways to think concretely about the methodological configurations from Latin America.

Longing for a more equal society implies thinking about emancipatory public policies that can be applied in all population areas, especially in rural areas. Education is one of the fundamental tools for the development of a country, which implies that access is a priority right at all levels (Gentili, 2009). And this right includes the possibility of enter to the educational system, studying, appropriating, growing, progressing and finally graduating to dream of a better future. Our main objective is to analyze the different dimensions of inequality: socio-economic, digital and gender, in rural areas. In this sense, the idea of equality of positions, raised by Dubet (2011), is put into discussion, taking as a case study the young people who attend the Rural Secondary School Mediated by Technologies (ERMT) in the province from Salta (Chachagua, 2019). Anotherobjective is to investigate what happens to the notion of youth in this area, for that the different perspectives of this concept are put into dialogue, anchoring it in a specificterritory. Finally, we take the experience of field work, to think about collective construction proposals related to education and technology in rural areas. Proposals thatarise from the voices of the actors themselves (students, teachers, workers) imagining in future scenarios more egalitarian and with greater (and better) possibilities for all.

In the era of news media outlets on the internet, the way in which the Colombian news outlets appear in the edition of Google News Colombia in the aspects of identification, visibility and role of provider was analyzed. Google News, owned by Google, is a news aggregator with 72 international editions that, in an automated way, without human editors, takes snippets of news from thousands of news media outlets, without paying for it, and organizes, hierarchises and offers them to audiences through web and apps. After a web scraping carried out between January 1 and March 31, 2015, 1 222 320 news were captured, from which 1216 news media were identified, where 111 were Colombians, who in turn contributed 63 % of the captured news and 42,3 % of the unique news presented in this edition. ElTiempo.com and Caracol Radio, large, traditional and popular news media outlets, were identified as those with the highestaggregate shares, both in captured news (visibility) and in unique news (provider). In parallel, from a documentary review, it was found that ElTiempo.com applied a policy of not mentioning Google as a form of protest against the aggregation; as opposed to a small and native digital medium like TuSemanario.com that celebrated it since it appeared alongside large Colombian news media.

In this article, we intend to systematize the networking experience for the Global South Free Culture Meeting, based on the collective construction of the first meeting, entirely virtual, held in 2018. As a method for our reflection, we used the content analysis of the thematic tables, recorded in videos, and participant observation. In our theoretical approach, we bring the debate around the construction of commons and the problematization of the free term in the current political and social context of Latin America, seeking to articulate it with the concept of community cultural production. Then, we present a summary of the process of construction of the Meeting and also of the topics discussed at the event, recording the planning for its continuity. Finally, we believe that the meeting favored the strengthening of the free culture movement in the Global South, which presents itself as an alternative for the construction of common cultural assets based on the differences and peculiarities of these territoriesand contributes to mitigate their inequalities.

The main objective of this article is to present the importance and relevance of the various means of representation in the construction of the image of the Other (more specifically, the colonized Other). It is also considered that this type of representation of otherness is accompanied by a certain theory of truth, which establishes hierarchies regarding who can belong to the group, what type of knowledge is valid, what forms of spirituality is accepted, among other differentiations between “We” and “Them”. In that sense, in this work we try to outline, on the one hand, how from a certain form of knowledge production a paradigm is produced where the representations of the indigenous occupy a subordinate place in the intersubjective relations of our societies (also materialized in the body of this Other). On the other hand, we mention some examples of these representational vestiges of the indigenous, still present in Peruvian society, above all, disseminated through the media. And finally, the first two points are reflected on within the framework of a decolonizing communication.

Resumen
This article presents various reflections on the use of participatory audiovisuals as a tool that mobilizes communities towards other forms of communication, where collaborative work is valued in order for them to be the creators of their own content, and thus rethink their territories. Taking this premise as a starting point, theeducommunicative strategy, “Pescando historias. Memorias de un llanitero” (Memories of a Llanitero) was developed with adolescents and young people from Corregimiento el Llanito in Barrancabermeja, Colombia, who were trained in audiovisual production with an emphasis on the environment. The methodology implemented was qualitative, from the line of action research (IA), thus providing spaces for participation and dialogue with young people. This research was based on educommunication during the pedagogical training from a critical perspective to strengthen the discourses and environmental practices of the participants, at the same time that they were trained in the use of this communicative tool.
